Hello everyone! 👋
This time it was Alanya who chose, after 7 years😊 It was a long time to choose, but based on the reviews settled on TAC Premier Hotel & Spa 4*
The hotel is good overall.
Food +- same daily (as everywhere else proper)
Grill, various side dishes, vegetables, greens, fruits, sweets, everything.
You won't stay hungry.
Pizza is made by the pool during the day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service is certainly a little limp, perhaps due to the small number of staff. The duty is not to clean tables, but some stand cleaned but without appliances and without spices. The people periodically run to other tables and take their own knives and forks and salt and pepper. Sami ran like this more than once(
There is no such thing as a waiter offering to repeat the drink and bringing it (as the other 4* practice), although the staff are very friendly.
But that's not the main thing, of course, just describing how I feel.
That's not what we're after more.
The room was a nice one with a sea view, on the 6th floor of Unit 6. A 2 room) Air conditioning, TV (with Russian channels), safe (pay), refrigerator is replenished with good vodka.
Cleaning is pretty normal, too. Every day. With the towels replaced, and even the sheet replaced once. But when we arrived, the panties from the previous tenants were drying on the balcony. That's how they lived 6 nights with us 😜
The location of the hotel of course very pleased. And the beach across the street (the sunbeds are paid for) and the promenade, where you can walk in the evening, is nearby.
Walking across the mountain. Thought it would be a long walk, but we got there without even noticing, in fact, how we ended up in port)
In general the hotel is good (I repeat) and the rest is satisfied👍😊

Ok hotel w okay food in a great location. A little puzzly layout at first but u get used to it fast. Everything's a bit worn out but not bad. Food is nothing culinaristic but eatable and lots of options. Buffet tables are always full in the beginning of breakfast/lunch/dinner so you need to be really early or wait an hour or so before going.
Music playing in the pool area from 10am all day long which I find a little disturbing but somebody might like it. You can also chill at the other end of the long pool where you dont hear that music as loud. Dont dive in the pool water with eyes open or even with goggles. You will see more human hair in the water than in a barber trash can after a busy day. Hope they clean the pool water sometimes.
Pool shower n toilets smelled bad.
Loved the 1min walk to Cleopatra Beach.
Lots of markets and clothing shops nearby.

Service was really good. First night we got only one family room instead of the 2 rooms we reserved so they were really sorry n we got free wifi for everyone for the vacation n some other compensation. Next day got the second room too with a bottle of wine.
Normally free wifi only in the lobby.
Rooms were cleaned every day by a polite lady you could always see a smile with her face.

I give an extra star to this hotel since it is nice and the Food has good taste. Yesterday there was Turkish night with traditional Food and some arranged drinks, it was a good night and tasty Food.
And the a la carte afternoon snack is good!
There is entertainment every night.

A bit sad that Beach is not included but cost 6 € for 2 beds and an umbrella, and payment for all drinks.

I have following recomodations to the hotel:
* Let the guest relation staff go arround at the hotel instead of sitt all Day at the desk looking at there private phone (we never Saw them in action)
Perhaps the reception Can manage the job since it seems like nothing
* Play more national mixed Music at the pool - the played Music must be from amacing team/DJ’s own private playlist (they are all Young)
* Add rum to the bar
* Do something about the cat trays in all plants - it smells horrible!
* Update the entertainment poster early morning - we asked in the reception what was todays entertainment (Friday) and he did not know…..?!? Yesterdays was still on the poster at 09:00 o’clock
* Add a bit Dance to the pool entertainment, zumba or similar (and don’t hit people with swimmfoam during aquagym)

It is a nice hotel, with the sugested improvements I Think it Will be better :-)

Room Tip: Recomend to use sunbeds on Deck due to the loud Music at pool. Try the lift, near by.

Definitely not a 4 star!
The customer service in this hotel is awful. We were given a room that wouldn’t lock to begin with, when requesting a change the staff on reception were VERY rude, one made a comment to my partner and said “if woman wasn’t with you would the room be an issue”. The room was also very dirty and the balcony was level with the walk way over the pool so no view. We eventually got moved but had to pay an addition 80 euros. Staff at bar upstairs were also very rude. We went up for a drink before heading out, people in front of us were being served 2 drinks but when we asked for 2 they said “no, English only get 1 drink” so because of our nationality we could not be served to equal measures of those of other nationalities. After speaking to other English families it was apparent this was the case for them too! Very unfair! Food is also very unhygenic and very repetitive. I didn’t enjoy the food and ended up eating out most nights. Drinks are made with very cheap vodka, they are disgusting and I was unable to drink them. They make the same cocktails and change the colour with coloured syrups, they all taste the same. Not worth all inclusive! The bar is very smelly and covered in wasps due to it being so unclean.
On the other hand, the snack station was great! The pizza guys were very attentive and friendly and good at accomodating us. The pizzas and burgers are amazing! They were the only food we could eat at this hotel!
Animation team also amazing - they made our experience at this hotel (especially Habib). Huge thanks Habib!

The hotel is not safe for young children and the rooms are not suitable due to lack of maintenance.

The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and ignoring guests.

Below are the issues which we face at this hotel during our stay
• They did not provide cots for the babies as requested – the first night the babies slept on the bed with us
• First room provided AC did not work
• The current room is not safe for the kids, can open the door easily and have no way of locking the door, we barricaded the door with the stroller to stop the baby from accidentally opening it.
• The room has nails and bits off the wall sticking out, not safe for children.
• Hotel only provided one card, request for one more refused
• Refused bottled water ask to buy
• No hot water was available in the room on 2nd June at 2.15 pm local time, phone reception asked for the reason, said it will be back on soon.
• We have requested packed lunch as we are spending the day outside, but the hotel refused to say we miss the deadline by 20 minutes, and they don’t provide it, even though it was mentioned on the leaflet
• Lady in the reception was extremely rude her name was Hilal, anything we ask automatically said no before we even made the request, it was not nice and refused us information not asking for anything
• No Wi-Fi available in the hotel had requested to pay, Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, but it was very poor.
• Food in the evening was not refilled said it is finished for the day, especially during the breakfast time, hardly any food left as we came 9.30 am, ask for fresh eggs was refused, the lady was cleaning the buffet while we had not made any choices. Breakfast finishes at 10.30 am but at 9.30 am they start removing items.
• Highchairs were always dirty, we cleaned it ourselves
• Spa stuff kept on pressurizing us for treatment while we said no number of times during the day
• We had to pay to use the chairs and table on the beach

Hotel location 10/10. Touch is within walking distance of everything. Old town, funicular, fortress, Cleopatra beach, shops, Turkish market. We were at the end of the season, and the nutrition was super. At lunch they offered snacks, pizza, sweet waffles. Never been hungry. Animation also works. Which surprised us in November. Very unobtrusive and polite, in all languages. In the evening they offer a trip to the club for the interested. Which we think is safer than going out at night alone. The bartenders are also very friendly, memorizing every guest's drink. In general, all staff are attentive to guests. The hotel has a cozy terrace, live music or a DJ in the evening. Overall we liked the hotel. I've met our expectations 100%. Great for young people or those who have come not only to lie on the beach.

Good afternoon, when choosing a hotel did not pay attention to its rating of 6.6 (specifically it was stated that such a rating was due to the staff) I checked in on recommendation. In fact, everything is really terrible, the cost is not up to expectations, completely unprofessional and impolite staff, we after a few hours just got information about the services provided, where and what food is available, the hotel concept, information about the beach, about the internet still no understanding, is there one or not? The room also leaves a lot to be desired, though it counts after renovation. Total lack of hospitality and client orientation. In the state of renovation, cleanliness, dishes in the dining room - hotel rating not more than 2-3*.
Turkey’s welcome at the Tac Hotel is not 100%.

Just flew home, relaxed in this hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of Alanya, the famous Cleopatra beach is five minutes away, cross the road only. Start with the sea. The first time was in late September, the sea is warm 28 degrees, calm, the waves are not big. And already from 01.10 already started to storm a little, swimming was prohibited. A couple of times it rained a little. The weather at this time is very comfortable for walking. Going into the sea first the sand, and then, as all of Alanya begins the plates and immediately the depth. The stoves are slippery, kicked a couple of times. You have to take this into account if you have the main sea for a holiday or with children.
We went to Damlatash cave, walking from the hotel for about 15-20 minutes.
There are markets, shops, all within walking distance. A lot of walks, everything blooms: flowers, trees with pomegranates, trees with bananas.
The hotel. The hotel liked it, good location. The hotel itself is clean, the room is successful - the window overlooked the pool. If it's outside, it's very noisy, against the bar, loud music playing. Lots of recreational areas, plenty of room for everyone. It's a good room. The hotel was recently renovated.
About food. I liked it, there was a lot of fruit, and watermelons, melons, plums, oranges, grapes. Chicken and fish every day. And so, food as usual in Turkey. Lots of pastries, lots of jams. After lunch, making pizzas of types five, burgers. The wine is not delicious, the beer is drinkable, and the gin was both rum and vodka. In range)
Many Europeans rest, it seemed that more than Russians. The rest is satisfied. This hotel would definitely be back

This hotel is NOT a four-star. To say it’s a three star is being very generous! I stayed here for 4 nights on my own and the hotel is horrible! The staff at the reception are very rude and unwelcoming! Literally had me in tears on my 1st day! the hotel room I had was very different to what was on the Internet. The room was also very dirty I had to beg for it to be cleaned, the sheet didn’t even fit the bed properly and the TV screen dented. When I asked to change rooms, they refused. even though I was a solo traveller the best thing about this hotel was the view from the balcony which made up for the fact that my room was terrible. Do not book this hotel for an all inclusive It’s not worth the money. The food was horrible. This was for breakfast, lunch and dinner and I even caught someone tasting the condiments by putting the spoon in their mouth and putting it back in the bowl for other people to use. I would definitely recommend the spa, the Haman treatment Was excellent and what made me give this rating two was the entertainment team special shout out to Habib who helped make my trip and stay at the hotel one to remember. The hotel is in a great location of Alanya with lots of restaurants and bars around to make up for the lack of good food at the hotel, I will definitely be going back to Alanya but definitely not staying at this hotel.
