This is my second winter I spend here (2 months) and it's my second home in the meantime. The staff is extraordinary friendly and try everything to let you feel comfortable and cozy. Actually it's time for a general renovation but since they got a new manager last month it's going forward. There's a huge choice on the buffet, the rooms are spacious and the location is great for visiting monastir and sousse since there is a bus station in front of the hotel charging less than 30 cents and transfer is 25 minutes. Close to the airport but no noise. Guests are mixed German Tunesian Danish French Dutch Russian which makes it easy to get in touch without one overwhelming group. There are two huge pools plus indoor so it's not overcrowded and a private beach. The restaurant is newly renovated in Feb 2020.the prices are reasonable and you get a lot for the money. The golf course is opposite the street, huge selection of alcoholic and softdrinks, huge quality buffet at lunch n dinner so you actually find always something. There are many returning customers. I'll come back for sure!…

Spent a week here with my daughter and have never felt more uncomfortable abroad....have been to Tunisia many times but have never been made to feel uncomfortable by other guests. .. staff were ok but definitely preferred other nationalities....animation team...only spoke to one...the others didn't even smile....reception staff were very helpful....food was ok but very repetitive....maybe should advise British travellers to not use this hotel.....will definitely return to Tunisia but not this hotel
We stayed in the hotel for one week for our holiday. We liked the service provided but it’s not as you would expect in Egypt or Turkey, where the service is just excellent. Nevertheless, the hotel itself looks like from 2000th and hasn’t seen the restoration. So would be better to make some minor improvements in rooms. The staff. But the staff is very friendly, considering the number of people staying there, they always do their job with high level of proficiency! I would note Adnen Nasri, from open terrace in the restaurant. When we would come up, he would make our day! He’s attentive and sincere, quick in what’s he doing but talkative enough with guests! We liked him so much and his colleague Mazen Mesbah were the best! Anyway, would want to say thank you to all the staff who serves to guest, as I know what it feels like everyone rests and you have to work!…
