We loved our stay! it's a very nice hotel with absolutely nothing to complain about. Well you probably won't be overwhelmed by luxury but it is definitely a pleasant place where you get everything you need at an unbelievably low rate. Which means definately a great price/value ratio and I'm sure you will be very happy with your stay

Holidayed in Turkey past 10 years, various areas, Alanya 5 times. Parador one of the best stays. Clean hotel, staff very helpful, not pushy. Great hotel for relaxing, quiet. Nighttime entertainment 5 mins walk away, town centre 15 mins, along beach. Free wifi in sister hotel, 5 mins away and also available on private beach. 2 supermarkets just outside as well as many local shops. Going back again this year. Only second hotel we have felt the desire to return to. See you there!

we arrived late in the evening and was met by a cheerful man who gave us a slip of paper with everything written down i.e. details of saftey box ect.
Our room was very nice clean and of a very good standard with all you need for self catering. We had clean towels every other day and bedding changed twice in our 7 day stay with heart shaped towels daily. i would rate the cleanliness as 5 *****
Room Details Bathroom was very clean nice shower and although small still had enough room to move. Hair dryer was also supplied. Kitchen area again very clean with all you need. Kettle, 2 rings and a fridge. Balcony with table and 4 chairs. PLEASE NOTE if you are on upper floors do do flick your cigarette ash over the balcony as it drops on to the balcony below. Ours was covered in ash several times its not nice!!!. Lounge area good with 2 sofas and flat screen TV. Wardrobe double you may require some more hangers. Bedroom ours was a twin fairly comfortable air conditioning unit is in the bedroom we did not use so unable to comment on this. Plenty of draws for storage and nice lighting.
Pool was very clean and well maintained sun beds with cushions and the staff here are very nice.
Reception are was very comfortable with sofas and chairs. The lady on reception was very nice and very very helpful.
If you want to go to the beach ask at reception for a ticket beach no 9 and you will get free sun-beds and parasol. The staff on the beach are also very nice and the food there is good. It takes about 5-6 mins to walk to beach no 9. The beach is sandy and pebbles with a pebbley slope to get in and out of the sea i would not recommend this for those with mobility issues. The beaches closer are good but you will have to pay about 12TL (sept 2016) a day.
Restaurants very close by that serve food no matter what time you arrive. Supermarkets are close also 2 little local shops on the corners and SOK further up the road.
The hotel is situated near a main road with slight traffic noise if windows are open.
Overall great location 25min walk to harbour and town. we took a taxi down 15TL and walked back.
Would like to thank all the staff at Parador Apart Hotel and Beach no 9 staff. you made our stay most enjoyable and we will be back.

Rooms were clean and fresh. Food is typical all inclusive and no complaints at all. Drinks are OK but they insist on tiny measures I was up and down like a fiddlers elbow. Location was great for us as you are living in the town with local restaurants and people and a short walk from the beach. Quite a walk to the centre but dolmus on main road is cheap and frequent. My only criticism is the staff, always on mobile phones, slow to clear tables and not a smile for anyone. It is a service industry, people are on holiday it is your job to facilitate this. All in all a decent hotel but needs staff training, this must come from the manager who seems to want to be just one of the lads!

Just spent 11 nights at this hotel and I can certainly say I will not return! Staff are just miserable couldn't even crack a smile when they were taking money out your hands, the rooms were nice and we're cleaned everyday the housekeepers were very nice. I've just never been to a hotel where they charge you for WiFi and even worse when you ask for toilet roll at the reception desk they tell you to go buy it from the shop! I'm surprised they didn't charge for using the pool and slide!. The staff need some serious training in customer service!!

We stayed there last year ending of May for 10'days (sorry for late review), we were a bit anxious at first as there were mixed reviews but we decided to book it and I can tell you it was not a disappointment.we arrived there early morning as our flight were delayed by 3 hours n our shuttle transfer left us so we had to take a taxi costing us€80 , which were a bad start but once we arrived there the check in was easy and we got to our rooms which was clean n quite spacious,we had a twin rooms but then the manager was so nice to change it to a double one n we had a sea view.it was clean alright but not everywhere ,the maid would come in everyday to clean toilet n shower n do the beds but I don't think the floor was mopped as walking barefoot would dirty my feet.the pool was nice but for me personally I do not like deep water.We went self catering as we enjoy having different dining options . There are restaurants nearby and the sea is like a 10mins walk plus free sun loungers n parasols on beach 9, we found a very traditional restaurant selling only Turkish food next to a small supermarket on the other side of the residential area ,you can ask the member of the staff where it is. For22 TL me n my husband ate, n the food kept coming. It was cheaper than the restaurants on the main roads. Proper Turkish food it was! No steak or hot dog! Pure kebab ! We enjoyed strolling all the roads from the apartment to see where it leads us and that's when we found it. Within a 25-30 mins walk u will reach the town which is busy but fun as well. There is kleopatta beach which u definitely need to go to. Amazing beach!if u don't like walking catch a dolmus that arrives every 5 mins.the beach is just before the harbour.u also get free wifi on the beach . We booked a trip to pamukale with the travel agency at the very beginning of the road where we stayed and WARNING! If u want to take a trip then be prepared to be awake by 3a.m so that ur transfer pick u up n to get back at the hotel by midnight . We were down south so that means we had to pick up other people from their hotels while we were moving up north. We were on a coach for 4 hours on the way to pamukale and back .it was a very tiring journey but very nice once there,we didn't have great weather as it was raining so we got to have only 2 hours there but nevertheless it was beautiful. I do not know wether other travels agencies are the same or not in terms of the journey we had.there is a massage n Hamam spa yards away from the apart. I paid €10 for a massage it was lovely but it was supposed to be 30mins long but it lasted only 10 mins n I didn't have my phone on me to keep track of the time.so I got ripped off! Finally I would say that it's nice there n u get what u pay for.

I stayed here with my 8year old daughter. It said simple all inclusive wich it was. The food was well cooked and presented nicely. Not the best food i had but totally ok for the price. The pool was a good size. The hotel is about 30min walk to the harbour. The beds was hard and the balcony was small but all in all a good hotel for a good prize. Don't expect an amazing food experience because then u will be disappointed. Nice and clean.

Just got back from a ten night stay at the parador and loved it lovely clean apartments and spacious and would like to thank all the staff who made us feel very welcome nice pool area and never any bother finding a sunbed food was great too and very reasonable prices couldn't fault it really we would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying here Many thanks again to all the staff and hope to see you all again soon Peter and Joanne, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Really disappointed with my stay here. On the first day after arriving back to the hotel from a day out I noticed that 6 of my lipsticks were missing from one of my make up bags that was in my case, both zipped up. I went straight to reception to notify them and they were insistent that I had made a mistake. After much toing and froing the receptionist said she would check the rubbish in case they had been thrown in the bin by mistake..I told her that the make up bag was closed and then put in my suitcase which was closed so how they could of ended up in the rubbish would make no sense. She said she would look and get back to me. Within 5 minutes there was a knock at my door and my lipsticks were in a sandwich bag and the receptionist told me she found them in the bin. I asked her how this was possible and she just said sorry. Throughout the rest of the holiday 2 pairs of shorts, a top, a nail vanish, a lip liner, a make up brush, a make up sponge and an eyeliner were also stolen from my suitcase, despite it being zipped up. Unfortunately my lock had broken which is why my case wasn't locked. I reported all the missing items to reception and management, however they were not helpful at all and said because they didn't know who did it there is nothing they can do about it. Each floor is assigned one maid, so they would of known which maid was responsible. After I had noticed the lipsticks had gone missing, I put the do not disturb sign on the door so that the maids wouldn't enter the room anymore. One night I returned back to the apart and noticed a cupboard was open which I hadn't used, I questioned this with reception and asked them to check the CCTV. They came back and told me it was the maid who had entered the room in the evening after we had gone out for dinner. I told them the do not disturb sign is on the door and asked why the maid would be going in our room in the evening and they said they don't know. I worked out the total value for the items stolen (excluding the 6 lipsticks as I got these back) and the total amount came to £137.24 worth of goods stolen from my bag. After speaking to reception and management yet again, they proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do about it and are not able to compensate me. I am actually disgusted that nothing was done about this and now I will have to replace what I can of the items as some of them are no longer available. It's so disappointing as the hotel is nice but I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone because of this issue.

Dear aannonymous31; We are truly saddened that you were disappointed with your overall stay but also saddened that you chastise us with a thing which we had never faced up like this before. You blame our maids so easy as a thief Just because cleaners are not making a lot of money does not make them stupid. If they were stealing from rooms who do you think would be blamed first? They faced everyday lots of valuable goods and they choose to stole your lipsticks !!! this is not convincing. We had thousands of guests which we proud of to serve them and also their lots of comments about our hotel in various websites like tripadvisor.Is there any blame (except yours) about such a big guilt.You can critisize rooms, cleanless, food, service, hotel itself etc.. We take lessons and thank you for warning us to correct ourselves, but blaming our hotel with this sort of critic is unexpectable. Everytime our custommers can forget or loose their goods, sometimes they or our maids can throw some goods thinking of they are rubbish to the dustbin.This is usual things and can be found or remembered after a while.Mistakes can occupy evreytime in every business but it is always solved with a mutual good will.You were asked by our management at the end to report it to the police but you did not except but now you are blaming them, this is not fair!!! A nice small hotel with a with a modern décor, a very clean place to stay, the maid never seems to stop, all staff very friendly and helpful. The kitchen would benefit from a microwave and toaster but its not the end of the world. My only real gripe was the noise of the traffic, and the constant peeping of horns. A short stroll to the beach takes no more than 10 minutes, and plenty of convenience stores within a few yards of the hotel. All in all a pleasant 7 day stay, I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again, I would however ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel to lessen the traffic noise.

You can smoke on the balcony and around the pool/bar area. All views around the whole hotel are just facing roads and other buildings. The beach is no 9, it isn't great if you want something sandy- here there are lots of rocks and can't go in the sea with shoes on- we cut all of our legs and feet open! Instead there are 10 other beaches to choose from all with sunbeds shacks and mostly water sports too. Hope this helps
