It was 1 day, we were moved temporarily from another hotel.
What we saw:
1. Food is good, for dinner crawfish and crabs, rolls and a wide variety of classic hotel food.
2. Paid Wi-Fi. With such prices it was also cheaper to roam for 1 day (something like 4 euros for 2 hours, internet in roaming - 400 rubles/day).
3. You have to walk to the beach, but the promenade is beautiful, well developed, so it's a pleasure.
Sand with fine pebbles along the water, better approach in slippers, eat fine garbage. After 3 p.m., almost the entire swimming area of the sea is covered with garbage, down to packets of chips. You need to run aground and swim to the buoys (yes, there are buoys). It's a problem for every hotel in the area. The garbage is either draining from the city waters or coming from the yachts.
4. There are a huge number of shops in the area for all tastes and colors: superstores, gift shops, shops with clothes, shoes, leather.
5. There were hardly any Russians, mostly Germans, Serbs.

Had a pleasant holiday at the Acar Hotel. All the reception staff, bar staff (apart from one male bartender) and cleaners were polite and work very hard. It's location is just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed the food but it's not for everyone. The TV in the room really needs some extra English channels as we opt to stay in the odd night. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and will look forward to returning.

Visited this hotel from a booking made through tui, were when booking the room paid for a upgraded room.

On arrival at the hotel at about midnight was show to my room which was meant to be a double with single occupancy t9 find it was a totally single small room which I drew to the attention of the night porter were he said bring it up with the manager in the morning.

In the morning I must admit that the manager changed the room straight away.

The rooms myself and a friend stayed. In were very dated and my personal opinion is this was old staff quarters and the hotel was over booked.

On looking across the courtyard you could see all the what I would have called the upgraded rooms meening we certainly did not get what we paid for accommodation wise.

Even the room key had been duplicated were they lost the originals for that part of the hotel and it had been done from the master key so my key fitted all the rooms on that floor.

My room safe was broken so I had to use my friends.

Food in the restaurant for the first 5 days was bearable but certainly nothing to write home about.
The food at breakfast was not labeled so you had no idea what you was eating.

The staff were very pleasant. And pool area and bar was also good.

Highly recommend you double check they put you in the right part of the hotel and not the old staff quarters.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for getting anywhere and very close to the beach and for shopping.

Was there Christmas/New Year 23/24. This was a huge disappointment!!! Had it not been for the pleasant service of all employees and hired staff from other hotels, we would have considered spending another night somewhere else. This was beyond any criticism. The room was so worn that the tiles on the floor were loose, both in the bathroom and in the room itself. There wasn't so much as a chair to sit on. Sockets were loose and 2 out of 3 did not work at all. Fuses kept blowing, but fortunately they were located inside the room so it was easy to fix ourselves, when we finally realized that they were the ones that blew. The beds were extremely hard, and after criticism at the reception, they folded a blanket and put it under the sheets without this having any positive effect. We bought in and lay on air mattresses for the rest of our stay. Washing and cleaning was nothing to complain about.
On New Year's Eve, it all topped off when the hotel owner arrived with his entire family of 20-30 people who lived a blissful life. Belly dancing and bingo were arranged. But the noise from this family ruined the whole experience and it was impossible to hear what the bingo numbers were. So when we also heard what the main prize at the bingo was, we realized the greed of the owner and the poor maintenance of the hotel. The prize was a week's free stay for one person, on the condition that you had to stay two weeks with two people and pay full board for the entire stay... That says it all, WORTHLESS!!
Could write so much more but...

I rested here at the beginning of September 2023.
I read a couple of negative reviews before leaving, but didn’t pay any attention, but in vain. Everything was exactly as it was written in them.

The hotel is not 4 stars, it is a very average three.

In the photo the hotel looks beautiful, in fact there are two buildings, the second one is very old. They put me in the old one. I walked in and was immediately shocked. The room is old, shabby, there is a dent in the cardboard door, there are cracks in the walls, they have been hastily covered with something, there is peeling paint on the door to the bathroom, there is no shower, the shower is right next to the toilet, there is no curtain either, water pours directly onto the toilet and the entire bathroom. The plumbing is old and cheap. The sink is tiny; they have even more in their shared toilets. Two holes in the floor to drain water.

They don’t allow you to take out towels from the hotel, there aren’t any on the free beach, I wasn’t ready for that. You even need to bring your own towel.

The beach is free, but at the entrance to the water there are some rocks under the water, on the very first day I scratched my hand on them. There are big waves in the sea and it's not particularly comfortable to swim.

The furniture in the room is also very old. There are not enough surfaces, I even had to use a chair as an additional table.

The doors and walls are cardboard - behind the front door and walls the audibility is as if they were talking right in the room.
The door to the room closes with a cheap handle with a latch; in my bathroom at home the door closes more securely.

I tried to ask to be moved, but the answer was the same - the hotel was full.

The food is more or less tolerable. Once there were even steaks of red fish)) but mostly monotonous. There are fruits, meat is rare, mostly chicken. The sweets are all made from semolina with different sauces, simply.
For drinks, I only drank coffee and tea, I didn’t drink alcohol, the rest of the drinks were soda or some kind of diluted sweet water, which tasted terrible.

There are no Russian-speaking staff, the attitude was that the hotel was mostly European. WiFi is paid.

The room's windows faced the street, where bars and restaurants below could play music until one in the morning. And at half past four in the morning the mullah was singing through the loudspeaker, and he could also be heard perfectly well, because the balcony door did not close.

On the plus side, the beach is nearby. few children.

Overall it was my worst vacation. I hope this review will help someone not to be fooled by a high rating.

As a solo female traveler on my first solo travel I have to say I couldn't have picked a better place to go .

The staff and other guests including Russian , german and english were all very friendly and made a big effort to talk to me in English and help me a with the turkish language as I am not multi lingual.

The room was spacious, had everything I needed including tea and coffee restocked regualy and was cleaned daily. (Kettle ,cups, showergel, soaps and hairdryer) Towels were restocked and the cleaning lady's were lovely. There was a safe in the room but I never felt the need to use it, and a mini bar as well stocked with water. I had veiws of the mountains from my balcony. The staff were always helpful and kind and I was extremely safe and well looked after thank you.

The food served was nice and fresh and varied each day. Pleanty of fresh salad and fruits, some more British type foods like chicken nuggets and pizza , a different soup each day and fresh bread, very creamy mashed potatos , nice lamb in gravy. A huge selection of deserts, so something new to try each day, i had an 11 night stay and never got bored. There was always something good to eat and pleanty.

Drinks served at the bar are local beer wine and spirits, the coffee is lovely as is the tea, small cups though. Can get water to take out with you as well.

The pool was nice and clean and the location was excellent, close to the beach , the local bazza is just round the corner a shop on site that is reasonable and a migros at the end of the road . There is a bar and resurant next to the hotel, an atm up the road in either directions, the vitamin shop over the road sells lovely kebabs. Lots of clothes and accessorie shops nearby, it's well worth a walk exploring the local area.

I also used the tattoo shop that is part of the hotel, i had a pircing and a tattoo done lovely staff there listened to what wanted very clean and professional and gave all the right advice. I went on an excursion to use a hammam in alanya but tbh it wasn't worth it as I had problems there and I would have been better off using the one at the hotel.
Alanyum mall is a short walk away less than 1km with an neva outlet store over the road stocking brands like zara ect, and main anlanya is an hour or 2 walk along a gorgeous beach. It's such a beautiful place to be with stunning beaches and views and all the locals are very kind and friendly .

The WiFi ran fine for me (extra charge at desk) but was only 12 euros for 10 days.

I had a wonderful stay and felt so welcomed and safe, I highly recommend this hotel for the price it is good value for money, keep an open mind and you may be surprised.

Listen, whoever stated this hotel to be a 4 star has to get their math checked. There is nothing that gives off anything that a 4 star hotel has. On our check out date, they had us waiting 9 hours in the lobby because of their rules. Terrible service, if not turkish or speaks that language they will try to get each and every penny you had. The shower was bad and not strong, the drinks at the bar were watered up, and the food was just oily and bland and not properly cooked.

The staff are friendly but you see how the ones of not a turkish origin are treated far differently than the turkish ones. They worked like slaves and had far more duties than the turks.

The internet is an extra, it is claimed being free until you try to use it, which is when you have to pay an overcharged rate.

For those whom have a sleeping schedule, forget that, you wont be able to sleep unitl 1:00 because of all partying and the bass that is around the place.

Their activities were terrible and if you are an attractive woman, the host will try their best to get your attention. The host had no respect to ones religion, once confronted they stopped peer pressuring people into certain activities.

They did have nice organisation in regards of transfer to clubs and partying scenes, other than that it was nothing special.

The hamam is actually good, but once again, they overcharge everything.

All in all, it is not a 4 star, plenty of better alternatives to choose of.

Horrible, Terrible ...
The food here is disgusting.

This has to be Alanya's worst All Inclusive.

The drinks served seem to contain alcohol from the house's own distillery, smelling home-brewed.

The breakfast contains scrambled eggs that have hardly been cooked in the pan, nslimy, disgusting and have a green, moldy color.

The chicken is not cooked through, or boiled through.

The beef is tough and floats around in some tasteless mess.

The vegetables are usually overcooked or hard.

The salad table is impressively good. Maybe it's a vegan hotel and then I've ended up wrong.

The desserts attract the eye but are completely tasteless, just sugar, sugar, sugar.

No, all other All Inclisve hotels have to be better than this.

Booking all inclusive at this hotel is like throwing money down the drain, the food is inedible.

Breakfast mostly consists of a sörja that should resemble scrambled eggs, then you'll find fried tomatoes and bread.

Lunch consists mostly of vegetables because the heat food cannot be described in words. In any case, don't call it food.

Dinner always consists of chicken, boiled, fried, grilled, chewy, dry and boring.
Other than that, there are various liquid gizzards with slightly chewy pieces of meat in them.
No, this is a dilapidated all inclusive hotel.

The bar's local drinks are definitely made by amateurs because sometimes it tastes really bad, like drinking diesel.
If you want to buy real stuff, you have to pay a fortune.
Another sign that this is a sad all inclusive hotel.

The rooms are OK but incredibly responsive. Lots of yelling and shouting from the bar.
The cleaning is very good!

No, we would like to urge you not to book this hotel.
Not much can get worse!
