This hotel has a very good location - close to shops and eating places, also one day we had the market in almost every street around the hotel. Also very good bus connection to nearest city - Alanya and also many taxes in the area. Very good choice of food but not very good fruit choice. A lot of different choice of pasta. Beach area is average, not very clean as this was full of algaes, when we stayed there (at the end of July). Also rocky base and waves. The pool area was always full and reserved with towels (witch is not allowed but done anyways), so very hard to find a place to sit around the pool. Pool was also a bit sandy at the bottom and I didn't see, that it was cleaned once when we stayed there. Very friendly personnel, some of them also spoke English, but mostly Russian. Every evening there were program for kids and adults, which ended in 11pm and then who wanted could go to nightclubs with bus. Hotel area was quiet from that time. We had 2 rooms in this hotel. One's service was very good, but the other was terrible. It was not cleaned every day and also they didn't change the bed sheets (it was supposed to be cleaned every day and sheets changed 3 times a week). We also informed the reception, but they didn't do anything and every day there were new person, who didn't know about thisproblem and nothing was done to fix this. So in the end, one of our rooms were not cleaned for few days (even trash can wasn't emtied) and bed sheets were never changed. So not very friendly and helpful reception. Also wifi was very poor, almost no connection.

Terrible. Poor.I do not recommend this hotel. It is not a hotel at all. 3+ 🌟 ?? Every day same food, sometimes not enough for all guests. Beach is very bad.People who work in this hotel are not friendly. + They do not speak English, or German. Only Russian. If you like Turkey choose another hotel, because after this experience I probably will not come again. Have a nice day! And find good hotel ;)

Before going on holiday, I've read some reviews here on TripAdvisor and reviews on Club Bayar Beach hotel were really bad, but I thought that people are just spoiled. I am used to budget traveling, but Bayar Beach was a nightmare. Terrible room (they gave us room in "Block B"), terrible food, terrible staff. One of the reviews on Bayar Beach Hotel says that's the worst hotel ever and I can only agree. We've really never had worse accommodation before. Even some hostels are better quality than this. Please opt for different hotel when staying in Alanya. Now I know I have to read the reviews before going anywhere!

We arrived late at night and were very tired. On reception it went all good and then it was time to go to the rooms. Poor thing is that the personal speaks only russian, it's not recomended to speak english there. The hotel has 2 houses. The main house is quite normal, but B- Blok(the house aside the pool) is truly extreme. The elevator is like from the 80-s horror movie. It stinks and it's really hot in there. It's not safe at all, especially for children, because you have to close the doors MANUALLY!!!. Air- conditioners are quite OK, despite the noise. The air- conditioner made very loud noise, every day almost at the same time in the mornings. Therefore, it was a little bit hot in the rooms,we couldn't set the temperature range, the conditioner just blew something. Bathroom: The water temperature can not be regulated, once it comes cold water only, and the other time it comes very hot water only. Also, there is no water- lock in the shower-cabin, so, there was bad smell in the bathroom and also in room. The electricity went away for 2 times. The rooms went very hot, because the air- conditioners didn't work anymore and the elevators did not work also. My husband and some others were locked in the elevator, because there was no electricity and they couldn's open the doors. It took 30 minutes to open the elevator doors, but there were no air in the elevators, and the situation could turn very dangerous. For 3*** is was average, the main weaknesses were air conditioners, cold water in the shower and the pressure of showers was very low also.

Our family (me, my wife, and 2 kids) travels a lot. And we never book any kind of luxury hotels - we always chose something like "best value for money" and even minimalistic facilities are usually OK for us. We never raise a heck if there is something not like we expected, nor make complaints about things where other people lose their patience. But this hotel was an "outstanding" one. The first impression and thought that came to my head seeing our "place of holiday stay") was something like - "No, it can't be true, maybe it is some misunderstanding"...If I decided to write about all our "extreme adventures" during our 9 day stay in Bayar Beach, it will be a long and nasty story. We stayed there 5 years ago, but we still remember this stay as something truly extreme. And at parties, when we have a good time with our friends, they usually urge me "Please tell us the story about your holidays in Turkey - it is so extreme and so funny"...Today it seems funny, but it was not so when we stayed there.
