The hotel deserves a maximum of half a star. Rooms and furniture very bad.The food is also very bad for vegans, although there is meat only in the photo. The drink is always warm, because Rushi drinks more than camels.Hygiene equal to zero

Hello I'm staying at the hotel right now, don't be fooled by the negative comments before I come!! All of the staff are very friendly, they are doing their best to help in every way, they are trying to do their best, the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. KADIR, is very friendly, I thank him very much... Although we made a mistake in our reservation, he helped us in the way we wanted, thanks to him. From the menager bar staff to the restaurant staff, all of them have a friendly and nice staff. The important thing is the service offered to us...!I especially want to thank the chef who cooks the dishes. I'm very pleased, it met my expectations more than enough, I hope to see you again

Couldn't give any stars to this place. The hotel staff behaved like random guys in the reception. We arrived, no one showed us our room, then we didn't have a blanket - the bed was terrible like someone slept there an hour ago. We asked for blankets and they said, "sorry, the hotel is full, the cleaner didn't have enough time". WTF!? They brought us blankets which were still a little wet. We asked for a new pillow. They promised to bring it in an hour. We waited but no one arrived. The room was dark, smelled bad, very old, and had broken furniture. There were dirty glasses and plates in the corridor for 2 days (probably more, but we left before). The food was not good. They gave us very warm beer from a cheap big plastic bottle. You have to pay for the internet and if you use your code on one device, you can't use another (I had a phone and laptop). And so on..... We had only one night there and it was a very bad experience. We didn't do our "homework" but I hope you will do it and avoid this place. I've stayed in many simple hostels in my life and don't expect anything fancy, but this place made me feel very sad. If it's 1-2 star, ok - but giving more stars is very misleading and a lie! Pics are made maybe 10+ years ago. But even with one star, I expect my room to be ok!

I arrived in the middle of the night and was in shock. The room was really small and no space at all. Also smell of the toilet! Fortunately I could change the room next morning and after that it was all OK The best thing of this hotel is location! Very near to the sea and walking promenade. The big grocery store right behind the corner, also aphoteka. The food was ok. I do recommend this hotel only for people with low budget and no big demands. For me it was first and last time in this hotel.

Worse hotel with the worse staff in Alanya,we arrived in 3 o'clock in the night and meet us a gay with the poor english, the room was more smaller than in the picture, the food absolutely bad,our daughter 6 years old was eating whole week just pasta, every day the same food with no choice, the fruit and vegetables no fresh,no entertainment,no music. All inclusive wasn't all inclusiv,if you want some cocktails or fresh juice you have to pay for it,if you want to play billiard or tennis you have to pay as well, umbrella and sun bed on the beach-to pay 29 euro for one week. But the last day was really stressful. 12:40 they called in the room to say us so we need to leave the room at 12.00 o'clock. We just come back from the beach. Our pick up time was in 20.00 afternoon. Without shower, all the things everywhere we are must to leave the room,if not to pay 25 euro. All the crest time we stayed in the lounge with the bags and our 6 years old child. Never option for this hotel PLEASE.
