Hotel at a good location. Everything is in the walking distance. The food was decent and everyday there was something different. A bit loud since the hotel is right on the main street, but it depends on the room you get (sea view is louder) They had some issues with the water pump so there was no hot water for 2 days. The service is nice, everything is clean. There is no drinking water offered for free unfortunately, not even at meal times, so you need to allocate resources towards that. There is a market very close by so that wasn't an issue. All in all, would recommend!
The most important is the staff. Mustafa runs the restaurant smiling and shining all day long, making your day even better. Muhammed is always ready to help at reception. The chef makes a delicious meals and the waiter keeps the restaurant clean and tidy. And the cleaners did their job properly. The food is delicious and be sure to take breakfast and dinner both. All rooms have large balconies, and most have amazing views of the castle and the sea, as well as many kilometers of seaside town. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was decent. Slippers are available in the room. The hotel is well located, everything is within walking distance. Used taxi only to and from the bus station. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel (Beach1) where you get a sun lounger and parasol for just 15 lire. All in all, it was a very nice two weeks. …
Very nice and warm experience thanks to the friendly and hospitable staff, special thanks and greetings to Gökhan and Gökay from the restaurant! :) Also we were very satisfied with Cimen`s location, wonderful sea view from our room and tasty food. Let`s continue in same spirit!
i stay there 7 days. we pay for buffet breakfast and dinner, but we get breakfast portion and dinner portion without chance to choice what you want to eat. if they work on this principle they must to offer 2-3 different dishes so guest to choose what they will eat. for breakfast we have every morning same plate which was really poor. for dinner had every day meat and in hotel were staying people who were not eating meat. also for breakfast they were not offer water. location is great, but i will never again go there.
Very good hotel. Beach view. Rooms are clean. Bed is very good. Staff is super. Food is ok. But go visit 1 time theo's place restaurant. The best place to be. Great food. Great owners and staff. Super good music. Monday's good live music. They have free pick up. Look in fb.
Clean and comfortable rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect where its located by the beach and near the city center. The location makes it noicy, but earplugs, solved that problem. The staff is both very professional and friendly. I would return any time.
This is a downtown hotel with its idiosyncrasy - little but comfortable rooms with no extra; a bit noisy since the main street of Alanya runs under it. Bazaars, bars, discos and restaurants are easily approchable even on foot, but the bus station is also near to it. Not a wide selection of foods for breakfast and dinner, but you won't stay hungry :) I recommend for those tourists who are interested in the city and night life also. The seaside which is opposite of the hotel is not the best, but Cleopatra beach (which is told to be the most beautiful beach of Alanya) can be reach in 10 minutes by bus.
