What can say. Great hotel! Fab staff, friendly and eager to please Arrived and greeted warmly. Lovely room, just refurbed. Very big as well, 3 balconys! Nice addition of day bed and coffee table, which made a pleasant seating area. Restaurant food was amazing! Breakfast, pancakes, pastries and a hot selection. At one point there was only 10 people in...

We spent a lovely week in Pirates Gate Resort. First of all, the staff was so friendly, especially the animation team, and there were a lot of program in the hotel during the day. Sometimes the same song was repeated several times a day but it wasn't a big problem, just it could be annoying sometimes. Unfortunetly the hotel doesn't...

My boyfriend and I spent 12 nights at the Pirates Gate Hotel and from the moment we arrived til the moment we left we both had a really enjoyable holiday. The bar staff work so hard, they were often working long hours and in the intense heat and they always had a smile for us. The kitchen staff were also...

Its not like the photographs don't be fooled by them. Hotel needs complete modernisation, the staff are very rude, free beer only in small white plastic cups. Full of Russians no English people at all. Will never enter that Hotel again

Good value for money, yes hotel does need updating new carpets etc, but the staff are brilliant will do anything to help you. The rooms were clean and always had fresh bedding and towels everyday. Animation staff lacked enthusiasm but made up for it with trying to get everyone involved but wasn't pushy which was great. Beach and pool was...

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in brown water and sludge coming out of the shower. No sunbeds ,terrible food ,live wires, unsafe carpets on the stairs, we had to get out ,paid extra to be moved to another hotel. The only positive was the hotel manager was very good and helped us tremendously. She arranged phone calls to...
