Thank you for staying at the simply fine - alize hotel. This was our first holiday in Turkey, we are very happy with the service that greeted us and worked with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. In the evening there are performances and dances by the pool. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. Drinks, alcohol and snacks were good as well. We highly recommend holidays in this hotel and greetings to the entire team.

Just got back from holiday first time in turkey. The staff were lovely at the hotel and made us feel like royalty. A smile and a please and thank you goes a long way. We were the only English people staying so if it doesn't bother you being amongst Russians and Germans and are happy with your own company and to chat and have a laugh with the lovely staff you will be OK. Definitely need more English people to come here. Staff can't do enough for you. We had a table reserved for us twice at dinner by a lovely waitress called hazal and also waited on by aliye and fatma who were also very helpful. The food wasn't English which we didn't expect but was tasty and something different every day. You have to be adventurous and try new thing! But there was plenty of different salad choices and chicken and mousaka and even chicken nuggets if you like to stick to plain food. Deserts were plentiful and varied. The rooms are comfortable and beds cosy. Rooms have fridge and free safe. Balconies and free air conditioning. Bathroom good shower. Towels changed every day (leave your dirty towel on the floor if you want a clean one) beds changed every day also. Try the turkish chia if you want a proper cup of tea made in a teapot and not from a machine. The bar has a good variety of soft drinks cocktails and shorts The pool area is spotless and pool quite big. Plenty of sun loungers. Snacks are available in the pool bar during the day. The beach is five minutes away from the hotel at the bottom of the road and there is an underpass to get to it as the road is very busy. There is a bar at the beach with water and soft drinks included. And sun loungers and shades. The bazzar is held on Thursday right next to the hotel and along the streets. We loved the hotel and staff and would happily stay again. Turkey is a lovely country and I would definitely like to see more of it.

We stayed here for 10 days and had an ok time. Alanya it’s self is beautiful and we would definitely go back but just not to this hotel. We were the English people here which at first we didn’t mind, but all other guests were so rude and towards the end of our holiday made us feel so uncomfortable we did whatever we could to make sure we were out of the hotel as much as possible. As we were the only English people we didn’t feel comfortable taking part in any activity’s not that we was ever asked. He seemed to asked everyone and just bypass us out of 10 days I think we got asked once? We also didn’t go to any of the entertainment for the same reason, no WiFi in the room and the only English TV was bbc word news or Cartoon Network. Food was awful for breakfast I would just end up with a bread roll, we went to lunch once but just walked straight back out and dinner we ate at the hotel once. The snack bar was good until a couple of days before coming home they left the burgers on the side instead of in the heater things and me and my partner ate them and then was both poorly so decided after this we wouldn’t eat at the hotel again. Location is okay, about 5/10 mins walk is a few restaurants and bars where we spent most of our evenings and everything is cheap enough. If your looking to do excursions then go see Albert down the end of the road to the beach and turn right and his shop is just there. We done the Jeep safari and boat trip and really enjoyed them. The city tour was rubbish and we also did quad bikes which was okay but it was cheap enough! Also.... there was no water slide??? Main reason for booking this hotel was adult only with a slide and when we arrived there was no slide???? Anyway we would go to Alanya again but would do research and find a better hotel. But if your just looking for somewhere to put your head for the night it’s an alright hotel! Rooms were cleaned daily never had any problems just the rudeness of other guests.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We booked it online. Even though we have reservation, we had a call just now saying they don't have any available rooms!!! There are 12 hours left. We booked our bus tickets, we packed and shopped for the holiday. And then we have this call. Don't choose this terrible service!!
