Monastir and Sousse are only 15-20 min away by taxi.
But service only for 2*. Food is really not great as it should be.
The restaurant is missing plates, forks, glasses. Drink only in small plastic glasses for single use. With feeding in main restaurant is bad :(
The main largest pool is littered with moss. It means water filtration is not good.

Negative points:
-The reception is very cold, even though it is a tourist complex.
-aging rooms, very poorly equipped, uncomfortable mattresses, very dirty air conditioner at the end of its life and which does not work well.
-Bathroom also with a really outstanding "style" in addition to a small water leak.
-The linen (towels, covers, sheets...etc) needs to be completely changed.
- On the catering side, a terrible lack of organization, in addition to the lack of vessel (glass, plate, fork, etc.).
An endless queue to help yourself, finally to be served all that for two little unfortunate croissants.
-lunch and dinner no real choice available, it's always the same starters and the same dishes that are repeated.
- the hotel operates at 100% of its reception capacity with 50% of these infrastructures.
C-A-D the hotel has two restaurants for self-service, but only opens one. This creates endless queues during services (breakfast, dinner, etc.).
-Only the aquapark and one swimming pool accessible, the other two swimming pools were empty.
-Half of the beach which is part of the complex is not accessible.
Positive:
-The staff at the restaurant are very helpful, always listen and always keep a smile despite the pressure they are under.
-Aquapark swimming pool correct for children.

The pool with slides is one continuous salty hell. Moreover, the water is simply salty, not even sea water. When you ride the slides, water gets everywhere, and this SALT eats everything alive. Half of the territory is closed and in a dilapidated state, but you can only find out about it on the spot. The beach is at most 50 meters long, but it’s not a problem. There are almost no people there because the sea in this part is very dirty. Due to the constant wind, endless algae and jellyfish. Locals say that this is almost always the case, it doesn’t depend much on the month. Unlike Sousse, where there are ideal beaches with ideal water, for example.
The rooms are old, the bathrooms even more so. A lizard or some other living creature could easily be waiting for you in the rooms. This comes as no surprise. They will bring dichlorvos and spray your room. And no one is particularly interested in how to stay in it further. The food is not very varied and there is a lot of spicy food. Fruit selection is very limited. Ice cream only in their store. This is for comparison with the same Sousse (and a 3* hotel), but here it is 4*.
For an afternoon snack of food, burgers and strange pizzas. That's all. The child had nothing to snack on at all.
Internet is only at the reception and it is very poor. You might not be able to connect for half the evening; I’m generally silent about speed.
I would like to note once again that despite all the problems, almost all the staff are as responsive and friendly as possible. Except for the only person - a lifeguard on the beach. Who for some reason tried repeatedly to invite me to go for a walk somewhere, but this was not at all interesting to me and the child. After I left, he wrote a million rude things on my social networks and demanded that I never return to their hotel. This is what resentment does to boys.

Meal times are horrendous, people literally fighting over a clean plate, shocking scenes I've never seen before. Cues for food are long and disorganised. Oversubscribed because its a cheap deal.
I saw one waiter wiping dirty cutlery with a napkin and passing it off as clean. When confronted he lied!
Staff are demotivated and under pressure, not enough of them and they get annoyed if you ask them for a drink even though its all inclusive. My family lasted less than 24 hours before having to change hotels.
I've never written a review before but felt compelled to so that others can avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment!
The hotel has already been significantly affected by time, there is no sign of improvement, the equipment is outdated, the staff is apathetic with some exceptions. The beach is in a catastrophic state, more like a pile of construction debris. The staff does not clean the beach, they only rake the algae once a week. Be careful, the water park is with salt water! Very unpleasant feeling when going down the toboggan. It was offered by the travel agency as 4* in the offer, the hotel itself is only marked 3* on the spot. The free internet at the reception is rather dysfunctional, in my opinion the staff turns it off to force guests to pay for it. The lobby and reception do not have very functional air conditioning and especially in the evening there are a lot of flies and mosquitoes. The exchange office operator sometimes gives you the wrong exchange rate or won't give you small coins, even though he doesn't have them. Towels and bath towels were also a problem. The adjoining room had 1 towel for 5 people.

Cleanliness: The Pension was in a worrying state of filth, especially in the slide area where cleanliness really left something to be desired. In addition, the pool was greenish and covered with algae, which was not only unsightly but also worrying for hygiene.
Restoration: The quality of the food was also very disappointing. Meal choices were extremely repetitive and available plates were scarce and often dirty. The restaurant staff were rude, which greatly affected my dining experience. I spent much of my dinner looking for a clean plate and the other part waiting in a long line to get a simple slice of pizza.
Breakfast: Although I finally found cheese at Breakfast but it wasn't it was a very poor quality food preparation. This did not help improve my overall experience.
Moreover, I discovered a gecko in my room, which was particularly unpleasant.
Due to these many problems, I decided to cancel my stay and leave the Pension before lunch. I would not recommend this Pension for anyone looking for a pleasant and clean experience.
