The only thing in this hotel that is good is cleaning service everything except that is terrible. First thing hotel is only for breakfast and dinner, but the difference beetwen them is that for breakfast you have(water, coffe(terrible coffe from machine ofc no turkish coffe) , juice(which is not juice its just aroma like a juice from a plastic bag/step juice) and the food was sometimes good 4/10 . DINNER the worst thing that is problem is that you dont have not drink you dont have even the water also they wont let you to bring drinks from market who is across the street and twice or third much cheaper than hotel, Food 5/10 sometimes good, sometimes bad but all the time too much spicy. The Pool is average also on the Pool you have bar who is the same price alcohol Drinks like in some clubs, music 0 same songs over and over again 10 songs I think, and at the end LUNCH PACKET. We had a flight early in the morning and the night before we needed to make reservation for LUNCH packets as we did, but the problem is that in the morning they didn't gave us any lunch packet because they lost it. On my luck I asked guest from hotel who was on my flight to show me the lunch packet box and when she opened it, and trust me you wouldnt want to eat that 1 slične bread 1 peach 1 tiny slice cheese and 2 little packs of jam ofcourse without spoon why do you need a spoon for jam if you have your hands to smear it 😁 Thats all for HATIPOGLU NEVER AGAIN AUGUST 2022

Terrible. Horrible service, the pool was freezing, the cooks stood and watched me while I ate and when the put the waterfall on the water was moldy and black! Will not be staying here again. The rooms were OK but house cleaning was atrocious. We had to ask for them to come up and change the sheets and give us blankets! The shower was ice cold and the hair dryer didn't work!

Nice big room, with excellent aircon, good television but not many English channels. Housekeeping is good, with rooms cleaned daily. Bathroom a decent size, shower only but with excellent water pressure. On half board, the food is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes, even the most fussy eater would be able to find something to eat. Only drawback is that drinks are only included at breakfast, at dinner you order from the bar and pay. Staff at reception (open 24 hours) and dining hall speak English, and are polite and helpful. No free wifi in room, only in lobby, and the quality of the connection is poor - very slow. Hotel pool is small, but nice and kept very clean...also in the sun for most of the day. I have stayed at a number of hotels and would definitely recommend the Hatipoglu.

I must say this is my first visit to Turkey's seaside, last couple of years I have been going to Greece and was very sceptical of Turkey. We flew from Belgrade to Antalya on last minute deal.Flight was ok,but a ride from Antalya was 2+hours.Arrived to hotel which across the beach and a minute walk from Ataturk ave.(shopping zone). First impression of the hotel was a mid range hotel.Staff knows solid English and gave a great a spacey room(all rooms with 01ending are like big two bed suites).Room was ok,bathroom modern with a lot of fresh towels,ac is free.terace looks towards the sea(make sure you ask for the 3-4-5 floor if you want any kind of view). Breakfast was good so far they rotate foods every second or third day so you never get bored of same food,we did not have lunch in our deal, dinner same as breakfast great variety of food(only missing more seafood) only problem with dinner is you have to pay for drinks which is kind of stupid when you look at it(big bottle of water is around 60euro cents, other soft drinks about 80-90euro cents) not expensive but still stupid.staff in the restaurant always ready to comply, very nice.So to summarize good hotel on a great location in Alanya.I am coming back next year.

This hotell has great service and food, and guests are very nice as well. However one of the dumbest things is that you get in a halv pension, free drinks tea, water and juices in the morning but nothing in the evening. It's all or nothing if you ask me, confusing customers is never a good thing. However apart from this it's a great place to stay near the beach etc, and the receptionist a young turk is super nice.

Good rooms, short beds, but please. INSTALL SPOTIFY OR A MUSICAMPLIFER THAT CAN CONNECT TO A MOBILE. SAME PLAYLIST WITH 20 SONGS IS BAD BAD BAD! FIX AND I WILL GIVE YOU 5 RATING. Really Good breakfestbuffe and the staff know a bit of English. That' s good. The price is resonable. The pool is just perfect. Not to big not so small.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at The Hatipoglu. The location is perfect and the view is worth a stay at the hotel alone. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next year. The food is nothing to write about. Breakfast was to a good standard. Evening meals let this hotel down and no water with meals, which is a first for a hotel in my experience. Next year we will stay bed and breakfast only as the surrounding restaurants were fantastic. Thanks Mertim Öman and the big boss. You made our stay very enjoyable. See you next year

The hotel is well located, just cross the street to beatiful cleopatra beach. They serve delicious food which is really surprising in a 3* hotel. The rooms are of average size and the bathroom is rather typical for turkish mid class hotel - don't expect luxuries. The pool are is very small but clean however I recommend to go to the beach (100m) instead. Would recommend the hotel mainly because of the Cleopatra beach, food and prices.
