One week stay in this hotel turned to be a nightmare. The pool was rather small with a lot of kids jumping into the pool, splashing, screaming, while kids drunk parents just continued to drink wines and beers by the pool. Food was very basic and not for Europeans. All of the dishes were strange - like pasta mixed with some spices and greek yoghurt, old salads which were served 3 times a day, smelly vegetables and some artificial meat. We were lucky to get something edible just once, when we went to dinner 5 minutes before it was actually served. Loads of the guests get food crazy here - they run and pack their plates with enormous amounts of food, like they've never seen food in their life. There are always massive queues to get food - at breakfast, dinner and lunch. The hotel itself is very outdated - room was dark, mouldy and smelly. There is just one elevator for a whole hotel - 4 persons can get in there. So there are always queues near the elevator, too. Hotel stuff was ok, just didn't like how they grab plates and glasses from a table, not letting us finish a drink or food. By the way - alcohol is also crap here. Some cheap wines and crappy gin. Would give this so called hotel 1 star, not 3. And Europeans - better beware. This place is mainly for Slavic and Turkish people.

I stayed in Arsi hotel for 7 days , with my family At the stArt i liked because is have outside pool and slide for kids. Looked nice ... the room is okay but for a 4* hotel is not enough in my opinion. In the room the shower is not good enough..from the shower head the water is not coming continuously ... the airconditioner is okay but still not the best ... For the room they have only one key for the guest... if u stay out without your family/friends the porter has to let u inside ... About the restaurant ... All inclusive menu is not very good because they serve almost every day the same food .... For example .. for the lunch they had rice .. for finner the rice was mixed with pasta and to be hoonest i have no idea with what .. i didnt wanted to try... There are no grill food in all inclusive just like 2 times a week ... the breakfast eggs they make for dinner mixed with sauce .. etc... in my opinion is better to pay more for a 5* hotel !

Just got back yesterday went for two weeks food ok got a bit boring in the end due to it being same menu 2nd week, staff friendly except 1 senior staff member who can me rude to the English, person. Russian, German which are rude ppl and just push past in front of you and has no manners. Clean pool and rooms clean, fantastic to get to the shops, bizarre, beach 2 min walk, get some who try and rip u off but who don't. Trips are great boat trips, castle visit and mosque just prepare yourself on walking uphill to the top to get to it but well worth it for the breath taking views of Alayna the jeeps what pick u up from your hotel is great we all had a laugh n music on the way it's a must.
