Clean. Staff are amazing. Few reps will come and try and sell you day trips. We got a Jeep Safari, boat trip and buggys with ziplining and rafting for £190 Guy comes round selling tattoos Best just politely declining My biggest issue with this place was the lack of entertainment at night. Just a little background music!.... it's like they don't want u drinking the all inclusive drinks in the hotel so they make it as boring as possible.... Unless u like ping-pong.. Most nights we went out because of this!! 2 nights we stayed in but went to our room. Be carefull going out too... Use the local currency TY and not euros. Prices are seriously hiked when paying in pounds and euros If you go to the local Marina front prices are just silly tbh. "Happy hour" 2 for 1 cocktails for £14... It's literally cheaper in central London. Shop about and check menus for prices first and keep tabs on your spend. They will add money to the bill with the hope u haven't! Some local bars sell efes for about £3.50.... And 2 for 1 cocktails for about £7 Head out of the area slightly and find the places that are the Turkish hotspots (not in tourist's areas) Meal for 2 with 6 alcoholic drinks. £10 You can x that by 10 anywhere busy. £200 for lobster They are clawing all the lost revenue from CV19 NOBODY WEARING MASKS OR ASKING FOR VACCINATION STUFF. very chilled in that respect. I definitely recommend booking the day trip too the waterpark the land of legends. 3 hour drive in the AM but definitely worth the trip. The boat trip was okay. But very packed and only a 10 min drive. The rafting/zipline and buggy tour took over 3 hours to get there.... But was absolutely mint if u can deal with the trip. Wait for the rep of the hotel and book with him, he will give u the boat tour free if u book 2 trips. (HAGGLE) The Turkish bath and massage were next level. We got two. Jeep Safari... Was okay and a good laugh. But the places u stop all sell extras and prices are again hiked. Pay in Lira... I repeat pay in Lira and haggle EVERYTHING. They will have your eyes out if u don't. Get street food. Cheap and amazing. As always mithered to death outside every restaurant and store. Just tell them you eaten already. Kids snide tracksuit £9 haggled down from £25 Snide men's boxers £7for 10 pairs. Haggled down from £10.

I stayed here for 6 nights I felt so comfortable as I was on my own, the staff made me feel welcome like part of the hotel, my room was clean and cleaned everyday they put new soaps etc everyday. The restaurant staff always made sure my drink was filled they are very approachable and friendly Pervin works in the restaurant area she's always smiling and was always making sure I was OK they was all like that, reception makes you feel welcome, also I had problems with my transfer picking me up, in fact they didn't even turn up Hasan on reception kept calling them for me to see where they was they kept lying and saying they was coming, Hasan confirmed the pick up for me the day before so there was no excuse for that, anyway Hasan got me a taxi and also made sure I ate before I left the hotel as I was going on a late flight, the customer services in this hotel is how hotels should treat their visitors and I will be going there again. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable 😊 Also the food is really nice and well prepared, it is cooked fresh in front of you and the you can get food and drink 24 hours which is an added bonus.

The hotel itself was great, good facilities, staff where very polite and kind, the food was something to improve on but once you figure out what's good you cant complain. My room was small but very nice for what paid, but my mates room seemed a bit out of date and hard to believe it could be rated 4 star, but didn't really spend too much time in our rooms so they served a purpose. The spa experience was pretty good although being only 22 a full spa treatment isn't really targeted at me; then again it was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotels' location was a fair 45 min walk to Alanya centre but there was enough locally if you needed anything. Overall for a budget all inclusive holiday in Alanya I'm very happy overall.

Just arrived back to uk this morning after seven days in this hotel. First and foremost this is a good hotel but does need some changes The hotel is a good two hours away from the airport, we used private taxi for 47€ one way money well spent if you don’t want to sit on a bus for up to three hours. Location is good only two minutes walk from beach in fairly quiet area but with a few bars and cafes close the beach bar is very good and staff very helpful and friendly. Not many British staying at the hotel mainly Russian (ignorant and greedy, no manners, pushing to the front of the bar, filling their plates so high they could not possibly eat it then filling bags with fruit and cheese for eating around the bar) Rooms are fine but small cleaning is every day. Lifts have a mind of their own ! Food in restaurant and bar is good but not to everyone’s taste (a lot of Eastern European stuff) Beer is draught it’s okay, spirits are not premium stuff but fine. Pool area is very clean with plenty of beds available Spa is nice and clean and can certainly recommend massage and saunas. Last of all the staff were top rate could not do enough for you, most speak English and are a credit to the hotel Thanks Last but not least Get back to the airport in plenty of time!!! Very busy at check in and security search almost everywhere. Take plenty money as everything in the departures area is expensive.

We spent a really nice week at Oba Star in the end of September ‘21. Location is really convenient within 2 min walking distance from the beach. Everything was above and beyond excellent, food, stuff, friendly environment. Hotel has made all necessary precautions about Covid. Everyone have face mask on, hand sanitizer are everywhere, all forks, knives and spoons are safely individually packed. So if you are scared traveling during pandemic, then don’t be, hotel has taken care about it well. They have a staff on the beach too, some will help you to open umbrella and make a shade, so you won’t get burned, other ones are working in a small cozy restaurant, and you can take a nice and easy break enjoying sea view and having coffee and snacks. Food in the hotel is so great! Can’t even explain! It feels like it is home made, they have fish everyday, seafood, a lot of meat and fruits. Alcohol at a decent level too, non of us have a morning headache. Room is clean and they keep it clean, balcony with some city view, which is still okay. There is no animation though, some evening shows, so if you are traveling with the kids, you would need to think how to entertain them. Guests are here from all over Europe, mostly Eastern. Absolutely everyone from hotel workers can speak English, so it really easy, especially counting that everyone is actually trying to help you. We wish we could spend more days here. But we definitely will be looking forward to coming back here!

I was in Oba Star Hotel in July and it was great! The hotel is located near the sea (there is an underground pass) and in the same time near the city center. On the beach was a beach bar open for hotel guests. In the hotel were spa, nice rooms and a great resaturant with many delicious dishes! They were amazing. I would like to say hello and appreciate all boys, which were working in the restaurant, bars and especially in beach bar for their very hard work. Also I want to say "thank you" for their everyday smile and good attitude to the customer. I really recommend this hotel for your vacation!!!

The room was too small but nice and very clean. They change our towels everyday. Staff was very nice, always smile, I like them. Food was great, excellent choice even for vegetarians like me. The private beach is ok, but nothing special. I was ok with that. Around hotel you can find many shops and restaurants. Some of them was not working but I am pretty shore that they will open latter in this year. I recommend this hotel.

We were staying for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located in the city center, with many shops and restaurants around and sea side/boulevard walking. Private beach is 10 mints walking distance with snack bar available. Water shoes would be suggested. Many sun beds and towels are provided by hotel. Alanyum Mall is 15 mints walking distance for small shopping, LC Waikiki, etc. Animation team is small and if you are not interested, no one bothers you 😊 Hotel arranges Turkish Night and some shows. Hotel territory is small due to its location. Food – good variety and delicious, hope Chef will be the same for this year 😊 Many thanks!!! Also, once a day provided ice-cream. The only few things are suggested for improvement, please: • WIFI internet to be available not only for one PC per person… • Ventilation system in bathroom, to “remove” canalization smell coming through pipes…. • List of drinks available at Bars included under “all inclusive” package… Many THANKS to reception Meliha and Mehmet, Burak, Sadef, Mustafa, Yagup, Ilyda, Rashid, Tugba for making our stay pleasant! We will come back this year and hope to receive the nice service and room! 😊 Regards from Baku, Azerbaijan :-)
