Brand new, the hotel offered modern, well designed and equipped rooms with a stunning view on the sea. Rooms on the first floor were equipped with balconies, while beds were oriented toward big windows opening on the sea view. The proximity to the sea is one of the main quality of this hotel. The small-size, boutique-like style of the hotel was reflected on the beach, which offered luxurious sunbeds and a nice bar in a confidential set up (max 20 sunbeds). Sand was brought to the sea, which made it very comfortable to swim despite high waves. The restaurant attached to the hotel was probably among the finest in Alanya, with the exception of the wine that was not of the best quality. We had 1 main criticism, the parking area was quite narrow and big cars could sometimes not enter. There should as well be a system for the staff at the entrance of the parking to identify the guest's cars, in order not to systematically have to request access to the parking of the hotel.

Day One is a smaller hotel with 48 rooms situated right on the beach . Everything could have been perfect if it wasn´t for the disturbing discomusic from the east part of the hotel. The main pool and the restaurant area has been rented out , so if you want to use i it is 100Turkish Lira per Day ,but the volume of the music is higher than what is tolerable .I measured 95 Decibel by the pool and 80 at the other end of the hotel .Those levels can damage your ears .Information from the hotel says that the contract will expire in about a couple of months. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay very much . The minibar is filled up with beer and soft drinks every day , the restaurant is nice with good food .Just west of the hotel ( towards Alanya ) at the beach there is a family owned restaurant with 50% lower prices.

We stayed here after a bad experience with another hotel in Alanya.
On arrival, the staff were so lovely and helpful. They showed us to our beautiful room. It was very clean, modern and well designed. We had a swim up room which was beautiful and the view is spectacular.
They fill up your mini bar fridge daily and the cleaners are always really good and thorough too.
I would recommend this place a hundred times over as it’s absolutely stunning and made us feel so relaxed and happy for the rest of our holiday. Considering the start was poor due to an alternate hotel, this hotel really changed our whole holiday and made it one to remember.
Will definitely return. Thank you guys for being so amazing.

My mother and I were in a room together. Although the hotel is clearly focused on couples and nightlife, we still got a room with 2 beds. Beach Club's loud music was first turned on late in the morning, so it's very quiet at night (even on weekends when Privee celebrates the most).
However, Origin Restaurant is geared towards Privee guests, so after the first wave of customers (who then go to Privee Lounge) the service there will no longer be as attentive (so the likelihood of a Träckiger glass and an unwiped table unfortunately cannot be ruled out).

For such a small hotel, the fitness area is well equipped and overall very tidy. Rooms are also cleaned regularly and well.

Breakfast was also a positive surprise. For 650 lira you can't take hotel guests with you. The fact that the hotel is for adults only was also one of the biggest advantages. A quiet breakfast is guaranteed.

The hotel has its own beach with good service and wide selection of drinks. The only unpleasant thing about it is that it is quite stony, but there are two parapets for that, so you get straight to the lower part.

The hotel is also located in the center of the city, so you have all the infrastructure available.

In general, this was a very positive and relaxing week. The hotel is very well located.

The hotel, unfortunately, is only as beautiful as a picture. If you look closely and dig deeper, all the beauty immediately disappears.
We were supposed to stay here for 7 days, but we couldn’t stand it and left after 5 days.

Minuses:
- the reception staff are not friendly, they ask everyone 100 times and cannot remember the information, they speak in slang words like “you will pay in cash”, “what will you do...”
- isolation in the rooms!!! This is just a nightmare!!! You can hear absolutely everything: neighbors having fun, a noisy road, music from a beach club, people walking outside the door... forget about a restful sleep altogether.
- service at the pool: another unfriendly employee, you can’t take more than one towel a day, that is, if yours is wet and you just want a new one to dry yourself properly, no, you’re not allowed :)
And the biggest minus is that all drinks are served in glass! And then this broken glass lies in shards next to the sunbeds, no one bothers to clean it up. Just tough! And you can also drink hookah and drinks directly without leaving the pool, and of course you can pour them there without any problems either... the question of the purity of the water disappears by itself.
- the air conditioner in the room blows directly into your head when you sleep, even if you blow it less, it doesn’t help. We simply slept across the bed, then the wind blew on our feet and somehow it was possible to escape.
- the vaunted lounge Privee... not only do the sushi and rolls there taste terrible, they also tried to shortchange us. At first they included vodka in the bill, which we did not take at all, then it turned out that they also supplied the wine at the wrong price. We noticed this, the money was returned to us, but we didn’t go there again, the aftertaste was very unpleasant
- terrible beach, the water is muddy and dirty

Pros:
- super staff at breakfast at the Origin restaurant! All the guys are very welcoming, friendly, they always ask how you are (but what about the reception)
By the way, breakfast is also very tasty, I can make any omelette you want, lots of fruits and vegetables, good bread and various mezes.
- the location is convenient, close to the center
- the parking staff was also super, they helped me park and were friendly
- there were always enough sun loungers
- good gym

Overall, I don’t recommend the hotel and I definitely won’t go there again.

The staff were very rude and bad at English. When we arrived at the hotel they did not tell us that there was Wifi to connect to or asked about your trip. Felt like a transaction would be done only.

Every time we asked or asked for something, it felt like a problem. Our sink leaked so we had to call 3 times and take pictures to see what was wrong. Then a technician comes to our room to fix the sink that leaks. He fixes it but as everyone knows, a lot of shit comes out of water traps when you fix it. He just left it on the floor in a puddle of water and left. It smelled very musty in the rooms and there was mold all around the Air condition and in several places in the bathroom. It got so humid in the room when we had the door open to our swim up.so then water ran on the wall and the paint bubbled.

The worst of all was probably when they cleaned our patios they swept everything into the pool thinking about all the glass shards and shit from the floor?!!! The same was true when they watered the big palm trees on each balcony that the water ran straight into the pool there are soil bacteria in it that can make you very sick!! On our departure day we would check out then they say we have eaten a chocolate from the minibar, which we had not done. But the maid has written it down. I'm telling you I'm staying in an expensive hotel. I've been drinking and eating here every day and paying for it. Why wouldn't I pay for a piece of chocolate if I took it out of the minibar? The sickest thing is that I end up writing a note in English to the management where I certify that I have not taken the chocolate and sign. I have no words. Never again. Forgot to add that it is located at a beach club that plays loud music all day. If I'd known, I wouldn't have booked. Then in the evening there is a club on top that lasts until 2 on weekends. It was absolutely not so peaceful.

Bad service experience, at restaurant Origin. We ordered a soup as a starter and sea food spaghetti as a main course which tasted ok. Nothing special. The waiter kept wiping his sweaty head with his hands and touching our food and water not very nicely. The main course came before we finished the soup and was placed on the side. When we had finished, the waiter asked if we would like a fruit platter without telling us the price and we paid 175 lira. When we asked for the bill, he asks if we want tea or coffee from them. We say yes thanks to coffee. When we get the bill, we have to pay 90 lira for the coffee. When I tell the waiter why we have to pay for the coffee, he quickly says that the boss wrote it on the bill and disappears. When I confront the boss (manager), he blames the waiter and disappears himself. Before we leave the restaurant, we are contacted by a woman who speaks ok English and says we can come up to Privee and get the first drink at their expense. We go up and she talks to the staff that they should take care of us. We wait a long time for them to find us a table and wait a long time for the menu. I find a menu myself and we order 2 drinks before long. We rush out for a drink and leave. Not a good experience and my wife has been there before where she and a friend left the bar when they couldn't order. When we check out the next day, I make them aware that we did not get the welcome drink as described in my order at the hotel. They laugh and say that they don't fit and when we make them aware of the poor service on Origin and Privee, they laugh and say that they know well. A little positive at the end, the surroundings are fantastic and the waiter Abbas who was with us for breakfast was fantastic and provided a fantastic service. The last time we visit the One day service does not match the price the hotel charges.

We have been to many nice hotels around the world, and can safely say that this is the absolute nicest hotel we have been to. Everything was really wonderful. The hotel itself is lovely, with tasteful interiors, beautiful styling and lovely sunbeds.
Everything is close - pool, beach and at least 3 nice restaurants.
Strongly recommend choosing a Swim up room, it's absolutely worth it!
The staff was truly amazing, always friendly and helpful. They gave us information about everything when we arrived and were quick to reply on whatsapp.
The SPA treatments were lovely.
At the pool bar, pleasant lounge music was played at an acceptable sound level. It was lovely to come to this hotel, as Alanya tends to have too high a party factor for us. It was so calm and relaxing.
I usually always have some constructive feedback - but I don't have this now. It is clear that they are constantly working with the feedback they get. Just keep doing what you're doing with this hotel, because it's perfect!
Don't hesitate to book a stay here - you won't find anything similar in Alanya. It’s different from all the other massive resorts.

Staff & management for the hotel very bad they do not talk with client or costumer or guest as a professional way, so they need to learn more and do more training for them to how they resolve the problems, and how they talk with our guest in the hotel. I will tell u my story I go for reception and I order towel for me because the towel very dirty ( have blood & yellow stains ), so they informed me the (( policy in this hotel )) they no change the towel for me till next day morning or two days, and the manager was acting very aggressive and he shouting on me which this embrace me , and he tell me this's the policy and if I don't want you can leave the hotel without any refund. This's first time for me I see hotel they said to guest u go out from the hotel only for towel I'm Genius Level 3 in Booking.com and they talking to me like that (also not have any policy in Booking.com or in this hotel they are writing per day or per two days you have two towels if dirty we don't give you more .. )
