The Hotel is in 2 minutes away from the beach, about 150 meters. the Hotel has a unique design, it's very recognizable and visible. The whole service personnel is very kind and grateful. The treatment to me and my family was absolutely charming. I really liked the food, it was always very tasty and diverse, there are a lot of meals to choose from. The room-service was great, they made up our room every day. The hotel has free: hamam, swimming pool, bar, very fast wi-fi. Also our room had a fridge and air-conditioner, and I think every room has it. The hamam is really great, it has sauna, hamam, and relaxing rooms to make a massage. I absolutely advice you to choose this Hotel, if you travel to Alanya. Thanks to the whole service staff, it is because of them our vacation was great! Memet pasha, Hasan aga, Salih, Ozan - Çok Teşekkürler!

The reception only speaks Turkish and Russian. Zero knowledge of English. Great location - 200m to the sea and 2km to the mountains. The area is fine - lots of shops, cheap eateries, market, offices offering additional services. The service was generally nice, they tried, but they do not know English. Beer and vodka mixed with water - only wine was opened with guests. The bar can close at random time and open up in the evening. Food quite monotonous. The cooler things that I recommend to eat is pan fried chicken, pide, eggs and various types of Turkish cakes. The rooms stink, air-conditioned, dirty and smelly bathroom. Room cleaning is a plus - the room was cleaned to its initial condition. The pools are full in the afternoon. Animations only in Russian. Generally 95% of guests, are Russian. Russians were very positive, I spent a lot of time with them, but it's a shame there are no other nations. If you plan to sleep in a room, and spend the rest of the time outside the hotel, that's cool, but if you plan to spend time in the "resort", this is a very poor option. Budget is ok, but without promotion I would not go to this hotel again.

We arrived at this hotel with 2 9 year olds on the 23rd august 2018 time 1am. We walked up to the main reception to check in man behind the counter told us that there fully booked how could they be fully booked when we booked this hotel 4 months in advance. The man started arguing with us and shouting very aggressively he started throwing his papers and pen at us. My friend was given a room only because we made a fuss our kids where tired my son was sleeping on the sofa. I wasn't given a room until 5.20am I had no help from the staff members in taking my lagguage I had to take my own lagguages and my son to the room. This was a bloody nightmare. I went to the room I was disgusted with the everything that I saw room was extremely filthy with dirty shower room the toilet had skid marks in it and the shower was absolutely disgusting the taps weren't working the shower wasn't working. The bed sheets where filthy which had blood stains on it I could not put my son that disgusting bed there were ball of hair on the floor dust every where there where no fridge in the room. My friend came looking for me I grabbed all my stuff and my son and went to her room I thought I was in a living nightmare her room was far worse she was placed in staff quaters room it was absolutely filthy. Me and friend decided that as soon as we see day light we are leaving. We got out kids ready and we headed downstairs we informed the same man working from midnight that we like to check out. We were told to pay in full, we disagreed to pay in full as we were in the room for couple of hours they said they will not let us leave until we pay them in full they threatened to call the police so we told do call the police police came and had a go at them for putting us through alot of trouble as we had young kids with us. I wish I could upload a video of this hotel but I can't. Please do not go to this disgusting hotel with your children they will suffer, will be frightened with these people's aggressive behaviour do not book this hotel this hotel seriously needs to shut down They need to get rid of their disgusting staff members

When we arrived to this awful place we were shocked :((( Receptionists are rude, gave us the room for 4 just with 2 beds (told us that they do not have for this night other rooms), the question - how they make reservations in that case? When we came to the room ( it's not a room:((( it's a dirty place, we were afraid to go to the bath. Next day, they gave us a another room (but they do not want to talk if you'll not give them a money). Food is also the worst, dirty dishes and cups. NEVER BOOK THIS AWFUL PLACE. One positive think is Cleopatra Beach. Owners of this hotel should close this place, because to call it hotel is not right. To change all the staff, to teach them how they should work with the guests.

We arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and were greeted by two very pleasant receptionists who spoke good English and were shown to our room. The room was quite large for a basic hotel room, spotlessly cleaned, with clean towels, and it generally gave of a feeling of cleanliness. The bathroom was basic, and we also had a small terrace with a view of the sea. The air-condition wasn't too laud, since it basically needs to be running all night in temperatures that high. The breakfasts were very tasty and plentiful, some kind of mix between a continental and a Turkish breakfast with many cheeses to chose from. Dinner and supper were Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine with a lot of fish and like 30 salads to choose from. I enjoyed the food a lot. There is a pool, I haven't used it much, because it seemed like a crazy thing to do with the beach being literally 50 meters away, but it seemed like there were people in and around the pool constantly. There is a bar next to the pool that serves drinks, my service was all inclusive so I used it a lot, and the guy manning the bar, Osman, is a really friendly guy, and speaks good English. Turkish beer was not bad, but it was just too hot to drink during the day, and in the evenings I was pretty tired to go on a drinking binge. All of the staff were really helpful, especially the receptionist, Can, who was the kind of guy you make friends with immediately, the rest of the staff I've come into contact with spoke a decent amount of English, and from what I could tell they spoke Russian. The wifi was good, it ran youtube without a hitch. On the whole, I warmly recommend this hotel since it's located on the Kleopatra beach, the bus stop is literally 20 meters away from the entrance to the hotel, and there is a small shop across the street where the prices are good. I'm still under the impression of a great experience I've had in that hotel and Alanya as a whole.

This hotel was an absolute monstrosity. We went with 3 small children and we were met with rude unhelpful staff a room which was shocking and the recptionist just shouting at us in turkish and waving he's hands about in our faces we asked to be moved. The food was repetitive and awful. We went all inclusive but yet their beach buffet you have to pay for...two of our children got very sick from their pool water and when we asked reception to call a doctor they said ring your travel company even though they had a notice in reception saying there was a doctor on call 24hrs. This was our 7th time in alanya but this trip was ruined by this hotel and its staff. Would never ever go to it again we wanted to come home after a week because this hotel was that bad! We also witnessed other arguments between reception staff and customers absolutely appalling considering people have paid good money for a hotel that is not what it says it is.

The only thing I disliked in Alanya was this hotel and its service! The rooms have broken tiles, housekeepers MUST be tipped if you want your sheets changed every other day, and for god's sake even the recepcionist ( i don't even want to start about the servers) didn't know good English. I said to him that I am not Russian 100 times and he again and again started every conversation in Russian. The amusement is another thing - the guy in charge was Russian so you can imagine that every song was in his language. About the food- every day the same dishes so after 3-4 days you are begging for somethinf different!!! Eather way, the beach is awesome and the sea is warm and very clean (except for a couple of days). If you want to go to Alanya, go to some other hotel like Aladin :D

First of all, if you go to this hotel, pay attention which room/which bulding you will get. Towels very dirty. I was with my girlfriend in D building which is not renovated. If you want better service in room, try to give some money to a cleaning lady. As for food, you can not expect a lot from this hotel. Diner is the best meal for eating. Our balcony door was out of order, and they fixed it after three days begging. Hotel staff were not professional and general, in my opinion, a night in this hotel is too much money. The location is good.
