Nestled close to Alanya's sun-kissed beaches and bustling city life, Tac Premier Hotel and Spa garners praise for its stellar location. While the hotel's atmosphere buzzes with vibrancy, offering lively club outings and poolside music, guests also appreciate tranquil havens for relaxation. Rooms receive varied feedback; some commend the cleanliness and views, whereas others encounter maintenance issues. The hotel's cleanliness overall is lauded, though the pool's upkeep occasionally falls short. Amenities are generally well-received, but the Wi-Fi policy and some aspects of service, including customer care at the reception, draw criticism. The value proposition remains contentious, with opinions split between economical and disappointing due to additional costs and food and drink quality.

Amazing holiday! I went with my two friends, this was our first holiday together and after reading some pretty bad reviews about this hotel we were pretty anxious as to what to expect. We arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning so didn’t get to see much, on our first full day we were shocked by how nice it was all the staff were friendly food wasn’t amazing but being a fussy eater I managed to have a variety of things. Only downfall was the drinks, yes it’s all inclusive but only certain bars provided alcohol & they tried to create a policy where you could only get one drink at a time which was a bit of a nightmare especially when you’re not getting them all for yourself, eventually the bar staff would allow us to take more than one drink. The animation team and the events in the area were amazing! There was a excursions place right next door which was one of the best prices in the area, some nights there would be an open party bus that would come collect everyone and take them to summer garden club! There was also a bus that came to pick people up for the Havana club these were amazing, would definitely recommend this hotel to any YOUNG (18-30) who are not wanting to sit in silence the whole holiday- if you do, book an adults only hotel.

Ok hotel w okay food in a great location. A little puzzly layout at first but u get used to it fast. Everything's a bit worn out but not bad. Food is nothing culinaristic but eatable and lots of options. Buffet tables are always full in the beginning of breakfast/lunch/dinner so you need to be really early or wait an hour or so before going.
Music playing in the pool area from 10am all day long which I find a little disturbing but somebody might like it. You can also chill at the other end of the long pool where you dont hear that music as loud. Dont dive in the pool water with eyes open or even with goggles. You will see more human hair in the water than in a barber trash can after a busy day. Hope they clean the pool water sometimes.
Pool shower n toilets smelled bad.
Loved the 1min walk to Cleopatra Beach.
Lots of markets and clothing shops nearby.

Service was really good. First night we got only one family room instead of the 2 rooms we reserved so they were really sorry n we got free wifi for everyone for the vacation n some other compensation. Next day got the second room too with a bottle of wine.
Normally free wifi only in the lobby.
Rooms were cleaned every day by a polite lady you could always see a smile with her face.

The one thing that cannot be faulted are the staff. Please and thank you goes a long way and people cannot be expected to be treated well if they are treating the staff rudely. A special mention too Mustafa Mermerkaya (we got his last name to make sure he gets the credit he deserves) he works so hard and is so nice to every customer here! We believe they are understaffed but the staff they do have work very hard to make sure everything is running smoothly! Location is perfect as very close to a lot of bars and markets. My mum is also gluten free and a lot of the food she cannot eat but they have made her meals separately every night to make sure she is eating. The staff are workers, not slaves, they are all amazing here!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is not safe for young children and the rooms are not suitable due to lack of maintenance.

The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and ignoring guests.

Below are the issues which we face at this hotel during our stay
• They did not provide cots for the babies as requested – the first night the babies slept on the bed with us
• First room provided AC did not work
• The current room is not safe for the kids, can open the door easily and have no way of locking the door, we barricaded the door with the stroller to stop the baby from accidentally opening it.
• The room has nails and bits off the wall sticking out, not safe for children.
• Hotel only provided one card, request for one more refused
• Refused bottled water ask to buy
• No hot water was available in the room on 2nd June at 2.15 pm local time, phone reception asked for the reason, said it will be back on soon.
• We have requested packed lunch as we are spending the day outside, but the hotel refused to say we miss the deadline by 20 minutes, and they don’t provide it, even though it was mentioned on the leaflet
• Lady in the reception was extremely rude her name was Hilal, anything we ask automatically said no before we even made the request, it was not nice and refused us information not asking for anything
• No Wi-Fi available in the hotel had requested to pay, Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, but it was very poor.
• Food in the evening was not refilled said it is finished for the day, especially during the breakfast time, hardly any food left as we came 9.30 am, ask for fresh eggs was refused, the lady was cleaning the buffet while we had not made any choices. Breakfast finishes at 10.30 am but at 9.30 am they start removing items.
• Highchairs were always dirty, we cleaned it ourselves
• Spa stuff kept on pressurizing us for treatment while we said no number of times during the day
• We had to pay to use the chairs and table on the beach

Complaint about the female receptionist and manager

When i came she already looked badly at me without smilying or being welcoming.

Then i said i have a reservation and she replied badly to me.

She said she received the reservation on the system, made copy passport and give me the key.

Then she asked me to send her the reservation confirmation.

I showed on my phone.

She said i must send her.

I said i don't want to waste time if she alread have the reservation on the system.

And she replied badly and disrespectfully.

And I asked her to tell me her name, she didn't reply. I asked again, she didn't reply, i asked if she hear me, she said no.

I said that I want to write a complaint about her and to tell her name, she said that refuse to tell her name and said that didn't care.

She stressed me and made me feel unpleasant.

Then she said that a man on the lobby is her manager.

I asked to speak to the man that was indicated as manager and he first spoken with her and when i started to speak with him she interrupted me after 10 seconds 2 times.

The so called manager didn't show any interest to know about my complaint.

Very unprofessional staff at this hotel.

If this is the way they treat clients they should stay empty.

Avoid if you don't want to start your stay badly.

The food was a night mare, it was ok if you liked chicken, spaghetti and fish every day, mashed potato that was like running water.
the afternoon snack bar wher you was served by an un freindly chef serving beef burgers and handling everything including the food with no protective gloves.
Icecream which you could only have between 1600hrs and 1700hrs
When it comes to all inclusive with this hotel give it a miis because you will spend your MONEY eating out

Definitely not a 4 star!
The customer service in this hotel is awful. We were given a room that wouldn’t lock to begin with, when requesting a change the staff on reception were VERY rude, one made a comment to my partner and said “if woman wasn’t with you would the room be an issue”. The room was also very dirty and the balcony was level with the walk way over the pool so no view. We eventually got moved but had to pay an addition 80 euros. Staff at bar upstairs were also very rude. We went up for a drink before heading out, people in front of us were being served 2 drinks but when we asked for 2 they said “no, English only get 1 drink” so because of our nationality we could not be served to equal measures of those of other nationalities. After speaking to other English families it was apparent this was the case for them too! Very unfair! Food is also very unhygenic and very repetitive. I didn’t enjoy the food and ended up eating out most nights. Drinks are made with very cheap vodka, they are disgusting and I was unable to drink them. They make the same cocktails and change the colour with coloured syrups, they all taste the same. Not worth all inclusive! The bar is very smelly and covered in wasps due to it being so unclean.
On the other hand, the snack station was great! The pizza guys were very attentive and friendly and good at accomodating us. The pizzas and burgers are amazing! They were the only food we could eat at this hotel!
Animation team also amazing - they made our experience at this hotel (especially Habib). Huge thanks Habib!

I give an extra star to this hotel since it is nice and the Food has good taste. Yesterday there was Turkish night with traditional Food and some arranged drinks, it was a good night and tasty Food.
And the a la carte afternoon snack is good!
There is entertainment every night.

A bit sad that Beach is not included but cost 6 € for 2 beds and an umbrella, and payment for all drinks.

I have following recomodations to the hotel:
* Let the guest relation staff go arround at the hotel instead of sitt all Day at the desk looking at there private phone (we never Saw them in action)
Perhaps the reception Can manage the job since it seems like nothing
* Play more national mixed Music at the pool - the played Music must be from amacing team/DJ’s own private playlist (they are all Young)
* Add rum to the bar
* Do something about the cat trays in all plants - it smells horrible!
* Update the entertainment poster early morning - we asked in the reception what was todays entertainment (Friday) and he did not know…..?!? Yesterdays was still on the poster at 09:00 o’clock
* Add a bit Dance to the pool entertainment, zumba or similar (and don’t hit people with swimmfoam during aquagym)

It is a nice hotel, with the sugested improvements I Think it Will be better :-)

I paid all inclusive but they ask extra 3e for every person each day in order to have wifi in your room. That's very rude and unpolite. Pure money grabbing. Disappointed. Beside that issue, room is nice, but food is very limited. Pool is also not great.

Hello Ian - I can't answer your query I'm afraid. We had 2 rooms - Myself and my 13 year old son had a room which had 1 single bed (mine) and 1 double bed (his)!!! My wife had the 2nd room which again had 1 single bed (my son) and a double bed (wife and daughter). The staff very accommodating and would probably do their utmost to sort you out to your preference.
