We stayed at Savk for our visit to Alanya, rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need, ours was a balcony with sea view. Beds are comfy, though we got given a twin and we are a couple. Some design flaws, the kettle cord is so short and doesn't reach the table so you literally had to balance the kettle on top of a suitcase to get close to the plug. The shower is right next to toilet and you have to angle yourself 45 degree when you sit down so your knee doesn't hit the shower cubical.

Nice chilled vibes, plenty of lounging areas all over the hotel and grounds. The hotel connected directly to the beach, with showers and changing facilities just as you come off the beach which is very convenient. Shops within a couple of mins walk nearby, this street is a lot quieter than the streets closer to the castle but everything is so close.

The biggest disappointed was food served, this hotel only does half board. I'm open to try new things but at breakfast, 4 of the food holders was bread. There was an omelette station which was good but I'm allergic to eggs so that limits my choice. Dinner time was also a disaster, repetitive and dry. None of the food was labelled so it was just a guessing game but for someone who has allergies, it would have been helpful to know what was served. Very limited options compared to other 4* hotels I've seen and been to. Be aware that drinks at dinner time are not included but isn't made known until you start drinking then they ask for money. Doesn't cost alot but something to be aware of.

The wifi is terrible, keeps disconnecting and so slow so don't rely on it. The customer service was average with minimal interaction, there were certain staff who were lovely and smiles on their faces. Speciel mention to the life guard Ilyas, the chef who makes the eggs and the lovely lady who serves at the restaurant too. Lovely hotel but I'd hesitate to come back due to the food.

Apart from the welcome which wasn't the best... overall it was a good experience. Arriving at the hotel at 5 in the morning, once we went up to the room (booking for 3 people) we realized that the room only had one bed for two and a sofa (without cushion and without blanket) After several discussions with the gentleman at the reception who kept telling us that this was not his problem, he brought us a blanket and a cushion.
The following morning after insisting several times they decided to change our room with 3 beds! The location of the hotel is very good. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, mini bazaars etc etc. The sea is truly gorgeous! Crystal clear water and sunbeds always available. Super friendly staff, especially the waiter Ali and the lifeguard! Excellent cleaning. Breakfast a bit disappointing... Buffet with little choice.

The location is perfect , first line to the beach . Many markets, restaurants, park , pharmacy, bus station near the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need ( towels, shampoo, kettle, soap, paper towel, refrigerator…)

The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent service!!
We had breakfast and lunch included the food was boring with no taste to it. But eatable
The beds and umbrellas on the beach are not free but cheap and they are for extra fee at every hotel so no big deal.
The ac placement was a bit disturbing because it was directly above the bed .

The pool is small but still we managed to enjoy it as it was very clean and used the water toys from the beach, they even let us to take them to the beach :)

We chose this hotel because of its location on cleopatra beach which is one of the best beaches in turkey and the green area around the hotel.

I recommend this hotel for people who are searching for a 4 star hotel / excellent hotel on cleopatra beach

I was there from 21 .07.2022 to 26.07.2022

All in all , clean hotel , nice service, clean beach and sea .

Me and my wife are still at the savk hotel until July 31, as we fly 2-3 times a year on vacation we can safely say that this was the worst hotel experience in our lives, from cockroaches in the room, in the restaurant as well as in the lobby, to a broken pool, we are told every day the technology is broken and tomorrow a technician would come, the pool has a higher temperature than the outside temperature. It is therefore not a cooling off.
The waiters are relatively nice. However, the reception staff are very unfriendly. When checking in he kept us waiting 4 hours and came very brazen and said or you pay me 120€ for another room that you can have immediately, we had already after 12 o'clock so would also be as described in the travel agent on the Internet site at 12 o'clock Check in this was only at 3 o'clock !!
Not to mention the cleaning of the rooms.

Broken tiles, dirty mattresses, the beds are rock hard.

This was the first and last time in this hotel, who wants to have a relaxing holiday does not go to the Savk Hotel, unfortunately we were blinded by the outdoor facilities and the pictures.

The atmosphere here is brilliant, the staff are welcoming and friendly & the decor of the hotel is sublime. It is situated on a perfect strip of Kleopatra beach. The room was cozy and regularly cleaned up to a high standard, though the balcony was more on the smaller side, the view of the beach was amazing. The breakfast food was repetitive and not catered to the English taste buds and lacked options. The restaurant connected to the hotel had better choices and good pricing.
Overall, such a nice experience for me & my boyfriend.

It is in fact a good hotel. it might be a little over-rated for a 4 star.

Positive Points: Service is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of them can even speak Danish. Affordable drinks from the bar. I left my Iphone and was able to get it back, honest staff! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping areas.

Downside:
(Swimming Pool): They have rules on NOT to reserve sun lounger by putting towels just to block it. Every day the whole duration of our stay, a group of Danish guests, blocks 5-6 loungers everyday for them, only for them. They even block the use of the floaters for themselves. That was so appaling. The hotel should be a bit more strict on their rules. Pool is not cleaned everyday. The lounger smells of cat piss and sh*t because there are atleast 5 stray cats around the hotel premises.
(Buffet): Almost the same every night. I could not believe that they served a backbone of the chicken where there are almost no meat in it. If you are a rice eater, do not expect much...most of the carbohydrates are either potatoes or penne pasta.
Breakfast starts at 7:30 am, that is quite late for an early riser. 6:30 would have been OK.
(Room): Average size, average cleaning. tiny TV and smelly cabinet.

I can happily say the worst Hotel I have ever ver stayed at.First the manager is the most rude obnoxious person I have ever met.but he has definitely taught his staff the same. The food is terrible. My son came back with brocoli and onion rings gs from the buffet and that was all there was for breakfast.the beds are hard. Rooms far to small and the entire hotel is more a two start than a four.the air con units are like a traffic light and light up the entire room whilst trying to sleep and the otherside of you is a flashing blue light for the.llugs it's a bit of a joke As a note I would definitely not get a taxi anywhere as the highest rip off out. Tell you a price then refuse t let you out till you pay double.first time visit to Turkey and after staying at this hotel will. Be the last

There were quite a few things that went wrong and wish it was rectified satisfactory but because it wasn't I do believe the scoring is fair.

Negatives:
*Food was not good. There is no clear labels to tell you what they are. Lack of interest and care when allergies were highlighted.
* No free water other than at breakfast time.
* Drinks to be paid for even in half board basis.

Positives:
* Although there were several issues and due to language barriers (which is understandable) made the situation a bit difficult, eventually we did end the holiday on a positive. It took a while for us to feel comfortable and although the hotel wasn't the best we stayed in, it was few of the staff members which made our stay a bit more better.

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The castle and cable car are within easy walking distance. The beach is great, clear water and clean. It is right next to the hotel. Only the constant tourist pirate ships are really annoying and bring rubbish with them.
The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, not too big, the staff is very friendly throughout. The rooms are small but attractively furnished. The most important thing is that it is super clean!!!
There is no entertainment, and it is not necessary. You can go straight to nice bars and restaurants, as well as to the party mile at the harbor.
We would recommend this hotel and come again.
