I spent 6 days in this hotel with my cousin . It was very good experience . The reception was at a good level . The workers are nice and pleasant.as well as the team of animators : Momo, mira, midou , midou and chris ... The food is good, but it is repeated every day , this caused me a blockage Of apetite .the rooms are cleaned every day And this I liked very much..
I like the hotel all staff was friendly I wished that I stayed for longer every day was special, animation team was doing the best with all the activities during the day and the show at night I wanna thank you all ❤️❤️❤️
We stayed at the Marhaba Palace Hotel as a late November get away and we had an amazing time. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food in the buffet restaurant was amazing and the majority of the staff spoke great English which made it easier to communicate. There are a few things that the hotel could do to make the experience better, one being the arrival system which just didn't work and after a 12-hour journey starting at 3am in the morning the last thing i wanted to do was fill out a long form with information the hotel should have already had from our booking. We did have a slightly disappointing first night with someone trying to get into our room at midnight waking us up. Followed by a man then knocking on the door. We still don't know if this was maybe someone who had drank too much and went to the wrong room or if they had allocated the room to someone else by mistake and they could not get in as we had locked the door from the inside. We didn't get much of an apology from the reception the next day. I would say the reception team; considering they are the first point of contact when you get to the hotel; need to work on their smile. They really do look like they don't want to be there. However, Mackram, Larry and Mila were 100% a turn around to the holiday! They really did work so hard, and not just with us but with everyone. Mackram was our waiter for the entire week and always made our evening meal something to look forward to. Larry and Mila (part of the entertainment team) never stopped, literally even when they were eating breakfast they were still speaking to customers, we didnt see them take a break. I do feel that the entertainment team need to have a bit more of a budget. They are the heart of the hotel, and they are doing as much as they can with the resources they have. The pool - felt like an ice bath, and was not enjoyable, but certainly gave an entertaining view when watching others try and get in. In regard to the area itself, the town was very quiet, and it wouldn't be a location i would recommend for women unless they are with a man. You do get bombarded by men trying to sell boat trips, quad bikes, tours and they really don't know when to quit. My advice for anyone going there is to just keep walking and say, 'no thank you I'm going home today' and don't give them an indication that you are unfamiliar with the place. Also do not let anyone help you with your bags at the airport or getting on the bus. A man literally put my bag on the bus and then asked me for English £10. Luckily, I'm not stupid and very quickly stated that i didn't even ask him to do it and even if i did i would not be tipping him £10 to do so. Apart from the little small hiccups it was a fantastic holiday and would i go back? Yes i would!…
The hotel is an old favourite of ours. It's undergone some refurbishment and the pool area is all new. Rooms were comfy clean and beds so comfortable Dining is in 2 sittings not ideal. Waiters work hard to keep things tidy big shout to our waiter Shoukri he was lovely. But....All inclusive system is not the way forward it attracts the wrong type of clientele and the staff don't like it either the system is abused on all levels. Also the once vibrant port area is in dire need of some help....Go out of your hotel and enjoy a drink in a real glass and a hot meal served at your table. The people are lovely and need tourism to help them rebuild their resorts. Give it a go it's a beautiful place.
Visited Tunisia ten times over the years , first time at this fantastic hotel . From the moment we stepped off the coach to stepping back onto the coach for our transfer back to the Airport fantastic service , very very clean , the food was fantastic , always something , to eat . Plenty choice of drinks . All the staff had a genuine desire , to make sure , that you had the most comfortable stay . Always facially bright , and very very polite . A big thank you to our waiters Mackram and Merwen . Fantastic customer service at reception by Bassem and Rafique . We will be returning in June , also looking forward to seeing you all .
Hi this hotel was great lovely food and great service from all staff lovely place felt very safe and happy great pools and right on a lovely sandy beach a very modern hotel and great entertainment team all day and night so now for the negatives had to sit at the same table for all three meals strange system with leaving pink cards on tables and the cards that you scan to get in your room are useless they never worked properly had to go down to reception from the second floor at least 7 times in a 7 day stay to get them reprogrammed then go back upto my room before I knew if it would work and open the door This was a real downside to such a wonderful.holiday in a great hotel Please change the door cards ❤

Outstanding Upper Management, Right implementation of procedures, Thank you Mr G.M. for being so close to your guests needs, and making sure that the Marhaba Palace stays at its actual level of service, excellent cleaning team, one of a kind front desk, 👏, yummy 😋 food quality thanks to Executive Chef Mahmoud, very professional house keeping, and a really fulfilling entertainment team... Though a recommendation to Mr Badreddine, restaurant supervisor, Mr "Runny guy" 😉, you need to re-think the table placement procedure, indeed work on the "first come first seated concept", I am sure you will be able to handle it with such outstanding waiters, Adel, Mootez, etc... instead of wasting time arguing with many unsatisfied guests ...waste of time for you and unhappy 🙁 guests...A buffet concept needs to allow the guests the choice of where to seat, ... And a little smile would be certainly appreciated, ...Regarding the Spa, and to insure the 5 🌟 compatibility with the international standards, Hotel residents should be allowed to use the jacuzzi and the Hammam without being obligated to take a package or a service, otherwise the staff at the Spa was very kind... Otherwise, everything is so perfect Thank you Mr GM, 😊, all our support and gratitude for this excellence to keep as a 5 stars 🌟 premise....surely and rightly upgraded from the 4 🌟 it use to be, congratulations and keep it up, we wish that all premises in Tunisia become like yours. Again thank you for everything you are doing to make sure the guest satisfaction is at its highest level...Really the best in Hammam Sousse...We certainly recommend and come back very soon when we would be around, 😉... …
Great holiday at the Marhaba Palace, been here many times over the years, we just love it. Staff are excellent, must give a mention to Rafika in reception, any issues are sorted out promptly. Animation team are amazing, especially Mira, she should be given more time singing in the bar, she has a lovely voice, Hotel was spotless as usual, Looking forward to seeing everyone next year.
