This was our first visit to the hotel in Alanya, previously we have stayed his family in apartment.
I traveled with three children aged 11, 15 and 16 and we were all very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The first thing that met us when we arrived in the middle of the night was very helpful and friendly staff who took good time and explained to us the most necessary with the hotel. We were also allowed to carry all the luggage up in the room and were explained air conditioning.
The facilities at the hotel are very good. There are both gym (although small) hairdresser, tattoo maker, massage studio etc. The sellers in these places may seem somewhat ongoing but they handle fine a no.
The hotel has its own beach only 1min walk away and there were always available sunbeds. We ⁇ lying on the beach first part of the day, and then by the pool in the afternoon.
The food has been good and varied. As my 16-year-old said, “We can’t go on vacation and expect to eat exactly the same things we do at home. One of the fun things about holidays is trying new food” - and we got it done. However, we ate mostly in the snack bar during the daytime where they had both hamburgers, pizza, spaghetti, club sandwich, toast etc. I have nothing to say on the alcohol selection because I rarely drink alcohol, and at least not when I am alone on holiday with the children - but the selection of non-alcoholic beverages was absolutely excellent.
The hotel has two pool areas but we liked the one with the coldest and largest pool. However, the 11-year-old was a lot in the second pool where there are slides. All public areas are clean and beautiful and are frequently reviewed by staff.
The hotel likes very central to and there are super shopping opportunities just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
All staff we have been in contact with have cared gently, friendly and polite. Everyone greeted us and smiled every time we passed.
It is also an advantage that the hotel is not too large because we have never experienced queues in any context at the hotel.
We have fallen in love completely instead and decided that here we will definitely return!

We returned to this hotel for the second time because of our complete satisfaction. The rooms are well maintained, the staff are smiling, helpful, excellent food. The beach is sandy with small pebbles at the entrance to the sea and is a 3-minute walk away via an underpass under the local road. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and free swimming pools, WiFi at the hotel and on the beach. Lots of shopping opportunities in the area, the bus stop to the center is right next to the hotel. I would like to thank the hotel staff once again for a nice vacation.

Tasty food, nice hotel and very friendly staff. Staff were very helpful. Immediately upon arrival, at 8 o'clock in the morning, we were allowed to use the all-inclusive and enter the room at 9 o'clock. We had a nice holiday here and will definitely come back. The hotel is only 50 m from the beach where there is also a refreshing beach bar! International hotel that is cozy and you really felt welcome as a guest because the staff is very polite and alert! The food is very good and fresh, lots of variety! The bar offers soft drinks, beer, and good drinks, but also great cappuccinos! Snacks are also available in one of the pool bars until 5pm every day. The cleaning is nothing to complain about, very clean! Towels are changed every day and they changed bed linen at least twice. The bartender/waiter Hasan is very accommodating! What lovely drinks he offered! The happy waitress Nouray T also did the little extra for the guests! Evening entertainment at least 3 times a week! Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We will be back at the Blue Diamond Alya Hotel next late summer!

We spent a week in the Blue Diamond Alya Hotel in September. It is a small hotel, but was very clean and in very good location and the staff were excellent. The was a good variety of food, and all-inclusive drinks surprisedb us as they used imported spirits.
The only negative point, the rooms were small with very few shelves, so we had to keep our clothes on suitcases on the floor, which gave us even less space. The hotels "hamam" was a little dissapointing, as we were in better hamams in the past.
Overall we enjoyed our experience in the hotel, and would have liked to stay longer.

We visited Blue Diamond as a group of two families with children. The hotel was very pleasant, especially clean, nicely decorated rooms, very nice, clean and modern bathrooms. The food is delicious, the selection is not huge, but everyone will definitely find something for themselves. Two swimming pools - and you can easily find a place even at noon, you don't have to 'reserve' places in the morning. The service was very nice - especially Ayse from the pool bar. An incredibly small person, always smiling and helpful. Very convenient access to the sea, through a short tunnel under the street - 2 minutes and you are already on the beach. descent to the sea - not very gentle, probably not for children. The only minus is the small number of attractions in the hotel itself - a Turkish dance performance, a belly dance dancer and a guitar performance. The hotel does not provide animations but we knew about it so it was not a surprise :) A fantastic holiday for us, a very enjoyable stay - we recommend it :)

Wonderful hotel. Clean, well-kept staff, always smiling and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. The entire hotel is very clean, there are 2 clean swimming pools and also the sunbeds. The food was delicious and always full of wonderful cakes and fruit. Bottled water available in any quantity. We visited the TUI gdx travel agency and received all information in real time. Transfer from and to the airport, everything on time, but very long in between, with a stop for shopping or a toilet.

In my opinion this is the best place o stay in Turkey! Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Clean restaurant and rooms, great food. Everything is near around hotel, for ex. beach, city, bus station. We are rested after the holidays, it's a big pro that hotel is quiet and cosy.
