I would not recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation. Check-in: I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 pm. At the desk, they asked me to wait until the room was ready. I waited a total of an hour and a half, by the way, I was not the only one with this problem. The room: I was given a triple room, which is at the very end of the hotel, first, you have to go up the elevator to the 4th floor, then walk up the stairs one more floor. The room left a lot to be desired, to put it mildly, because, in spite of the location, there was no normal mirror. One mirror in the room - when you stand you can only see your belly, and in the shower, the mirror is half cut off as there is already a roof and the whole wall with the mirror goes under the slope. The air conditioning was at the end of the room and it didn't reach the big bed. I came for 4 nights and they could not change my room as there were no rooms available. When they asked me to come back in 2 days and ask them if there were any rooms available - they were not there when I arrived. I took a tour, which indicated a standard room of 20 m2, but I was given a completely different room at the end of the hotel. There is a telephone in the shower room with half-insulated wires sticking out. Service/Service: The staff is not customer oriented, they don't smile, they don't try to help you, and they barely speak English. I would give this hotel 3 stars at most. The food choice is ok, but there are not enough tables so you have to wait for someone to eat and be seated. The choice of food is okay, but the food is lacking so you have to wait until someone eats and can sit down. The drinks I had were inclusive and the cocktails which are included in the price were disgusting, so better to buy cocktails and those that aren't included in the price. Wifi is free only at the front desk. Paying for Wi-Fi is good but weak if your room is at the end of the hotel. Also, it was funny when I saw a few cats while you eating. In conclusion, I would like to add that probably if you take a different room and the staff tries to be helpful it would be similar to a 3 and a half star hotel. Too bad you can't add pictures. To Novotours there is only 1 question) Why, after everyone is taken to their rooms, do you take everyone to a place where you can buy food or drink at a cosmic price? Even in the hotel, it would be cheaper by many times. A bottle of water for 4 euros is so-so.

Worst food!!! We had stomach problems. We talked to other people from our travel agency and they had problems from food too! At snack bar was unpleasant chef. There was a barbecue at dinner and we could smell the stench, then we found out they were heating with plastic crates!! The meat was raw and smelly. The waiters were rude and annoying. The only good thing was - cleaning every day rooms and good location.

The food was a night mare, it was ok if you liked chicken, spaghetti and fish every day, mashed potato that was like running water. the afternoon snack bar wher you was served by an un freindly chef serving beef burgers and handling everything including the food with no protective gloves. Icecream which you could only have between 1600hrs and 1700hrs When it comes to all inclusive with this hotel give it a miis because you will spend your MONEY eating out

The hotel is not safe for young children and the rooms are not suitable due to lack of maintenance. The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and ignoring guests. Below are the issues which we face at this hotel during our stay • They did not provide cots for the babies as requested – the first night the babies slept on the bed with us • First room provided AC did not work • The current room is not safe for the kids, can open the door easily and have no way of locking the door, we barricaded the door with the stroller to stop the baby from accidentally opening it. • The room has nails and bits off the wall sticking out, not safe for children. • Hotel only provided one card, request for one more refused • Refused bottled water ask to buy • No hot water was available in the room on 2nd June at 2.15 pm local time, phone reception asked for the reason, said it will be back on soon. • We have requested packed lunch as we are spending the day outside, but the hotel refused to say we miss the deadline by 20 minutes, and they don’t provide it, even though it was mentioned on the leaflet • Lady in the reception was extremely rude her name was Hilal, anything we ask automatically said no before we even made the request, it was not nice and refused us information not asking for anything • No Wi-Fi available in the hotel had requested to pay, Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, but it was very poor. • Food in the evening was not refilled said it is finished for the day, especially during the breakfast time, hardly any food left as we came 9.30 am, ask for fresh eggs was refused, the lady was cleaning the buffet while we had not made any choices. Breakfast finishes at 10.30 am but at 9.30 am they start removing items. • Highchairs were always dirty, we cleaned it ourselves • Spa stuff kept on pressurizing us for treatment while we said no number of times during the day • We had to pay to use the chairs and table on the beach

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's on walking distance of Alanya city and it's a lively area. Other than that the hotel is terrible. The food selection is very poor. It's not fresh and they re use the same stuff to make another dish with it. All 4 of us had stomach troubles. The free alcohol contains low quality cheap drinks. You have to pay 6-7 euro for a cocktail and they taste crap. We have eaten out almost every day. And wasted a lot of money cause of their unhygienic food. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI. THEY GIVE U ONE CODE THAT U CAN ONLY USE FOR 1 DEVICE. So a card for a week was approx 13€ x4. I find it absolutely ridiculous! There is free wifi near the reception but it's totally packed there. The hotel guests were mainly russians. So I have unfortunately seen too many drunk russians. Personally I felt like this hotel is only focused on making money and not focused on hospitality. Never coming back.

Complaint about the female receptionist and manager When i came she already looked badly at me without smilying or being welcoming. Then i said i have a reservation and she replied badly to me. She said she received the reservation on the system, made copy passport and give me the key. Then she asked me to send her the reservation confirmation. I showed on my phone. She said i must send her. I said i don't want to waste time if she alread have the reservation on the system. And she replied badly and disrespectfully. And I asked her to tell me her name, she didn't reply. I asked again, she didn't reply, i asked if she hear me, she said no. I said that I want to write a complaint about her and to tell her name, she said that refuse to tell her name and said that didn't care. She stressed me and made me feel unpleasant. Then she said that a man on the lobby is her manager. I asked to speak to the man that was indicated as manager and he first spoken with her and when i started to speak with him she interrupted me after 10 seconds 2 times. The so called manager didn't show any interest to know about my complaint. Very unprofessional staff at this hotel. If this is the way they treat clients they should stay empty. Avoid if you don't want to start your stay badly.

I made a reservation through an agency. It was confirmed and paid. I came to Turkey the hotel is closed. A stranger helped me and I got in touch with the manager. He denied it was possible I have a booking and that I’d paid even though I had the document. Then he left to try and find out what happened and he never came back. The “funny” thing is that the hotel contacted me a few days earlier asking where I’m coming from and I replied so they knew 💯 % the booking while knowing they are closed.

I initially was meant to be at another hotel but it was changed late to this one. The facilities such as the Hamam (Turkish bath) and the massage/spa rooms were very good. What lets the hotel down is the food options. I wanted to have real Turkish food that I love e.g. chicken şiş, asana lifted etc. All I got were some chicken and meat options in a sauce, totally indistinguishable from the previous days! The salads and sweets were good so they can do it. In addition, I annoyingly had to pay to use the safe which is a first in any hotel I've stayed in around the world! With this being a 4 star, I was underwhelmed.

The hotel definetely doesn't deserve 4 stars, not even 3. The food is tasteless, same every day and small selection. Not even close to all inclusive service. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, there is not enough towels for guests which is for a 4-star hotel big shame. For all day you only get 2 small bottles of water. The only good thing about this hotel is that is located near Cleopatra beach, which is beautiful. But hotel as a hotel is DISASTER.
