Lovely hotel and friendly staff, if you follow a few simple rules you’ll have a great family holiday. Rule 1 - Tip! Find a waiter day one, slip him 10 Dinar (£2.50), and you’ll have a freshly laid table waiting for you every time. We used the older Mohammed at breakfast and the younger Mo in the evenings. Rule 2 - take Sterling with you and change at the airport, they don’t take cards at the Exchange so only cash will do. Tunisian Dinar can’t be bought outside the country so have £ with you to change. Rule 3 - be careful what you eat! Everything looks delicious but anything washed with the local water may cause problems. I left the all inclusive holiday 3lb lighter! Stick to the cooked food Hotel is really good with a hard working entertainment team. Beach is fantastic and very safe for children. Be friendly with everyone and they’ll be very friendly back. Tunisia is a different country and culture to what you may be used to but common sense will see you right. Great holiday, we’ll definitely go again in a few years.…
Rooms r not even clean ( bed sheets and the toilet are so dirty u can’t even stand the room ) The walls of the pool are so dirty ( they literally turned green) The food is not even tasty and the portions are small and its the same everyday There’s too many insects in the rooms Most of the staff are not nice and so rude Its not worth the money neither the time definitely not going back
There are so many things I could say about this hotel but I’ll just stick to the main ones: majority of the staff members are not nice; cleaners don’t bother cleaning the rooms (/ changing towels/ refilling tissues etc); bed sheets were dirty; various parts of the hotel stank really bad; small variety of food (didn’t really cater to kids taste buds); disco music is really loud (and carries on for hours!) and doesn’t really take into consideration the people that are trying to get some sleep; snack bar is very limited and opens at 5pm. In addition to all of this, lifeguards are useless. My family and I witnessed a near death situation with a young boy who almost drowned. Had the lifeguards actually been paying attention, this wouldn’t have happened. Overall, we didn’t enjoy this holiday and will definitely not be coming back.…
I like this hotel. Very nice and diverse food ,beautiful view. Animation program is very good always .We definitely back next year . We very like this aquapark and beach ,everything is nice and looked after.
room was basic but ok no wi fi you had to go to lobby food was average but very repetitive and very busy at times people pushing in etc staff were hit and miss ...some very helpful but wanted a tip ...some very lazy and unhelpful pool area and beach area was nice with a good vibe for families ...pool wasnt the biggest and was difficult to swim in location was in middle of knowhere i had to walk 30 mins to airport for cash machine monastir about 15 minutes in taxi entertainment was rubbish all in all it was ok if you just want to relax mostly french who were always complaining for the price it wasnt too bad
Night 1 at hotel. 20.07.22. Receptionist allocate two rooms for Us 191, 197. At 00.00 We was woken up by music. The disco was till 03.00. I complained about at 00.30 to the reception, but they said they fully booked, so can't change the rooms. We didn't sleep whole night. In the morning I complained to another receptionist and he changed rooms after 12.00. On my question why for family with children and pregnant women was allocated rooms in front of disco he said fully booked. Disco are for the locals. Next challenge when we moved to new rooms. No ones not help us move the luggage. I found that in room 184 only 2 sleeping places. I reported to receptionist he said they will put 3rd bed soon. I wait 2 hours for the bed. Finally we got it. They blocked footway in the room by bed and I fall down. No linen, dirty mattress. Aircon didn't work. I went to receptionist again. In 30 min they changed bed. Aircon technician said aircon is good, it's me don't know how to use. So far we lost 28 hours of holiday. Day 3. 21.07.22. Aircon still not work. We couldn't sleep again. I call receptionist again. They sent another technician. The did some work and aircon improved. But still not cool properly, we gave up and keep try a sleep. Day 4. 22.07.22. Cleaning staff work schedule very special. Around 09.00 they collect dirty towels but not bring clean one. Around 14.00 they doing cleaning and put clean towels. Lunch start 12.30. We stay on the beach till 11.00 as after sun not good. So every time we come to rooms no towels, I call receptionist, 30 min and towels arrive. How they not piss off my daily calls? We have 3 people in the room, but have 2 towels. No soap and shampoo. To get I requst from receptionist. Finally they manage it yesterday 23.07.22. Restaurant. 1 tissue per plate. Hard to request additional as waiters hands always with plates as they don't have a trolleys. Q in place for hot food and drinks all the time. Water machines not available for direct use staff only. Lunch and dinner no chance to have a tea. Tea bags at restaurants and hot water at lobby bar. Towels for beach and swimming pool. Awalible from 09.00 with 10 euro deposit. But all sunbeds are occupied from 08.00. So I purchase myself to secure sunbed at 07.00. Pool bar. Staff very slow. Man in Adidas hat prefer to talk with a girls then supply drinks to the customers. If you try to ask they become rude. Summary. Guys, be honest, it's a hell. 3 star Rainbow hotel in Side, Turkey is better. 3 star Lago Taurito in Gran Canary is better. 5 star Sunrise in Sharm Sheikh Egypt is another universal.…

I'm totally convinced of the hotel, the front desk, the waiters, the lifeguards, the entertainers and Karlo who makes great henna. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The animators provided atmosphere and fun even if there was no program. Thanks to Aladin, Jesser, Fedi, Rico, Chico and Karlo you are just GREAT❤️ by Elke, Zoé, Olivia
The animation team is really good, but the boss of the animator team see and respect only French people. Animator Sam and Chico are very friendly and helpful. Food is good but always the same and the choice is minimal. Very nice waiters. Rooms are bad, very old… there are also better rooms but I think For French people. The air conditioner in the room is noisy. spa is good but remember to talk about the price. The hotel shops are very expensive so better don’t do shopping there. The beach is good and it’s so close to hotel and there are great water sports extra pay. There are a lot of franchises and all people in the hotel speak franch very well, but polish speaks Sam only. I recommend camel caravans from man in blue T-shirt- the price is very good and we were satisfied.
Overall we had a great stay the skanes serial aqua park. The hotel was very good value for money, rooms were spacious, great pool, beach and slides. Food was good and staff were all very friendly. The hotel also has a great spa facility which is very well priced - we took the 3 day package. The only things to fault were you don’t get WiFi from your room and you are rather pressurised to buy the events. Would like to give special thanks to one of the life guard Aladdin, bar tender Mohammed and Gigi, Hamden and Imen working at the spa who all made our stay better. Overall would highly recommend this hotel especially for couples and families.
