Hello
I'm staying at the hotel right now, don't be fooled by the negative comments before I come!! All of the staff are very friendly, they are doing their best to help in every way, they are trying to do their best, the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. KADIR, is very friendly, I thank him very much... Although we made a mistake in our reservation, he helped us in the way we wanted, thanks to him. From the menager bar staff to the restaurant staff, all of them have a friendly and nice staff. The important thing is the service offered to us...!I especially want to thank the chef who cooks the dishes. I'm very pleased, it met my expectations more than enough, I hope to see you again

The hotel is relatively small one, but nice one. Close to the beach, quiet place.
Rooms are small but fair enough. The same thing applies to balconies. The only problem is noise from other rooms, it´s quite audible.
Staff is very very friendly and funny.
Food no problem - I would say appropriate to 4 stars in these countries. For dinner there were always something from grill. A lot of fruits every time, lots of vegetables everytime and of course meat.
Room was always clean, no problem.
The beach was close and was really nice, I would say the most beautiful section of the whole Kleopatra beach. Couch and umbrella not included.
At all, we were very satisfied and I can recommend it for everyone. except if you are looking for big luxury, it´s just 4 stars, not five.

Couldn't give any stars to this place. The hotel staff behaved like random guys in the reception. We arrived, no one showed us our room, then we didn't have a blanket - the bed was terrible like someone slept there an hour ago. We asked for blankets and they said, "sorry, the hotel is full, the cleaner didn't have enough time". WTF!? They brought us blankets which were still a little wet. We asked for a new pillow. They promised to bring it in an hour. We waited but no one arrived.
The room was dark, smelled bad, very old, and had broken furniture. There were dirty glasses and plates in the corridor for 2 days (probably more, but we left before). The food was not good. They gave us very warm beer from a cheap big plastic bottle. You have to pay for the internet and if you use your code on one device, you can't use another (I had a phone and laptop). And so on.....
We had only one night there and it was a very bad experience. We didn't do our "homework" but I hope you will do it and avoid this place.
I've stayed in many simple hostels in my life and don't expect anything fancy, but this place made me feel very sad. If it's 1-2 star, ok - but giving more stars is very misleading and a lie! Pics are made maybe 10+ years ago. But even with one star, I expect my room to be ok!

This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in! Not 4* maybe 1* at best.

First things first, 3 staff were nice, the 2 men on reception and the male cleaner who literally walked round all day moving cups and glasses from the tables by the pool & cleaning the floors and tables.

Rooms: awful, first we were put in a room with a 3 quarter sized bed for 2 adults and a child, then they moved us to a room where the cupboard doors were falling off, the third room we were put in less than 12 hours after being there was slightly better! Not at all clean though!
Bedding wasn’t changed in the whole 2 weeks we were there, the cleaner tried to give us dirty towels that other guests had used.
My dad was put in a room with 2 single beds, his room was dirty & dusty. There were live wires left hanging out in the bathroom! Second room they gave him wasn’t cleaned before he was given the key, this was done after he complained about it.

Food: chef was polite that’s where the goodness ends, he was putting food back in the serving dishes off people’s plates, coughing all over the food. Not much choice for English unless you fancy going on holiday for salad! No English breakfast as stated! Food was always cold even when you were first in, we ate out most days.
No all inclusive snacks I.E, ice creams, hot dogs etc.. there were biscuits put out at 4.30-5.30 that was all the snacks there was.

Pool: green on the bottom, wasn’t cleaned once while we were there. One of the bar staff smashed some plates and some bits went in the pool, I watched this and told 4 people and was called a liar!!

Bar: the bar closes at 22:00 not 23:00 as stated online, while this is displayed in reception it is NOT stated online and it is misleading, the same song was played everyday for 2 weeks continuously, they changed the music at 21:00 to Russian dance music, this was only the last 4 nights of our 14 night stay! The bar staff were rude, arrogant and ignorant! They didn’t want to work. Soft drinks were served out of bottles that had been left in the sun all day! Alcohol was only small bottles and the beer smelled off!

There was one floor of the hotel solely used for s*x workers!!

Shower: if you enjoy a cold shower this place is perfect for you, you don’t feel clean after getting a shower here!!

I would not recommend this hotel, our room was on 5th floor, view was water things and solar panels from next building. We had no curtain the window, room was only cleaned once during our stay with no fresh towels or toilet paper, but if you was on 4th floor side of hotel that was done every day, the coffee machines was not cleaned down at all, behind the bar was filthy, the staff have no go in them at all and couldn’t speak any English, the lifts were dirty never cleaned. As for the food this was always cold and did not cater for everyone, many people ended up with poorly tummies, if you like onion rings then you be ok, no chips all week, don’t even cater for children, no toaster at breakfast time, uneaten Brussel sprouts where out at breakfast for 3 days in a row. The pool area was not the best. We definitely will not be going back to this hotel ever

Don't visit this hotel!!! - room was disgusting (dirty etc). In room we didn't have bed lamps, walls had cracks, door was broken. We heard everything what was going on in the corridor!
Now about the food - don't eat it! Every day we had same breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks were warm and no good.
One guy in reception can only talk turkish, so there is no possbility to talk to him! He showed us google translate and gave us wrong information about the check out time.
Room service was only once a week and then they changed only one towel!!! unbelievable..
We had information that the hotel was renovated in 2021, but lets be honest - it is never renovated.
Make your homework and don't go there! worth 0 stars!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Food was really bad. Always cold, even if you were first in resteraunt. The rooms were very small and the all inclusive drinks only included Vodka, Gyn, beer and wine. No other choices even if you wanted to pay extra. It cost me £42 for 2 weeks to use Wi-Fi. Everyone I spoke to were I'll with sickness and Diahreah. My last 4 days I spent in my room as I was so I'll. What ever you do don't stay there.

The hotel deserves a maximum of half a star. Rooms and furniture very bad.The food is also very bad for vegans, although there is meat only in the photo. The drink is always warm, because Rushi drinks more than camels.Hygiene equal to zero

Recently visited with the family and experience was much better than we expected! The pool was lively all day long with unlimited drinks! Staff were all very friendly (much more friendly than the staff in the UK) and most of them understood some English so communication wasn’t an issue. We booked 2 standard rooms but only got given 1, however this was sorted the next day and we ended up with a family room which worked out better. A/C worked well!

Hello, it is announced after the hotel is open. The season is not started now. However, last year fresh orange juice was 1.50 euro and beer was 2.50 euro. You are welcome.
