Even in coronavirus crisis we craved some exotic vacation by the sea so for the first time in my life I traveled to Djerba. We haven’t had any trouble to get there, just wearing a face mask on the plane and multiple temperatures measuring. And as a nice bonus the hotel wasn’t crowded at all.
To be honest the first impression of the hotel wasn’t the best but soon we loved that place. It’s right next to a beautiful sand beach, it has wonderful huge clean pool which is amazing to look at at night because of the colorful lights.
There is a huge offer of food, meat, fishes, everyday something a little different plus everyday very good pizza 😁
Also the animation team is trying to make your vacation more fun with many activities during the day like aqua gym, pétanque, archery, beach volleyball and so on. In the evening there is always some kind of the show and a lot of dancing 😊 I’d like to thank to the whole animation team for making my vacation much more fun!
Definitely a place I’d go back to in a future.

a hotel in good exterior condition, clean interior and quality furniture
OK room (a little mold on the bathtub seal, curtain a little torn) clean and functional, very noisy VMC in the bathroom but when you close the door you don't hear it. On the other hand, very poorly soundproofed with the corridor, door with a large space underneath. Prefer the first floor rather than the ground floor so as not to hear the noise of the furniture moving above your heads!!
beautiful outdoor swimming pool and very beautiful and well maintained environment
the terrace overlooking the sea directly is an asset for this hotel, you can eat, have a drink or just sit at a table/sofa in front of the sea
light entertainment (darts, mini golf, archery, etc.) with 6 very friendly entertainers
step top class at 4 p.m. and dance
very smiling and efficient staff whether in the bar, restaurant, cleaning.
very good buffet, quality product and everything is homemade even the fries!! real orange juice in the morning, logically everyone must find what they are looking for
restaurant on Friday without interest from a gastronomic point of view, only the fact of being served at the table in a cozy atmosphere facing the sea is nice, we eat almost the same thing as at the buffet and it is lukewarm.
population with many Germans and retirees and accustomed to this period.
basic evening in the evening, we dance, games, bar etc...
having only stayed 3 nights I don't know what the other evenings are like
beautiful indoor swimming pool and gym with good quality equipment
wifi everywhere even in the rooms which is not the case for all hotels in the same price brackets
point to improve:
- very long check-in when we arrived when we were only 6 people at 11:15 p.m. and everyone had a reservation
Really bad drink on arrival (their kind of organante powder too sweet and lukewarm)
nothing to eat or snack apart from some fruit in the room but water in the fridge
- does not respond to emails on any address found or on the hotel website
- does not take into account requests to have a room upstairs, the reception manager has seen the emails but does not respond!!!
- restaurant which closes in the evening at 9 p.m. a little early when you are on vacation
overall it is a hotel with very good value for money, 25 minutes from the airport by taxi

It was our first time in this hotel and we do not regret it! The food was super tasty with wide range of options, even for a vegetarian like me. Room was cosy and comfortable. The animation team left me speachless. They have prepared a great program that is so fun you can not resist to join. I wanted to start working out after my vacation, but to my surprise they offer stretching, aquagym, dance classes like zumba, chacha, salsa... and step aerobic classes. Also water polo, volleyball, darts and so on, with the most amazing animators in the world as well as incredible dancers (YaYa, Buba, Dino, Omar, Nawel, Scooby, great Dj Rico) and everything was well organized thanks to their boss Loky. The evening program was once again suitable for everyone, so fun and enjoyable. The animation team makes you feel welcome, like you just came back home to your family.

The second stay at this hotel after a year turned into a big disappointment. Unfortunately… The fuller capacity of the hotel caused a deterioration of the quality of some services. The cleaning of the outdoor areas including the beach was slow, the quality of the food wasn’t as good as expected. But what was absolutely shocking, was the constant presence of stray dogs on the beach! Approx. 10 dogs between the sunbeds represents a significant hygiene and safety risk. They are slightly stressed, don't have any vaccinations, urinate on sunbeds… That’s what you can’t tolerate in the hotel area at all! Moreover, it's only a matter of time before the dogs attack… The hotel management doesn’t know what to do - we were told that removing dogs is not easy mainly because of animal protectionists. What we know for sure is that we won’t be returning to the beach resembling a dog shelter!

Hotel with its feet in the water and the restaurant also very pleasant, very clean, the buffets always varied and well stocked, we loved the Tunisian dishes
friendly and polite staff
The friendly animators come to pick us up to participate in the. Activities or dancing in the evening at a dance party
We had two rooms with private pool each it was great
It is a German hotel so a majority of Germans 80% of the clientele
We were attacked with my friends by a group of 8 German women who were always insulting vulgar towards us which prevented us from being at the swimming pool because they were there every day with beer and rosé from 10 a.m. in the morning so we were forced to go to the beach where fortunately we were very well!
Another problem with the pool deck chairs
Although it is forbidden, customers place their towels on the deckchairs at night and in the morning there are not a single one left!
It's still a good hotel

Friendly staff, beautiful view, nice rooms and the buffet offered several choices. The lovely indoor pool would have been great but every time I went it was occupied by swimming classes and there was no room for hotel guests.Drinks at the bar were hard to get since the barman would ignore us.

A hotel in a top location by the sea that unfortunately has to deal with a backlog of renovations. The hallway carpets are practically covered in dirt, the bathrooms with bathtubs without handrails are dangerous.
The outside area of the complex is top-notch, a huge pool and very close to the sea!
The food is varied, unfortunately often not hot and not labeled. The waiters' service is good and they try very hard.
Our service experience:
I wrote an email in advance to say that we were traveling with 4 generations (grandchildren/grandma/mum/child) and asked for rooms nearby.
After we arrived at the hotel in the evening, exhausted from the flight, the arrivals had to be patient. We had to spend about 1.5 hours at the reception because the staff were busy allocating rooms. After asking several times, I was told that I should spend one night in a different room out of the 5 days I had booked.
When I refused, after the wait we were given 3 rooms that couldn't have been further away. After this wait, dinner was over, because most of it had already been cleared away. I give the reception service zero points for organization, planning and politeness.
The next morning I would have liked to go swimming early, but I had to wait until 9:30 a.m. to get a towel (with a deposit).
We will not book here again just because of this poor service at reception. Most of the people arriving were really angry!!
I would not come here again with children. Out of 5 days, there was a mini disco 4 times for about 5-7 minutes that was completely unloving. The children were placed with their backs to the audience and you could only watch the children's entertainer, who was mostly preoccupied with herself. Unfortunately, a very sad event.
Despite the great outdoor area right by the sea, we will not book here again because of the poor service at reception and we will not recommend it to anyone.

my Tunisian Husband and my friendgroup visited this hotel in March. We wanted to show my friends tunisia because they never visited it.
Starting at the reception. we had a very good check in, all of them were really nice and friendly and helped us with everything in the whole vacation.
the Restaurant was very fresh every day 3 times a day. also a lot of variety throughout our 2 week stay. i can also recommend it for kids! The staff was very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.
the housekeeping did an amazing job, the rooms vere always cleaned to a high niveau and most of the time we had amazing dekor folded with your towels!
The Animations were also good! The People were so friendly, tried the maximum to make everyone laugh! Never pushy and accepted everyone like they are. amazing music and amazing dances! also the midday games were very funny and the animation team made very good moods for everyone.
the issue i had with the animation team was the animation chef. he was pretty mad most of the time towards his workers, screamed around and was always angry no matter why. While he screams at his workers he is likley sitting on a chair playing a game on his phone. im not sure if this is a animation chef this amazing hotel needs. its a gigantic minus point because the animation is something so near of the guests and having an Animation Chef that screams around and is always angry at his workers is not really making a good mood.
im not gonna quote anything i understood due to speaking arabic but why he got mad most of the times are things not worth treating his workers so bad.
i hope the amazing hotel that only has this issue gets rid of him to make the guests feel comfortable to the max!

Probably the best value for money in Djerba.
An exceptional location with restaurant and bar terraces directly overlooking the beach. A human size (only 1 floor) and friendly staff. Discreet but present entertainment, day and evening. A very beautiful and large outdoor swimming pool, and an indoor swimming pool. Beautiful sandy beach, clean, well maintained and supervised. Numerous deckchairs and parasols in good condition.
Meals in the form of varied and generous buffets: the labeling of the dishes is sometimes lacking, and no information on allergens. Not always very hot (even if there is a microwave in the restaurant, fries reheated in the microwave are not great).
Spacious rooms with beautiful protected terrace (2 chairs + coffee table + bars for drying clothes). Rooms 2101 to 21014 don't have a very nice view but the suites (1 double bed and 2 singles) overlook the sea and are just extraordinary. Note a bathtub (and not a shower) which is an exaggerated luxury on this island where water is rare.
This was the 3rd time I went there and I will go back!

I stayed in this hotel the week of August alone and I was not satisfied with my choice. The structure certainly has some non-negligible strengths, which are the cleanliness, the more than acceptable catering, the overall courteous and approachable staff, the quality of sleep in the rooms. On the other hand, unfortunately I found the daytime entertainment almost non-existent, the reception staff mostly superficial and approximate (for example, I was advised to go to Midoun by taxi to buy the Tunisian SIM card, when both the internal shop and the both the hotel and a shop two minutes walk away provided the same service), except for some items which were certainly efficient. Overall I would give a rating of three stars instead of two, if it were not for the following unpleasant episode. I booked all the excursions I took through the hotel website, and I only canceled one two days in advance directly on site. I was told that within a few days I would receive a refund of the amount paid on my credit card, but this has not yet happened after a month. On the day of my departure I was told that I would be informed about the matter via email directly the following day; well I've been sending emails requesting a refund for a month without even getting a response.
