If you are able to relax in any conditions, the hotel is suitable for you.
My biggest complaint is the dirt! The room looked nice, but upon examination, the entire floor in the bathroom turned out to be covered with hair, the toilet lid was broken, the toilet rim was also covered in dirt and hair, and there were other people’s cotton swabs lying in the cabinet.
The sheets and towels are stained! For 6 days they never changed anything, although it was indicated that the linen was changed 2 times a week! The beach is dirty! Cigarette butts, tea bags, cans, pieces of paper. By the way, the entire beach is made up of huge rocks, you can’t swim there, and there’s only a small nook on the side where all the vacationers swam.
As icing on the cake, the elevator constantly breaks down.
The food is very ordinary. From fruits - only apples and oranges. The juices are terrible. The beer is tasteless.
I understand that the hotel is budget, but you can just clean your room properly!

They shrugged their shoulders, then I insisted on changing the number, thank God they changed it with reluctance. The room is dirty, they supposedly wash it (but if you could see the toilet) 🤮 it’s just gross. The public toilet is cleaner. And when they clean the room, they never wash it. Then for three days they repaired the air conditioner and refrigerator in the room for my sister, but they didn’t fix it. They didn’t offer to change the room, but we again insisted, they don’t like to change rooms, we already understood that (((The kitchen is the only thing that satisfied us, but again, all the food is cold and monotonous. The pool is so dirty that I once choked on water (lay in the room without leaving the toilet), then my niece said the same thing (((I actually thought she wouldn’t leave, but fortunately we took entorosgel with us. It helped. The beach is dirty, I liked the sea warm (but because of the drains pipes that are located on the beach, the water sometimes stinks of sewage) but not always.
There are a lot of Arabs. Not very nice behavior. We've seen a lot of things. In general, the hotel has 4 stars, but it does not deserve 4 ((((I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If it weren't for the sun and the sea, the mood would have been ruined.
Another very big minus is that very often the lights in the entire hotel go out (if there is no light, then there is no water, air conditioning, wi-fi for which they charge $2 per day, bar). The food is all cold. The queues were such that you definitely had to stand in it for 15 minutes (especially for “hot” food in the sun without a canopy during the day). In short, if it is possible to remove stars for this hotel, then I would remove at least two. I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday. Don’t spoil your mood and health 😉

Otherwise, the hotel has many disadvantages:
1) Bad food. At first glance, the food seems varied, but all the remaining dishes are converted into new dishes the next day. We were poisoned by this food. It really ruined the vacation.
2) Disgusting number (attaching photo). Wallpaper is everywhere in the room, the fridge is unsanitary. We had problems with the electricity controller (the thing you had to put a card in when you came into the room) and the light bulb. The staff promised to fix it in 2 days, after a week the problems still haven't been solved... Replacement number refused.
3) Poor sound insulation. We heard all the concerts coming from the hotel next door. The music didn't stop there until 0:00. It was very disruptive to rest.
4) On the beach in the entrance to the water very many large rocks, because of them swimming is very difficult
Don't ever come here, especially with the kids - poison your whole family!
Total unsanitary- dirty plates, flies, non-chlorinated pool, all (everyone!!) poisoned from chopping vegetables or alcohol presumably. There are no Russians here. Block B is 40 years old at least - there's an old mechanical elevator that breaks down every day and doesn't get fixed for 24 hours.
No TV at all, there's a puddle on the floor from a leaky shower cubicle, no hot water for 3 days.
There's no phone number for the front desk and no one speaks English or Russian there- no one can help you if you get sick - they just won't understand you!
The Tez Vacation Package Transfer (stop) only takes you to the most expensive place where 300p water and 500p cake -you stay hungry for 24 hours - in the evening you will not be fed either.
Disgusting.
