Le Soleil Bella Vista Resort is noted for its vibrant pool scene and engaging entertainment, making it a hit with families, according to guest reviews. While the rooms are generally clean with commendable views, a handful of travelers have expressed concerns over their condition and the progress of renovations. The hotel's atmosphere bustles with evening shows and poolside music, though some guests suggest a need for more attentive staff.
Service is often highlighted as friendly and professional, yet occasional reports of rudeness point to some inconsistency. Despite offering family-friendly amenities, some visitors question the resort's value, citing extra fees and areas awaiting upgrades.

There is great animation team, they are doing lots od fun and activities for whole day. For more, staff are always with smile and they ask you how are you doing; and also you can change your room without problem. But standard of the hotel should be better, it should be renowated

A very pleasant hotel, although old, standard for 4*. The hotel is not big, so there are not too many people and there is no crowding in the restaurant, there are free sun loungers on the beach and around the pool. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, which makes it easier for tourists without knowledge of English. At the reception there is Samir (cash desk) and guest relations Maria. There is also a shop next to the reception where the owner is Anna. I definitely recommend checking it out! The goods are varied and the prices are lower than in the city at the market.
Rooms are cleaned daily. It is very convenient that beach towels are in the rooms. Safes in the rooms, the key can be obtained at the reception, but $5 per day. If you did not book a room with a sea view when purchasing a tour, then the payment is also $5 per day.
The food is varied, for all tastes.
As in all the hotels where I have been before (and I have been visiting Tunisia every summer for 10 years), the animation team works excellently. They don’t let you get bored 😁, cheerful, energetic young people.
Team leader Mario and wonderful, open people: Wassim, Rico, Enzo, Mizo, Mehdi and the beautiful Dudu.
There are few tourists from the Russian Federation, mainly from Poland, and also insignificantly from other countries.
The hotel is located across the street from the airport, but you hardly notice the rare noise of airplanes.
The gentle sea and fine sand - I love it!

Clean swimming pool and bars outside. Organized animators not only for children, especially Miso.
Clean room, if you want a room with a sea view you can easily request one for an additional fee. In all inclusive we have 5 meals and drinks included in the price.

This is the most disappointing all-inclusive experience I've encountered. I urge you to heed the honest 1-star reviews, as they accurately highlight the numerous issues at this hotel. In my opinion, this hotel deserves only 1 star. The food is unappetizing and quickly runs out, with a monotonous daily menu. The limited options result in long queues and extended wait times for a table and food. The staff's behavior is notably impolite. The rooms are unsanitary and the pillows are uncomfortable even after requesting replacements. Securing loungers requires early rising, and the Wi-Fi is only accessible in the lobby. A viable option is purchasing a SIM card from the hotel shop. The pools are unclean and overly crowded. Entertainment offerings are repetitive, featuring the same individuals and songs daily, much to the dismay of both adults and children. The sole redeeming aspect is the beach.

We just stayed with my family in Bella Vista for 2 weeks. The hotel is very old, they try to renovate it, but it is going very slowly, there are some renovated rooms, but most of the guests get the old room, where not even air-condition works properly and the furniture hier ist maybe 40 years old. The rooms are clean, thats the only advantage. The clean ladyes are doing their best. Breakfast is nice, lunch and dinner- you have to have luck. The hotel is overcrowded, everywhere and for anything you have to wait 30min, anoying are the small paper cups. I never saw becoming 1deciliter cup in 45degrees, you need to wait again to get the next water. If you are luckly, you can get arround 11 oclock Water melone/ Pancakes/ Ice Cream. The pool is small for so many people and the musik there is extrem laud. If you get a room with a pool view, you can forget about sleeping or relaxing. Tobogans are fun for the children. The beach is nice, but could be cleaner and bigger. To get the sunbrella you need to bring your beach towels at 06:00, when the beach stuff beginns to work. Later on is not possible to get any sunbeds. To get a beach towel you need to have luck again, because most of the time there is not possible to get a clean one. This hotel could be good 20-30 years ago, now I would give maybe 2stars, not more. I would recommend this hotel for the people loving music and disco, but if you can, go better somewhere else for your holiday.

To begin with, I do not recommend this hotel.
Sea view room: clean, no double bed, made every day and the maids are top notch. On the other hand, it was poorly soundproofed and we could hear the neighbor snoring. The planes are in a parallel axis so there is not much noise.
Beach: Fine sand, clean but lots of jellyfish, bring a cream if you still decide to come.
Large Swimming Pool: Too deep and its round format does not allow for the activities offered, so everyone finds themselves in a small space
The water is not filtered too well, a lot of crumbs and small waste float. And you have to get up before 7 a.m. to reserve a deckchair.
Small swimming pool: nice but same condition as the big one and above all they close the water jets between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., and after 5 p.m.
Swimming pools with nice slides but opening hours are very limited 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wi-Fi: does not exist, I advise you to get a SIM card from the merchant on site.
The welcome: is pleasant nothing more
The hotel: old and dilapidated, two stars are more than enough, it is 5 minutes walk from the airport. If you come anyway, don't take a taxi. And I would say that it is for an Eastern European population (I have nothing against it)
Restaurant :
Breakfast: nothing is good.
Lunch/dinner: repetitive food without taste. We eat to put something in our stomach
Lots of waste because it's really not good, people take things they think are good which end up in the trash.
The juices are undrinkable and there are only three soft drinks and no more.
I do not drink alcohol. But given the color I would say it is water.
The waiters are foot lickers
No snack. And in general nothing to eat between classic meals
The restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. and for latecomers nothing is offered
No ice cream, just the photos and when we ask the question they tell us that it will come soon, when will it be since it is August?
The club: The entertainers are very rarely visible and the evenings are rubbish for my taste.
The mini-club: an advertisement to attract families with children, open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. For children aged 4 and over. No toys and zero activity. Our son went out as soon as he got home.
A emergency guard

Our stay at Hotel Bella Vista was unfortunately a mixed experience. The hotel seemed to have taken in more guests than it could handle with the limited staff available.
Pros: The shining star of our stay was undoubtedly the pool bar, open from morning until late evening. Special kudos to the bartender, Oussema Ben Yahia, whose optimism and friendliness brought life to our vacation. He was the most welcoming, sincere, and cheerful person in the hotel, always positive and communicative with guests. Thank you, Oussema, for your fantastic service and delicious drinks!
Cons: However, the main restaurant was a different story. Often, there were no available tables, and the food was scarce and lacked variety. It was the same monotonous options every day, nothing suitable for European tastes. This certainly did not meet the standards of an all-inclusive package.
The snack bar by the beach was another disappointment. The staff there were extremely rude. If you asked for anything, you had to pay extra, even to get a larger cup for a non-alcoholic drink. If you didn’t queue up right when the bar opened, forget about getting any food. The portions were so small that even a three-year-old wouldn't be satisfied with a serving of fries.
Despite these issues, the entertainment was at a decent level. The evening shows were always on time, with some being better than others, but at least there was something happening. The music at the pool was also a plus, creating a lively atmosphere.
Also disappointing were the lifeguards at the pool and beach who, instead of being vigilant, only talked to each other. We witnessed a woman choking on water, and the lifeguard did not even consider placing her in the recovery position. They could benefit from swimming and first aid courses.
The rooms were okay but they were often ants or cockroaches. Architecture of the hotel and pool certainly did not deserve four stars. The cleaning staff was okey.
Summary: While there were some positives, particularly thanks to Oussema Ben Yahia at the pool bar, the overall experience at Hotel Le Bella Vista was disappointing. The lack of adequate staffing, poor restaurant service, and unprofessional lifeguards significantly impacted our stay. We hope the hotel addresses these issues in the future.

The hotel does not correspond to 4*, there is a 20-minute queue for food, if you already stand in line (snack bar) they refuse to give you more portions if you are not all standing in line, the beer is not available at 3 pm, on the children's playground, which is in a catastrophic state, it is in the grass glass! In the corridors of the hotel there are plates or propped up broken beds or discarded mattresses. Water slides are only available at certain times (10-12 and 14-16). The food is still the same, you only get one piece of omelette or pancake, you don't get more, you have to queue again! Sweet food like desserts are only slices, no ice cream. We waited 4 hours to change the room, because by morning the air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling and there was water everywhere! The hotel has had its best, the sunbeds by the pool and by the sea were broken, the entire plastic string was missing, so when you sit on the sunbed you fall down! So keep checking everything. The animators were walking around, but they didn't pay attention to others, they had tourists bring them alcohol. The photos on the travel guide are very old, the hotel is not that nice. Big disappointment for us!!

The hotel is large and the occupancy rate due to covid is around 10%. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. Pools clean, slides ok, pool depth 1.2-2.5 m. Beach clean hot water. Good food served by chefs, maybe only monotonous breakfasts, but everything fresh and tasty. The animators are full of enthusiasm to make your stay in the hotel pleasant, the bartenders are also at a high level, especially Adel, a great man and the best hotel employee. I consider my stay at the beginning of August very successful. Greetings to everyone, especially to ADEL.

I want to advise everyone who wants to come. I needed advice. The hostel is four stars but I think it is only three stars
As for the room, it is below the middle, and I live now in a room without air conditioning, and despite my constant complaints, they were unable to change the room because the hostel was full and during my inquiry I bumped into because there is this problem in more than one room
The food is generally average, but you can eat
The sea is very wonderful and we add
The pool is good
Leisure activities are acceptable

Hi, I am sorry but I can't answer this. I have no allergies, so I didn't ask about it.
The nearest hospital is about 10 min by taxi. I have seen it during my trip to the city.
So, we had nuggets for lunch - twice a week...
No fries in the restaurant. They are only in the snack bar - open daily 2h in the afternoon ( I think from 15h) but in high season there are a lot of people, the queue is too long and the fries disappear quickly. They were not crispy but soft, once even raw. Snack bar didn't have time to prepare, due to a lot of people .We only had fries once all week.Hopefully better in the off-season.
