If you take cash with you then take Euros instead of Turkish Lira. Everything is priced in Euros. Stayed at Diamond Hill Hotel on All Inclusive basis. Hotel was big (300 bedrooms) Located very close to a very busy main dual carriageway with continual horns sirens (police and ambulance) and traffic noise and a mosque very close to hotel. It was very noisy at poolside. Not many shops close to hotel. Centre of town 10mins by taxi cost £10 Journey from airport to hotel almost 2hours in a private mini bus. Hotel was very clean, room fridge restocked with water and soft drinks daily, room cleaned every day towels changed daily plenty of staff, local wines and spirits were of good quality. Food was very good with plenty of choice for breakfast lunch afternoon tea and dinner. It is self service buffet style with an a la carte on site which can be used once in your weeks stay. There is a pool bar a lobby bar and a roof top bar Overall downside is travel time from airport hotel location very noisy not many shops close bye beach very small no sand but fine gravel. Bonuses plenty of choice of food and drink and couldn’t fault staff continually cleaning pool area removing dishes and glasses from tables.

Be warned of this hotel, this is not a 3 star hotel! 1/Situated next to a mosque where call to pray is played through loudspeakers 5 times a day! You are warned. 2/Appalling food, very basic picky food, mainly salads, I spend £75 on eating out. Breakfast very very basic. 3/Pool closes between 17.00 to 10.00 hrs yes that’s right!!! 4/Hotel is surround by residential flats, so tenants are constantly watching you either sunbathing or if your room is located at the back! No privacy at all. 5/ No food or drinks allowed by pool or whilst you are sunbathing unless you buy theirs at greatly inflated prices! 6/You are not allowed to consume your own food or drink in lobby or dining room unless it is their food, you are constantly watched by a 15yo school child and jumps at any opportunity if you sneak drinks or food by the pool or try to consume it in the dining room. 7/I was charged £2 per day for age and £4 per day for a mini fridge! RIP off. 8/Staff speak very little English or non at all. 9/Pictures of Hotel do no reflect the real Hotel Diamond, all the fixtures and fittings are dated and from the late 70s 10/ Kitchen is a shack in the hotel garden, not good considering they prep all the food there for guests. 11/Their info on website is incorrect on midday lunch, they do not have the staff to accommodate this, throughout my 8 day stay I did not observe any guests been given a midday lunch! You have to go out to eat if you want a midday lunch. 12/ Please take note that the above is my opinion, I did not expect grandeur or expect wildebeest sweeping majestically through my bedroom window nor a jaw dropping hanging gardens of Babylon! This is a zero rate hotel! Pass it by👍 Good luck as you will need it NV

I had a great stay. The staff is really helpful and friendly, rooms are cleaned everyday (you will always have a fresh towels, the bed is made and floor cleaned), breakfast and dinner are good (few options to choose from, soup, many salads, something from a traditional Turkish cuisine, fruits, sweets). Pool area is clean an cozy, with umbrellas and pool beds. Rooms have a free air conditioning, TV, hairdryer. Hotel has a perfect locations - shops, restaurants, bus stop, beach and etc. is within the very short walking distance. There is a mosque just outside and a prayer on 4.30 in the morning might wake you up, but I think it's impossible to not hear the payers anywhere in the city. If you don't have inflated demands, this hotel will suit you.

The staff are helpful, friendly and there’s plenty of them around at all hours of the day. Worth the extra money for a sea-view but regardless the facilities were fantastic, the food variety and quality was really nice. Location is superb just 2 minutes to a beach, and free drinks with easily accessible water. Had a lovely week :)

Nothing fancy, the rooms are clear and comortable although they are small. Staff is mostly barely speaking English so if you have higher demands they will probably not be able to help you though they are very polite. Food is ok, pool is very small and probably thing to avoid. The biggest problem is the mosque which is located next to the hotel so you will be hearing prayers at 5 AM every morning. After two days we got used to it. Location of the hotel is the biggest advantage, as it is positioned in the center of Alanya with only 500 m from the Keykubat beach and 3 kms from Kleopatra beach, but you can use the city bus to get to it.

If you do not have high requirements for a hotel. You travel a lot to excursions. He's just for you. Room clean, food is not very diverse, but good. Location 8 min from center, 5 min. from beach, 3 km. from Cleopatra beach. The staff, though courteous, but did not call me early in the morning twice a week as I had requested.

Firstly, I have to say that I stayed here in August 2014, but I just recently opened account here and there is no option to tick 2014, and I wanted to write a review anyways. I didn't choose this hotel, we were forced to choose because ours was canceled. So, we had HB, and there was plenty food to choose, but I wasn't thrilled every day with it. Room was small for 2 persons, and bathroom, especially shower, was positioned weird somehow... Staff was very kind and helpful.
