Hallo I was in the first week of November In royal kartago with my wife and 2 kid's.. the hotel was great.. the room the restaurant the bar ... pool beach all good ..only the animation team she don't speak with me and my family so much ... but that OK because the must people's speak only french... but one girl she work with animation team her name (Jiji) she don't have respect with guest evertime when she see me with my family she change her way or she don't want see us .... but all the team friendly and funny my kids have fun with all only her ....

Amazing hotel the personal in restaurant and bar so friendly the hotel room always clean and we have WiFi everywhere in the hotel... the beach so sweet and big pool and clean... about the restaurant the service very good and the food also ... all good in this hotel only the animation she Speak only with French people's and she don't care about the international people... really we have boring because the show and the music only in French .. so I see it only French people's she have fun because the another people's for another country she understands nothing .... this only the bad points in the hotel... thanks

It was second time in the hotel and we had really nice time. We really love this place. Hotel is amazing, close to beach, great animator team specially Anetka, Youssef, Chris and Simo. The rich hotel program is for everybody. The best relax time.

This vacation was such a disappointment, we traveled with 2 kids (2 and 4 years), hotel is clean, garden is nice and green. Stuff always smiling, talkative. Food above average, no fruits for breakfast, which were same every day. In the middle of morning and afternoon werre coffee breaks with the rest from breakfast - mostly sweet bakery. No ice cream or fruit out of lunch and dinner time so we had to take something for children with us. The sea is terribly dirty, full of sea grass same the beach. We took a taxi to another beach once, sea was clean but with big waves, no shower of toilets or dressing place anywhere. On the sand beach it is really terrible. So we spent 10 days by the pool. Animation programs are good but we traveled so far away to enjoy the sea, not the pool. Outside of the hotel is one small local shop and that’s all. People speak mostly french, hotel is not equiped for kids.room numbers start with “4” are close to the beach and pool. Wheather was hot and sunny as we expected.…

The good things: we had quiet ok accomodation, for two person it was ok. The cleaninnes was not the best one, but ok. The pool was ok for kids (no deep water, warm) The weaknesses: food - never again. You don´t need the all-inclusive, because you will eat probably on pommes frites with ketchup the whole week (kids and adults, as well). The drinks were terrible as well. You have really fight for the free table. Too many people in this hotel, in the summer season, which creates a lot of stress. what was for me the worst thing - it was very loudly! At 10:30 the loud music started, it was so loud like in the disco club, all the time. Then the animators (for aqua aerobic and other activities) started to shout into the microphone. This ended at 17:00. Every day. You are not "allowed" to relax, you can´t escape. The sea + beach: it was stinky, because of sea grasses and the hotel didn´t manage to clean at least the beach. After 5 days, the water seemed to be more "transparent/clear". The pool - many people (as nobody wanted to be at the sea) and you have to fight for the chair with umbrella (at 6:00 am you have to put your towel on it). We have enjoyed the vacation as much as possible, but I don´t recommend it.…

Absolute satisfaction. The room, cleaning (great maid), food, service (amazing hairdresser), swimming pool were all perfect. And above all the lovely staff (Nasim) and the best animators and entertainers (Aneta, my Bro Nino, Emma, Joseph, Chicco and all the others). Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Nice hotel in local Tunisian style. Good food, great animation team. Quiet and locally themed rooms. Descent size pool. Basically a beachfront location. Beach however was much cleaner and nicer next door. Quality of room cleaning and bar staff could be improved. Rooms are kept at 100% for the first half of the stay but as time goes so does the quality and detail of cleaning service. Staff at the bars could pay more attention to customers and less to chatting with each other and flirting. At the restaurant there is only one barrel of water, which for this size restaurant is not enough. 2 themed restaurants are available. Tunisian and Italian. Just a tip for the hotel, in Italian restaurant try to play suitable music, not Tunisian. There are no water slides for kids, but there is a kids pool and a playground. Mini disco in the evenings is also great for kids.…

I'm here for the first time. I haven't expect anything. I just needed to have some rest. But I'm more than happy to be here. Everyone is nice, kind, interested, helpful, friendly, talkative...I'm here alone but don't feel lonely. I can choose to do some activity, have fun or just be in the beach doing nothing.. Food is amazing, staff and animators are amazing, room is beautiful and clean, manager of the hotel/the chef/travel agent/everyone talk to people and ask if everything is ok or if I do not need anything...... And I haven't had so much fun in a long time....animators do their best, people in the restaurant work hard, the evening shows makes me smile, I can't stop admiring all animators how they dance, exercise, do theathre .......I have to say I feel like I am home. Thanks for the opportunity to be here…
