amazing hotel! everything is very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, service at altitude! delicious food and good service in the restaurant) The animation team is very fun and friendly!! always help in all matters and organize leisure)) own beach. The beach is always clean, there is a beach bar, and an outdoor club right on the beach!!! We were here at the end of May together with a girl and we all really enjoyed it!! Great team! They guarantee a great rest and a lot of fun. We highly recommend staying in this place ;) Very delicious food with lots of varierty there is a lots of green areas in the Hotel and IT is a safe place to be i would advise this Hotel;) tunisia is so beautiful :)

Don’t even know where to begin , there was some many things wrong , including the room, the food and just everything in the hotel. Only good thing was the staff are friendly but will pester you to change up money. We came here when it just reopened but wasn’t told so there was only about 8 of us including me and my partner. Hardly anything open or going on and the wifi I wouldn’t even bother , if you would like a terrible holiday come to this hotel!!

Recently returned from a week at the Abou Sofiane which was an enjoyable experience throughout. Below is a general review based on my personal experience - People - First and foremost, the people at the resort is what makes this place. As a solo traveller I was apprehensive as to what to expect but from the first day the team could not have been more approachable and helpful. I have to make a special note of the fantastic animation team that, even where the hotel was not near capacity being the start of the season, still managed to consistently entertain and bring energy. Having stayed 4 times in Tunisia before, this far exceeded any of the previous experiences and the team really helped make this an unforgettable experience. It was my birthday whilst travelling and the team went out of the way to mark it with a cake and presentation which was a fantastic touch. Room - The room had clearly been recently refurbished. It was well equipped, clean and the double bed comfortable. The cleaners consistently did a good job daily and there was nothing which felt lacking for the room. During the stay I had no problems. Facilities - Despite being a 4* the hotel still had a number of facilities (such as a small gym and entertainment areas). Although some of these were not quite ready at the time of the visit, you could see that these will be great for future travellers arriving June onwards. A note that the indoor pool was not in use during the stay, but this wasn't something personally which I missed. The gym could use a refresh with some updated equipment would be my only comment. Entertainment - There was a range of entertainment available through the day lead by the animation team, including table tennis, darts etc. In the evening there was a Disco each night until 11pm, with a quiz and a show mixed in. The animation team also made sure to go around each table and make sure people were enjoying themselves which was a really nice personal touch you don't get in many places. During the stay there was only a limited number of people in the hotel as it was the week of opening and the staff said that there were going to be additional shows and entertainment added as the capacity increases. The equipment provided for the daily entertainment (such as the darts and dartboard) could be improved as was worn and a small investment by the hotel would make these more enjoyable. Food - The food was a high quality daily, with a reasonable mix of meats, veg and salads. Varity as a whole was lacking which would be the only concern which lead to eating out a few times for a change, however as the hotel had only recently reopened for season this may come as guest numbers increase. Drink - Not much to say on this, other than it is as you would expect for a 4* All Inclusive with a range of local spirits and wines available. Some cocktails are available, and the beer is better than some places. Generally no problems. The only note to add which I think is important is that the Aquapark is currently being built and I was told this is due to open in July 2023. When booking this was not made aware to me, but this is more to do with the agent - not the hotel. There was construction work happening, however it was well segregated from the hotel facilities and noise levels in the day were not excessive to the point that you couldn't enjoy the stay. Will give the hotel a 5* review. Although there are a couple of improvements which could be made to the facilities and food, generally as a 4* hotel was a great experience and I would recommend. …

Lovely staff, couldn't do enough for everyone. Great guests. Good security on main roads & at hotel. Had a fab time & coming back ASAP. Near to Marina (short taxi ride away) Food excellent, plenty of choice & freshly cooked. Bar & animation 👌 😍 ♥️

worst hotel we have been to. Dirt, stench. The same food every day. They say they have a games room and it turned out that there was never such a room in this hotel. drama. No atraction for kids. playground destroyed and smelly sewage system.

This hotel is the perfect place for singles couples families the rooms are so clean you could eat food off the floor All rooms have hair dryer a fridge tv but a deposit is needed for the remote control but only 30 dinar The food covers everybody's tastes breakfast lunch dinner There is a snack bar next to the pool and bar. The animation team gets everyone involved in what they have planned for the day evening

I passed one week there was really perfect. Room was good and clean, nice people in the reception specially Térésa . Bar was correct nice cocktails also. Very big plus for the food which was various very nice and delicious . Entertainment was good evening with less people they were doing their best . I recommand this hôtel. Viva abou sofiane
