The hotel is a very lazy laid back place. Rooms are ok very small and the shower is tiny, if you are a bigger person you will struggle I am small and always hitting my but on the controls also more water came out of the hose than the shower head, but pressure is good, made the beds but didn’t change sheets or towels, I found the cupboard at end of corridor with toilet roll and stuff. Staff are very young in the bar/restaurant and are just idiots, as is the beach man/life guard who’s dog does her business on the beach, I reported this nothing done, just a shrug. Food is ok if you like chicken, on every day, salads are quite good, deserts are excellent The only drinks on AI are wine and lager, I don’t do alcohol so can’t comment, soft drinks, tea and coffee were good. Then location, you can’t get better it is on the beach, looked at some other hotels, all had to cross the road and didn’t even have a private bit. There is no entertainment whatsoever, people are in bed or I assume gone out by 9 bar will be shutting. All in all great for a very laid back beach holiday, don’t expect anything more.

We was there 6 days. We are very satisfied about the hotel, room was okey, restaurant inside incredible. Employees was great, very helpful and nice. Adem manager is very funny and like helping with everything. He recommend us a lot places in Alanya. Food was very good, different and curious. The views form the hotel… unforgettable! This was real Turkish vacation. If you want see beautiful beach and pretty places you should check in in Muz Hotel 😄

Cheaper all inclusive directly on a beach with free A/C really nice friendly and helpful personell at the reception free sunbeds and parasols by the pool and beach. That's the good points, now the nitty gritty. We upgraded our room at extra cost, great view over the ocean and a balcony but nearly all the handles on draws and wardrobes were broken as was the lampshade and hand basin was cracked , told it was best room in hotel. The food is definitely low quality and much of it is the stews so they can get rid of stuff from a day or two back, soup that is barely warm when put out on the buffet everything is very repetitive and breakfast is abysmal there are also a family of cats in the dining room begging for food constantly. The beach looks fine and they have a guy who looks after it???? Till I stood in cat excrement buried in the sand between the sunbeds on two separate occasions, the beach guy has a dog and the restaurant staff thought it was hilarious to see the dog having a crap in the sand , no one picked it up. If you have a mobility problem you should avoid this place, it's lots of stairs no lifts and getting into the sea is difficult because of very slippery rock in the water.

We spent 2 fab weeks at this small but lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating . Adam on reception made us feel very welcome and made sure were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily if required to a good standard , and the cleaning staff were beautiful and always happy to help. The food was lovely with a good choice , tasty & fresh. The chef mustafa does a brilliant job and food it topped up constantly during meal times. All bar & food staff were just absolutely brilliant with us , always happy , chatty and even with the language barrier made so much effort to make us laugh and have a good time. At meal times Baris , Ufuk , Eren , Ersin fatih & all staff waited on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is situated on the beautiful med on its own beach , it’s absolutely stunning 🤩 The bar and pool Are kept immaculate and staff are constantly cleaning & keeping the appearance of the hotel top notch. The beds were comfy , bathrooms clean , shampoo , soap & fresh towels were provided daily. It’s a more relaxing calm hotel to stay at , no kids at all in the 2 weeks here , there’s no entertainment which we were happy about as we wanted a more chilled time. We done lots of day trips which I highly recommend including jeep tours up into the mountains & pirate ship tours to see the amazing views from the med while eating lunch and sipping cocktails 🍹 I’d highly recommend this hotel , it’s cheaper than most , smaller than most , but the stay was 10/10

Just coming up to the end of great fortnight at muz Hotel, our room was spotless, cleaned daily, with clean towels in abundance and fresh sheets regularly, the beds were comfy and we had a lovely view from our room. The food was perfect for us, if you want an all inclusive with about 30 different dishes everyday perhaps it's not for you, however the fresh veg and salad and choice of fish or meat suited us just fine, and the added bonus of eating your meal over looking their private beach is a complete bonus, we also had a wonderful hamman on sight. Downside you had to pay for Internet but hey a detox from our phones such a bad thing. The seimming pool and area again was clean, and the staff especially the maids were friendly and fun, we will def be back next year thank you muz for a fab fortnight

So for what you pay this hotel is fine! The plus points being the hotel is straight onto the beach it’s clean and the majority of staff are friendly. Food ok managed to find things to eat and it’s all fresh. Just wish it was labelled up! Cleaners in every day. Now for the bad bits, upon arrival was asked if we wanted to upgrade to a sea view room we did this cost £70 and wouldn’t let us pay on card! Since chatting with others this is a scam and would of still had a similar room had we not upgraded! Being pestered to book trips and the hamam every time we went past 1 receptionist. Reported a noise in our room that sounded like a whistling kettle going at all hours to the rep and reception nothing done! Last night tried to check transfer times at 6pm nothing come through and was told to check later on so we did but the older dark haired receptionist wouldn’t help was very rude condescending and I ended up in tears. Had to stay up till our transfer arrived at 3am so we didn’t miss it! All in all it was cheap and had to swap hotels to here due to changed flights and our usual hotel fully booked but I wouldn’t stay again!

Just had a week here all inclusive. The check in was chaotic, the manager was friendly but was to busy faffing about to let us check in he kept telling us to sit and relax when all we wanted to do was go to the room and get settled. The all inclusive was the worst thing ever, only allowed wine or beer, the food is disgusting, I mean the worst food ever. The chef overbearing mithering for dates and was nasty when declined. The hotel was run down the room was falling apart and dirty. The only plus point we had a pool view room and it was close to the beach.

Location of this hotel is tranquil and idyllic, right on the beach. Rooms adequate and cleaned every day. Food tasty and healthy, although somewhat different at times, but always something nice to eat. Pool bar restaurant is lovely and overlooks both the pool and the sea. A lovely three star hotel with great value. I've been here three weeks and love this hotel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Big Ash

we visited this hotel for the second time. The first time was 9 years ago and we had a similar experience both times. This is a good basic Turkish hotel for a good price. On arrival we had a disastrous transfer so did not arrive at the hotel until 2am and after reading reviews I was worried that we would have problems but we were checked in really quickly and efficiently by a really friendly gentleman. We were booked into a room on first floor with a side sea view. The room is basic with a TV, wardrobe and we had twin beds but that was fine we just pushed them together. We had a balcony with seating and also air-con. The room is clean and tidy and we had no problems. The bathroom is tiny and a little dated. A lot of patchwork where problems have occurred before and the shower is very temperamental with water temperature but to us its just a room and was clean enough. Breakfast is served 0800-1000 and I will say it is very much aimed at European market ( I think we were the only English there). I basically had Egg and Tomato sandwiches every morning. There was a selection of salads and meats but nothing to identify what the dishes actually were. Lunch was between 1230-1400 and again was aimed at European and not English. We could not identify what any dishes were and basically has rice and sauce with salad most days - my husband is a little more adventurous and tried the main dishes and said they were tasty. Dinner is 1900-2100 (but some days was available at 1830). Dinner was very much the same as lunch with nothing to identify what you were eating. The restaurant has an amazing view of the beach so is a nice environment and as mentioned in other reviews there are cats wondering around but we noticed no smell and they don't bother you. Staff in the restaurant and bar are friendly and its clean so no problems. We had the all inclusive package and had coffee, teas, Turkish tea and juices and water on tap. Beer and wine was available whenever between 11-11 but I don't know about other drinks because we didn't have any. The big selling point for this place is the beach, Step out the back door and you are on a beautiful beach with loungers and umbrellas free of charge. It is quiet and the location is great - it is an easy ish walk into town if you're up to it or there is a bus stop just across the street. There is wifi but you have to pay for it and you can only use it on one device.

I stayed at a hotel with friends. The water in the toilet could not be let out. Towels were told to change every third day 😬 The room was not cleaned at all and the rest of the hotel looked dirty. The food is disgusting, tasteless. We also didn't like the service. The only good thing about the hotel is the beach and nothing more.
