We have been to Tunisia 7 times, I booked for a month holiday, meeting up with family (two other families) at this hotel. i emailed the hotel twice before we arrived but got no replies, i thought that as the hotel is not told until a week before we arrived that we were coming that was OK. as soon as we got there 26 sept 22 for a 4 week stay, we were being told that the hotel was closing at the end of the month, then told the 7 Oct , then the 15 Oct, and finally told it was closing on the 17 Oct and we and my other parties were to be moved to another hotel within the group. the hotel which did not open this year until the 1st June, the receptions staff told us very little, here are some points that no one is saying I would not recommend this to anyone one of the pools was closed before we got there, the one with the slides. ice cream was stopped being served after our first day. Meal in the main dining area were very bland as well warm/cold at times and at times did not or could nor even supply eggs for breakfast. food was regularly reheated, guest were allowed two slices of pizza at a time from the snack bar, unless you were local then you were allowed a whole one Nice bars in the evening. but they allow smoking inside the enclosed bar area that leads into the corridor rooms We did like the al a cart, only used once due to the hotel closing the al a cart in our first week of 4 weeks, this was only open two days a week when it was open. Drinks very OK, NO water in room, in fact water was something you had to buy 2TD a bottle. and you were not allowed to fill bottles from the water dispenser. sometimes there was a bottle of water on your table at mealtimes a daily charge for the safe key was 5TD the safe was in the room, free sunbed but you had to pay 2TD if you wanted a mattress, Air con could have been better, had it checked 5 times by maintained staff. Staff could be more helpful, and tipping every drink helped Sea was full of bricks and broken tiles, beach very narrow and sea shallow. on the 1st Oct we were told be the bar staff the hotel would be closing on the 17th i went to reception as two of out party had only just arrived and was flying back on the 21st. the reception staff kept saying they know nothing but clearly, they knew what was going on. we did get moved after involvement from ONTHE BEACH and SUNSHINE rep in the resort. we moved to another hotel on Monday 3rd, to enjoy the rest of our holiday it was clear to me and my party the hotel was being rundown ready for closing. and guests were still be booked in after we left. not suitable for disabled guests and there is no ramp from reception to the first landing/floor where the lift is…

Recently returned from a two weeks holiday here. Had a nice room with a fantastic view over the pool and sea (room 384). Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding/towels by friendly maids. Staff very friendly throughout the hotel. Food in the restaurant was as expected from an all inclusive hotel (very repetitive but nice and fresh/hot). Freshly cooked bread was delicious and also loved the roast beef/ spag bol was really nice with bit of a kick to it 👌 A little tired in places and was disappointed that no soap or means to dry hands in men's toilets by pool. Sea was warmer than the pool and lovely and calm in the morning. All in all good value for money.

The El Mouradi is very welcoming, the staff are very helpful, I always got the feeling that if I asked for something I would get it. The activities are plenty and mostly different. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Main restaurant ran out of food regularly and you had to put up with people pushing in queues and people on half board pilling their plates and putting food in their bags when the waiters were not watching. Food was warmish when you manage to get some. The Margherita restaurant (a la carte) was far better, Waiters were very good in both restaurant, Kommal looked after us for breakfast in the main restaurant. We had Italian night food twice, Tunisian night and fish night, all was very tasty and good. Drinks in the pool bar were in small polystyrene cups, however if your face fits you were given glasses, we witnessed 3 girls with drinks in glasses by the pool. The main indoor bar served in plastic cups sometimes when glasses ran out. Food debris was left behind the snack bar all night and only cleaned next morning. The evening entertainment was average but all chairs and tables and taken very early. We didn't bother staying as we could see from our room but meant you couldn't relax with a drink and watch. A lot of the English people we spoke with all said they felt the hotel at the time of vacation was not suited for Europeans and other guests were given priorities. Plenty of sun lounges, you have to pay 2 dinar per mattress a day if you want a mattress. The pool man works hard every morning cleaning the pool. Often found cigarette ends around the pool and glasses from the previous evening until late morning when the cleaners come out. Rooms are cleaned daily. The transfer from airport to hotel was a shambles, had to change coaches and some guests had an additional hour on the coach. Guests were dropped off at an hotel, other guests hotel was next door but the driver drove past this. Yasmin , guest experience manager was pleasant and came over to all new guests in the a la carte restaurant and can be found at reception.…

The beach was very beutifle, the staff was and the animatars ware very good with the people too! We with my family liked it very much! There was a rasturant in which we could eat very tasty food, and that was a second resturant! The main one was very good too!

1st time in tunisia and we came here and happy we did the staff work round the clock and always happy to help BUT for me the animation team has been the best i the shows they do and such funny friendly people always making us feel welcome and come over and chat for me the animation team has made this holiday as fun as it is
