We had a good time with my friend. The animation team was really great, had a lot of activities. The food was amazing as well. Beach is like 1 min away from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day and on the beach you can also find a lot of water activities

Just don’t know where to start , (1) didn’t get room cleaned for 3 days , no mattress and pillow protectors in use pillow and mattress had stains ….. (2) cleaners are lazy could do better my self , need house keeper to check on there work (3) down stairs toilet next to reception where dirty toilet paper with faeces thrown on floor water around toilet , use disabled toilet that is clean (4) water park is ok the bar there you have to pay for food and drink (5) had a pedicure don’t bother was really disappointed only soaked my feet didn’t do nails cleaned my cuticles then clipped the dead skin made both my big toes bleed my son took a photo wasn’t very happy (6) the snack bar near the pool was dirty food on the floor never cleaned a accident waiting to happen (7) tiny paper cups for your drinks , the alcohol is like paint stripper we drank lemon juice , beer no better Now the best points (1) the food is very good but needs to be hotter (2) some of the staff where fantastic reception staff where great , only one in the dinning room you could tell was well trained , the young one need training

Currently staying in this great hotel ❤️ If you're looking for an clean and new hotel in Tunisia this is your choice! I mean hygiene is for me very important and here even the pool toilets always have paper and are cleaned. Nice pools and sand beach. Good food. The best thing for us is the staff, smiling, helpful, young and fun animation team. They organized our doughters 6 birthday and made it a surprise for her and even gave her a gift 💓 she was thrilled.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very nice, they try very hard to make sure that the guests do not lack anything and that they feel good. The animators take great care of children, have a really good relationship with them, and organize sports activities for adults. The food is delicious. The hotel's GM himself ensures that guests are satisfied. simply amazing! I recommend!

We were in this hotel two times this year with my fiancee.First time in June, second time in September this month. We enjoyed both vacations and it was worth the money. We knew that there is no one left from the old animator team like in June. But then we were so happy to see two of our old animator friends from June (original Mario orig.called Safe and Sou Sou orig.called Islem). After our second arrival everybody just recognized us from our first trip and they treated us like some VIP persons..🙌starting with the main manager of night shift , bartenders, waiters, maids, lifeguards and many more. The new animators are also friendly and kind, so we have even more friends in Tunisia now🙌. The hotel was "reopened" in June, of course there are still some small things to change but its nothing to ruin your vacation here. Animators are working really hard to make your days here so much better, especially at nightshows🤣. We were talking to each other so much and also sitting together after nightsnows🙌. We had a problem with our room after our second arrival (the room was close to generators from other hotel), next day we got a new room without any problems, in the new room there was a problem with the toilet, fixed in like 10 minutes. If you have any problem, just dont be shy and go to the reception, they are here for you. I have so much to say but it would take me a whole day. The last thing I wanna say is that on our second trip this month we forgot our USB plugged in the TV in our room..ye we found out that after a whole week at home🤣. Right after that I contacted them here on facebook page and guees what?. They checked the room immediately, found our USB and they will keep it safe till we arrive again. Big up for this lads🙌and also a biiig up for Sam (Dj), hes one of the best persons I've ever met at vacations.

in general, the four-star hotel is good, clean and tidy, of course there are many nuances and the staff is responsive, the pools are very good for both children and adults, the animators did their job really well, the trust of the guests was also excellent, the bar service was excellent, I especially want to highlight two people that RADUEL AND HOUCEN who did their work with love. what can you say about the manager of the restaurant who ran around shouting at people (not a big guy with glasses, forever angry, I don't know his name) because we were with 3 children and we left at 4 o'clock in the morning, we tried to ask about breakfast or even a cup of coffee, he kicked us out and told me that not interested in breakfast and coffee only from 6 o'clock in the morning, which really spoiled the mood of the entire vacation and the feedback about the hotel as a whole.
