we stayed as a family of 4 in july / august 2019. whata dump. when we arrived they gave us a 1 bed with a double, single and a sofa bed with a bend in it. they said there was nothing else as they were full and that our provider had booked that. lies. we got moved the next day but all the rooms we were shown had problems, bad smells, broken furniture. we eventually got a partly acceptable 2 bed on the far side of the complex (best of the worst ones) supposed to be a pool view but had a tree in front of the balacony so no sun. no english channels on the tv, phone didnt work, wires coming out of sockets. the room only got cleaned once - we were told this was policy - we had to keep grabbing towels off the trolley. entertainment was naff - all in german and russian even tho they acknowledged that we were in the audience. entertainers didnt know what they were doing things starting late. we have stayed in turkey a few times and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in more like a 2 star than a 4 star. meals are awful - we ended up eating salad at lunch and then eating out every night. we have loved the food at other hotels. the place is also falling apart the gym equipment is dangerous see pics. the staff tell lies - one told me his name was pena the next day i made a complaint about something and asked another guy his name and he said his name was pena - so i asked him that they were both called pena and he said no just him. so the first guy gave me a false name. awful way for a hotel to operate. the spa could not be used at all they were so unfriendly. we just wanted to use the sauna and they just wanted money from us. you have to pay for internet you only get 250mb free which is barely enough for emails. i ended up just paying it - anything to make our stay more pleasant. this is how bad the hotel is that they also have to keep renaming the hotel to fool tourists into coming. look at NoxInn Club Hotel. same hotel different name - that one has bad reviews on it. dont stay here

This hotel was below standard in all areas so I contacted Holiday Gems with the issues listed below. Unfortunately we got no response to this or the 3 follow up reminders stating that the hotel should not be advertised as a four star hotel: 1) The room is filthy. The floors smell rank. The bathroom is full of creviced, ingrained filth in cracks all around the tub. They provide a pink disinfectant looking fluid soap in an empty water bottle as your only soap. 2. The dining room is filthy. The plates have residue of the previous meals on them. Many of the plates are actually cracked and just harbouring germs. So most customers wipe the plates with tissue. We wash our plate and cutlery (when available, more often you have to eat without a fork & knife, just a spoon) using the hot water from the coffee machine but getting the egg stains off the cutlery from the breakfast session is not always easy. 3. You have to cover your nose if you use the lift. It is filthy. The hall carpets look as if they have never been cleaned with caked in dirt (Floor 3). 4 We have been here 3 days and we haven't been able (not once) to get a knife to eat our food. We have to use a tiny fork if we can get one and a large spoon. 5. Drinks are served in paper cups (coffee from a vending machine with dried milk powder, and alcohol (no gin, vodka or larger as it had run out - so only whisky) in really thin plastic cups. Wine is really bad and tastes of chemicals and I would not recommend trusting its source, I could not see anyone drinking the wine out of all the guests. 6. We can only connect to the internet in the reception and we have to pay 3 dollars per day and that keeps cutting off. The website said free internet but we were given access only on the first night when we had to wait 3 hours before they gave us the first room (No towels, soap or blankets). The toilet was covered in feces and urine. The bed sheets had red stains. We had to show video evidence to the manager before they would even consider changing the room. They changed the room which at least does not smell of urine but after the cleaner cleans the floor it stinks of mould/nappies/... 7. In all my years (I am 59 years old) I have never been in such a dirty hotel, lacking in basic facilities and who are not capable of remedying the situation other than changing the room for another sub-standard room.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Do not come here if you do not want to ruin your vacation. The rooms are awful and they never clean them, the beach is disgusting so nobody goes there but you can’t sunbathe by the pool either because all the chairs are “reserved” day and night (people just leave their belongings on the chairs overnight). When me and my mom finally found two empty chairs we got to sit there for 30min until a man came and started yelling that we cannot be there. The food is edible. Their all inclusive has a lot of “buts”, for example you only get beer at certain time of the day and not after 22:00. The hotel is extremely loud, Russian music 24/7. Most staff do not speak English. Also, no free wifi. When I went to complain the receptionist told me “welcome to Turkey” and when I asked how can this be a four star hotel he answered that it is not and they can put anything in their name. When I then said that this is the most horrible hotel I have ever been to he said that I am only 17 so I know nothing... I am 23 and quite well travelled.

Hi! I could write a story about this hotel but I will keep it short because I don’t want to spend time on these people. When we arrived the rooms wasn’t ready for us and the next day we needed to leave the rooms to get one family room. It was disgusting everywhere, it was broken everywhere. When a kid pooped in the kids pool nobody cleaned it up. They write on the hotel they have family room but it’s just two small rooms with a wall between. The food is always the same everyday. No rules in the hotel so everyone fights about seats when it’s time to eat and everyone put a towel or something on the sunbeds so new guests don’t have any sunbeds. Actually nothing is good with this hotel. Maybe one thing and thats the animation-team.
