The hotel has a restaurant, a snack bar, a pool bar and in the winter a lobby bar, children's playground and a classic hamam. One of the lifts holds two normal wheelchairs and has an elevator door 100 cm wide. There are not so much level differences in the hotel and there are ramps as well where its normal stairs. At the large pool there is a lift to help getting in and out of the pool. Please note wheel chairs reach the beach by crossing the road and can reach until 10 m before water. Detailed Reviews
After having spain cancelled, we came here last minute with two of children. We have visited Turkey many times but a 1st time for Alanya.
The hotel is extremely clean, our towels were changed daily...the bedding changed many times during our 13 night stay and fresh water put in our rooms daily. All staff were face masks, there every step is taken to ensure your safety during the covid pandemic is from having your temp checked upon entering the hotel to having your room sprayed with disinfectant upon leaving. We felt very safe during our stay.
The food is very varied & plentiful. My only suggestion would be to label the vegetarian options. Our children almost ate meat on 2 occasions were the meals looked like they were just vegetables from the labels. The free all inc drinks were great, no watered down spirit and the mixers were branded even down to the tonic.
Taxis are very cheap, for around 30lr you can get to the tourist attractions which were the most beautiful beaches, a huge castle amongst other beauty spots. The only slight negative id say is the pool size and due to COVID-19 there's not many beds there. But we used the upper sun loungers ( every day we had it to our selves) or we went to use the free private beach a 5 min walk away where you could still get free coffee & juice.
The best thing about this hotel by far is the people who work here. Everyone is so happy, chatty and did everything the could to look after us. The young lads in the restaurant and bar worked so hard I wish they were part of my team back home. A special mention goes to Mr entertainment who tried his best daily to involve everyone. His energy and humour was really infectious. This hotel was very quiet while we were here, but he tried daily to keep everyone entertained.
I'd recommend the pirate boat trip, visiting the castle, red tower, kleopatra beach and taking a trip in the cable cars.
Thankyou so much to the staff at hotel monte carlo. Its been a very relaxing 2 weeks.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 10 days, and we can say we were very pleased with all the services. The staff is very friendly and kindly, the restaurant always has a variety of dishes and sweets, all technical issues were resolved in a very short time, the room cleaning was always clean and tidy.
We recommend everyone with confidence and great pleasure.

Traveling alone and it was a good hotel for that. First time in OBA city. Staff is friendly and food is ok, lack of meat in restaurant. I felt like a vegetarian whole week.
Room service is ok but not 4 stars. Don’t mind getting the “do not disturb” sign up. They will disturb anyway, they will go inside room, change towels and give you new bottle of water. Even if you’re in the room (sleeping with one eye open).
Not so much space at pool area so give up that one, hotel have private beach 50m and there is plenty of space to pick. Big plus on the tunnels under the main road so you can cross whenever.
Staff at beach is very kind and will help you. Water, juice and coffee free at the beach witch is good to stay hydrated. NOTE: I was buying cherry from the guy selling it at the beach and ended up being stomach sick for a whole day. Beach very dirty because of people’s lack of respect.
Bus stop 50m from hotel take you to city. To come home at night taxi maybe 120-150 lire with is ok. OBA city have everything you need so Alanya city is not necessary. Right now everything is expensive in the mini markets (I paid 450 more for sun protection) so if you want some you xtra things go to Migros etc. Everybody is taking card VISA around so you don’t have do take out money.
Ok hotel but if you’re family traveling my review is not speaking for that..

Overall the hotel itself is pretty basic, I would say 90% of the staff are rude and ignorant. For an all inclusive experience, it’s extremely basic. Only 4 spirits available, everything else you have to pay extra for. 1 tiny pool. And the food is absolutely awful. The only saving grace is that you are a 5 min walk from about ten different restaurants and they are all lovely. We ate in the hotel one night out of seven. They advertise themselves as four star but earlier in the year we stayed in a three star in Fetiye and it was ten times nicer than here! Honestly if it wasn’t for the fact it was 30 degrees everyday I think we would have gone home! The only positive would be that the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned very well and well stocked with Fresh towels and toiletries, clean bedding and fresh water every day. The only all inclusive resort myself and my wife has been to that has 0 entertainment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid a lot of money for a hotel which we could put our arms up and touch each end of the room! It was that tiny… three adults in a room which was no bigger than a shoe box.

The hotel is quite okay, the rooms are pretty basic, but it's okay. It is close to the sea and it has it's own beach with beds, which is nice, the foods are okay but pretty much every day is the same, so after a few days it gets dull. The reason I am giving 1 star because the cleaning personnel is absolutely horrible. When we arrived in a Friday, 16 in the afternoon, our rooms wasn't cleaned yet and we had to wait 20 + minutes outside in the hall which is not air conditioned, 30+ degrees, then Saturday and Sunday no cleaning, I had to go to the reception for toilet paper, but the worst is that they disregard any personal space or preference. There are switches on the room where you can press "clean up room" or "do not disturb" which is shown outside the door. We were woken up 3 times in 4 days in the afternoon with the do not disturb sign on, no knocking, they just come in and you wake up with them starting cleaning beside your bed like you are not even there, you could be doing anything private and they just come in the room without knocking, absolute joke. Last day i specifically asked the cleaning man not to come in because we will sleep in the afternoon, after 20 minutes I wake up with him standing beside my bed.

Brilliant hotel especially family friendly. In rooms it had an excellent air con and clean toilet. However , room were a bit small and wifi connection kept going on and off. Lovely housekeeper named Rabia who helped with clean rooms. Hotels had a lovely lobby and Buffet food was lovely especially the watermelons on a sunny day. Waiters were lovely but some were more helpful than others especially hashan and reyhan as they were always smiling and getting us drinks. Swimming pool was really nice. Be aware of holiday rep in the hotel as they were giving us high price so make sure to check outside prices outside hotel.

Stayed from the 23rd of September right hotel is no way a 4* right where to start food was good a couple of nights but as we went down a hour in they was rationing the meat as most had gone, chips were always either cold and soggy or cold and crispy not a great choice of food. Pool not enough sunbeds and very shady. Room was ok clean enough only issue was we had the do not disturb sign on for not to be cleaned yet in she came anyway meaning hasty covering up a couple of times and on one day the room looked like everything had been moved about that didn't need moving. Young women or parents with young daughters bare in mind a couple of the waiters never stop hassling young females taking them drinks trying to get there details etc. We liked the area but would not go back to this hotel.

Great hotel with lovely and friendly staff. I was here october 2020 and even though its covid-19 pandemic the hotel felt very safe. At the entrance they check temperatures, plenty of spots with desinfection gel. Strongly recommend!

Bad
Very average hotel, certainly not the 4* as advertised.
The worse thing was the food and drinks area,it was no better than a canteen, and a real scrabble to find a table. We mainly had to join an already occupied table. The food was mediocre-ish,never really hot, plates still wet from the d/washer and getting a coffee was a nightmare. One coffee machine for the whole hotel was absolutely ridiculous! Summing up the eating experience- very poor. On to the bar, only ever one barman on at any time, horrible bar area, not somewhere to relax and have a few drinks.
There were 30 sun beds around the immediate pool area,4 reserved for disabled, have no problem with this, but come on,26 sun beds for a hotel with approximately 120 rooms! There was also a ‘towelgate’ incident while we were there, people putting towels down at 4 in the morning!
Good
Room was good,clean,and well serviced
Staff were over worked, but very nice
Beach area saved us from hating this holiday

Hospitality, kindness and engagement of each and one personel in this hotel. Plate with fresh fruits and bottle of sparkling wine waited us upon arrival. Hotel manager always ready to do this small extras that makes your stay perfect. Very clean hotel, fully disabled friendly. Very good food. Hotel is only 90m from main road, beach front hotels have problem with road noise. Monte Carlo has own beach bar with free drinks and with most comfortable sunbeds in whole area. I stayed in many much more expensive hotel that offers nothing comparing to this one. Warm recommendation for Monte Carlo and all the stuff!
