This holiday with my 6 friends/family members was superb. The rooms and all other facilities was excellent, the hotel staff were all approachable, friendly and helpful, nothing too much for them to do and help with. The only small moan is that I believe that wifi should be in the bedrooms as well. Entertainment could be a lot better and some evening there was none but we entertain ourselves and even some of the other guests. Lastly, the Turkish bath and spa was outstanding. All the staff did a great job but Batu made it extra special, thank you all. Get the internet in the room and we’ll be back next year.

The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are clean and cool air con in all rooms, beds very comfortable. Food was good and a good variety enjoyed all the food. I would recommend the hotel and already thinking about booking for next year. Great experience of hotel.

Was really nice inside, staff was absolutely kind and friendly, best thing about the hotel was private beach, food was ok but if you get bored there’s plenty of places in the city you can eat from wich is 10/15 min walk

Amazing from going into hotel early hours desk staff amazing room with pool view all room was lush food amazing even snack bar had Turkish bath omg so relaxing and cheap also never tried pomegranate tea it’s was lush beach was so good also met a lovely single lass clair with her lovely twin girls and her other boy n girl they wear all very polite a miss them but I recommend Amy one to go to this hotel we will be back but not for a week it will be definitely a fortnight miss u all hands up to all desk staff the cooks cleaners bar staff etc ect x

Best hotel in alanya with the best experience and with the most friendly people, mujvat and Ali very respectful and nice lifeguards show us nothing but respect the whole time we was here like brothers to us, Mehmet is a very respectful waiter always asking us for drinks with 10/10 service, nez very nice bar tender as well

We came with Family as enjoying Turkey, happy as memory from past 22 years, Alanya or City by Wilderness. Turkish Delight as Air to breath, Poetic me loved days as following Future as Feeling Land. The food was rubbish. I came back from my holiday and had the worst stomach bug ever. The food was so repetitive. The staff are lovely and so welcoming. It wasn’t worth paying what we paid. There was a free taxi to “the lion centre” which me and my partner thought was a shopping centre, it wasn’t it was a shop that the taxi man had dropped you to and it was clearly his friend. We wanted to look else where as it was on a strip and we was shouted at and humiliated in front of loads of people as we didn’t buy anything. So rude. Would never go back. Room wasn’t the cleanest and there was 2 girls in a pool doing inappropriate things whilst the life guard didn’t care. Would never go back.
