Absolutely will Never return. Room cleaned once in 7 days i got there gone midnight so Wednesday return shuttle was 5.40 tea time on the Tuesday. Bit the fella on reception cut of the arm bracelet and tried charging 100 lira for a flat 3/4 of a glass of drink. It was easier to leave at breakfast drink and eat elsewhere . No entertainment well half an hour of something but tried selling some tickets for the next day food was like something that you would get in an institution. 🤷🤔 everyone I spoke to was eating and drinking elsewhere till evening. Must be great full to the fella for cutting my arm band off . You saved me the jip you was going to get as a hole . I jiped bar staff daily if they was talk helpful and friendly. Nearly put me off turkey 🇹🇷 but must say the two previous hotels 🏨 made this look like a joke . Nuff said and good bye . Forever. 👉🙄🙃😠👈

When we arrived check in was easy reception staff really nice. When we got to the room it was a basic room big bedroom good size bathroom no window and no balcony but there was a little gap outside of the doors where you can smoke and hang your clothes. There is a video below. We were only there for a week so it didn't really bother us but a couple we met said they were there for 2 week and when they got there they paid £40 extra for a balcony room so make sure you check what room you have. The food was basic, Turkish, salads, chips, meats, fruit and desserts. The staff are nice there is no entertainment during day they had Turkish night maybe 2 nights. The music needs to be better 2 songs played then it went off. If you need a sunbed get it early as it gets busy. There was 4 of us and we were poorly second day we don't know if it was a bug or the food but we refused to eat at the hotel after, the food it put out 2 hours before anyone can eat which is not good at all. There is shops near by and there is a market 10 minutes in a taxi. If you want a basic hotel then yeh book this hotel but we definitely won't be going back..

Arsi has so much potential, but... The food wasn't labelled, so you had no idea what you were having, to not mention allergy issues. Alcohol was very weak, presention for cocktails a disaster. If you like your cocktails then lower your expectations, that goes for outside the hotel too. Reception staffs, are the best here, really friendly people. For the hotel itself nothing special, the management could and should do a lot better. PS: For the buffet there was too much flies on top of the salad and also for breakfast. I believe that put my wife and I off... big time I will share 1 or 2 pictures but none of what I have mentioned here, I wasn't collecting evidences.

Absolutely waste of money.booked 5 nights via Loveholidays.com from 22nd June 2023. Advertised facilities aren’T available there at all. 1-No Gym. 2-Paid for all inclusive but No water or cold drinks were provided in room refrigerator. Upon asking receptionist I was told to come down to main restaurant on ground floor form 5th floor every time you need to drink water or buy from outside market . 3-Room AC didn’t work efficiently with only blowing hot air. Room not changed or AC checked after making reception aware of it. 4- Not enough food available as your any other inclusive deal hotel would provide different material of food till lte 11 pm but here last food available was till 8.30 pm. The only good point I could think of is the friendliest staff . All of workers there were very polite and friendly. But in total if one wanted to spend sometime good and relaxing then please avoid and find something better quality.

Anyone who says this hotel is good or very good is deluded, or works there. Myself and my cousin had the unfortunate experience of staying in Hotel Arsi for a week, and it was a week of hell. Every single day we experienced something unpleasant, from the hideous rooms to the lack of safety and hygiene, to the disgusting food, cheap crap alcohol/cola/juice and the most awful staff...rude, arrogant and unfriendly. Our first room was like a dungeon and had to pay £50 to move. Second room, wobbly balcony rail, rubbish fridge and air con and to top this second room off, my poor cousin had the glass shower screen explode and shatter all over her!!! The most horrific scene, cuts ,blood and trauma and the manager couldn't even apologise....they do not give a s*$t people!!!! Third room just filthy, I could go on and on and on.....our only saving grace was the beach and the lovely friendly staff at the Parador beach bar. The pictures are completely deceptive, this is supposed to be a recently renovated Four Star hotel!!!! I wouldn't even give it 1 ..... beware, there are lots of other hotels in Alanya, please stay in one of them.

Absolutely the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in. Terrible hygiene. They were cleaning the dinner tables using a dustpan and brush and picking it off with their fingers. Food all over the floors. Awful food, cheap nasty alcohol so had to spend more money eating away from the oppressive hotel. Used fake photos on the website, lied about having an extra pool, changed rooms 3 times due to unsafe dirty, horrible rooms, again all looks lovely in the pictures. I had the shower door explode over me whilst i was in the shower leaving me covered in glass shards. Was cut all over my arms and leg and feet. No apology whatsoever from the manager. Apparently the hotel has just been refurbished and how it has been given 4 stars is an absolute joke, i would give it a 1 star if they had it. Our only saving grace was the location which was a 5 minute walk away from the beach. I will never ever recommend it to anyone.

One week stay in this hotel turned to be a nightmare. The pool was rather small with a lot of kids jumping into the pool, splashing, screaming, while kids drunk parents just continued to drink wines and beers by the pool. Food was very basic and not for Europeans. All of the dishes were strange - like pasta mixed with some spices and greek yoghurt, old salads which were served 3 times a day, smelly vegetables and some artificial meat. We were lucky to get something edible just once, when we went to dinner 5 minutes before it was actually served. Loads of the guests get food crazy here - they run and pack their plates with enormous amounts of food, like they've never seen food in their life. There are always massive queues to get food - at breakfast, dinner and lunch. The hotel itself is very outdated - room was dark, mouldy and smelly. There is just one elevator for a whole hotel - 4 persons can get in there. So there are always queues near the elevator, too. Hotel stuff was ok, just didn't like how they grab plates and glasses from a table, not letting us finish a drink or food. By the way - alcohol is also crap here. Some cheap wines and crappy gin. Would give this so called hotel 1 star, not 3. And Europeans - better beware. This place is mainly for Slavic and Turkish people.

I stayed in Arsi hotel for 7 days , with my family At the stArt i liked because is have outside pool and slide for kids. Looked nice ... the room is okay but for a 4* hotel is not enough in my opinion. In the room the shower is not good enough..from the shower head the water is not coming continuously ... the airconditioner is okay but still not the best ... For the room they have only one key for the guest... if u stay out without your family/friends the porter has to let u inside ... About the restaurant ... All inclusive menu is not very good because they serve almost every day the same food .... For example .. for the lunch they had rice .. for finner the rice was mixed with pasta and to be hoonest i have no idea with what .. i didnt wanted to try... There are no grill food in all inclusive just like 2 times a week ... the breakfast eggs they make for dinner mixed with sauce .. etc... in my opinion is better to pay more for a 5* hotel !
