Where to start....this hotel is certainly not 5 star!! Although the staff were, on the whole, friendly and helpful, they will at any opportunity rip you off and try to charge for things that you shouldn't need to pay for. The hotel manager quoted us 350 dinar for a taxi, our guide quoted us 200. The hotel needs updating and refurbishing, the A/C didn't work, and you will get eaten alive by mosquitos if you leave the door open. The alcohol is disgusting, you are better off bringing your own. We both had bad guts for the holiday and after arriving back home to the UK. Most of the time the food was very repetitive, we ended up eating camel which we were told was beef! There are no shops nearby for food or snacks. Be aware that vehicles are checked for bombs on arrival to the hotel, apparently Westerners are not always welcomed!! The spa is extortionately priced and is NOT included in the package as we were led to believe. Hygiene is definitely questionable, pool cups were being rinsed in dirty tap water, not cleaned. The entertainment staff were lively and friendly, but unfortunately there was no set entertainment of an evening, just music being played in a separate, empty room. There was some huge arguments/fights that kept us awake til early hours of the morning, with blood everywhere. Honestly, we wouldn't recommend this place for relaxation. If you are looking for a cultural experience, explore Tunisia outside the hotels, it is a game changer.…

Everything about this hotel and their staff are amazing Staff was friendly and very helpful thank you for looking after us so well The food is fabulous anything you wanted and if it isn't there just ask they will do their utmost to oblige and always with a smile restaurant is lovely too this is good menu which the menu is always on view so you know what food to expect

A 7 days holiday and memorable too . Hotel is beautiful, all staff are lovely and welcoming . Food is tasty and rooms are nice . Tourus , Sabena and Nino are the most lovely and bubbly people that made the holiday full of laughter with full night entertainments.

Such a lovely holiday!! Hotel is beautiful inside and out , rooms spacious and comfy. The staff all around are very helpful with anything you are in need of. Sabena, Torrus and Nino made the holiday 10x more fun and felt like home thank you to them.

Very spacious and bright space , lots of room to relax , lounge and walk. Beautiful outdoor space. Staff is welcoming and helpful, will advise on things to do in the local area. Samia welcomed us and sat with us to have a chat about our feedback and recommended where to go and what to do.

The staff are very good and attentive to all needs.. for is not great selection is poor and temperature is less than needed. I would not say that it is 5 star but facilities are good outdoor pools and bar areas are excellent.

Lovely holiday destination! The service was amazing and the staff were friendly. The shisha was good. The all inclusive service was actually all inclusive. Samoa the guest manager was helpful and Aladdin at the restaurant was really helpful.

It was a lovely experience, the staff were amazing and the service was impeccable. We arrived past midnight and they were extremely accommodating, the staff took us to a restaurant and served us dinner. They said everything was all inclusive inside the hotel. We asked for the room to be decorated for my husbands birthday and they decorated it beautifully.
