Please, please take heed of this review. We had read previously that they had put people in another hotel but had thought no more of it. This hotel is advertised falsely , they advertise this hotel , sell the rooms , then on arrival put you in a horrible hostel type place 5 minutes up the road which is above restaurants and shops. This was a booked weekend trip for staff as a little thank you and team bonding weekend. Upon taking a Thursday evening flight , arrived at 6.am to be told that they had no rooms and had to be moved up to this other accommodation. They asked to see this first prior to accepting as this was not what we had booked. At this point the gentleman got very very aggressive (shouting and swearing at 3 ladies, aged 51, 29 and 27). He then agreed to show them around, at which point they said it was unacceptable as it was filthy (cockroaches dead on floor , horrible rooms, dirty and dank), in addition to having no pool or facilities (would have had to go back down 5 minutes to the hotel that was booked). Having gone back to reception the gentleman began shouting again , swearing and saying that they always over book the rooms and they had no alternative but to stay where he had shown them. By this time it was circa 8am and people had started to wake up where a number of people had said the same had happened to them (see some reviews below too) and one gentleman had been moved 3 times to the other hotel on his 3 week stay. The gentleman (I use this word in lightly) was so aggressive and rude one of the ladies called the police, who came to calm him down but could not get involved in a hotel dispute but did get the member of staff to stop shouting and swearing (think he got worried at this point as he thought they were blagging when they said if he carried on they would call the police) If you book to stay here the likely hood is that you will not get to stay in this hotel. Can not comment on this actual hotel but can without doubt say that the night staff are rude and aggressive. In the end my staff had to pay to go and stay in another hotel. It is just to risky to book here if you do not want a bad start to your holiday. The risk is just far too great to risk booking here as you will not end up being put here and the other accommodation you really really would not want to be in (this is why they advertise this hotel and put you in the other as they clearly can not sell rooms for that hotel due to the state and condition of it). A weekend trip away was totally ruined, with 3 staff in tears trying to return home on a flight the following day. You can see by other reviews that this is one of many times this has happened and that is just for those that post on tripadvisor. May I just say that having been to Turkey every year for the last 20 years , I am so shocked to hear of this behavior by a Turkish member of staff in a hotel as they are normally so lovely and such nice people.

The hotel is good for the price the food is average chicken on the menu every night. The biggest down fall of this hotel is that there is absolutely no entertainment at all. All inclusive drinks are very weak, The best thing about the hotel is the staff is very friendly and polite especially bar staff Memet and Essa and staff did not pester anyone for tips like some people wrote on trip advisor overall we had a great time.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Was my first time in turkey hotel was recommended to me from my company that i booked my holiday with and it was the worst expierience and worse hotel i have ever been in, arrived after a long journey to find out there was no room available for us, receptionist was rude and couldnt understand english, spoke to the main manager, he told us we need to stay in another hotel for 3 days before getting a room in the hotel that we actually paid for! so we arrived at the other hotel couldnt believe my eyes, nobody spoke english the place was horrible nothing was working, it was dirty and smelly but we didnt have a choice. travelling back and forth from one hotel to grand atilla just to have food and sit by the pool because we were all inclusive, staff was rude couldnt speak english spoke in their language talking behind everybodys back, made us feel so uncomfortable and, one day before leaving main manager knocks at my door telling me i need to leave the room as hes got other customers waiting down stairs with their luggages, i told him it isnt fair as i paid for it just like everybody else, manager started packing my stuff wouldnt even listen to what ive got to say told me to move to my mums room and said i will get me a new room by 10pm which obviously didnt happen just before 10 oclock the manager decided to leave as he knew this was coming and send someone else to tell me the room wasnt ready !! so i was without a room for half a day and the first few days when we arrived. absolutley not acceptable the way they treat people, wouldnt even call it 3 star and to add on top of that food was horrendous. was having dinner one night to find out that most of the chicken was still pink inside disgusting! The only good thing about the hotel was the spa the guys name was Kurtulus i had massages of him few times and he was amazing! very friendly kind and treats people with respect compare to others! if youre looking for a massage hes the only guy i would ever reccomend! other than that im dissapointed unhappy and angry how i got treated. i even asked to speak to the main boss but they told me hes never in the hotel which was a lie because i found out who the boss was and he was here for few days everyday, he probably knew what was going on but i found out that even the main boss didnt know english so all my complains were ignored I will never forget and definetly wont be back again. I wouldnt recommend it to anybody, only to stay away from the hotel if you dont want to be treated like i did,

this could be a fantastic place for value . the first thing very clean. the food is sometimes cold. the waiters tend to hover over you the minuet you sit down and just leaning over even half way though the meal . some staff need some serious re training. some staff are excellent. however some staff are interested in is asking for gifts tips or cigarettes knowing your only getting a half pint anyway the half pint glass is sometimes half empty and bar staff takes liberty helping there self to your cigarettes[20 mins afteryou give them a packet of 20} more focus tends to go to the Russians or the Germans with absolutely no English tv what so ever no entertainment what so ever just the same stuff being played over and over again no kettle in room strict rules for closing the bar 2300 on the dot 2 nights running they ran out of local whiskey and brandy {we provided our own }next we was sent to the dinning room to get our own coke the whole evening. theirs a big difference in giving someone a gift to constantly being directed to the one of the many tip boxes on a daily basis inside the hotel and directly being asked the staff and cleaners and reception are very helpful restaurant the bar half measures and bad attitude need a lot of improving i came away feeling that restaurant and bar staff have one interest and that the only thing they wanted was tips that made me feel harassed as a person it suited me for what i wanted but until the bar staff and dinning staff stop taking liberty's and driving you mad for tips ect ect this hotel will not improve would i recommend it no 50 % yes 50% could be vastly improved with the right bar and restaurant staff until this place needs major improvement

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. All inclusive finished at 11 pm. Could not buy a drink after at the bar. Staff and management extremely rude. Arrived early hours and checked out was 11 am. We then could not use all inclusive facilities (drink food) we were informed our inclusive had finished. We argued with management that we had paid for 7 days not 7 and was told to brong it up with tour operators. we were not departung until 8 in the evening. Never been to a hotel like this in 30 years. Avoid hotel
