The hotel was adequate for someone who had work to do from morning to afternoon, but as the pool had not been brought into action and was receiving cleaning etc, it probably offered little to entertain guests during the day time. The morning reception service was generally good, and helpful. However, the man on duty in the evenings was not...

The best trip I did in my entire life. Best escape from stress. The animation team Nouri, Wissem, Faycel, Alex, Foufa, Chiko & Rio make our stay in the hotel so amazing with their professional attitude & behavior their usual large smile. Stayed in the Isis Hotel - Djerba May 2015 for 2 weeks. The hotel is 4 stars but sadly at least one of its stars is fading. Located about 400m from the private beach, the hotel provides a shuttle service a horse and Tunisian carriage. The horse is called Columbo but not a rain coat or old Peugeot in sight!...

From day one, our stay at Hotel ISIS has by far been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The attitude of the staff at the reception desk was unacceptable and at times offensive - not helped by their inability to react to a situation, put the guests needs first or even have the common decency to apologise. After waiting...

I was first time on Djerba.I not disappointed. In Isis hotel I spent with my family and friend fun time. The animators tried very hard to everyone have a great time. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Only the food could have been more a varied-more fruit. The beach was about 500m, but you can drive a horse carriage....

This hotel provided excellent value for what we paid. Food range is poor if you are a meat eater, if you don’t enjoy the food there is an excellent little restaurant around the corner called Chou Chou – a meal there for 2 will cost approx. £10. The hotel staff are all really friendly and welcoming – the bar was...

It was my first time in Djerba and Tunisia. Hotel is located not far from Midoun. Animation team very nice and friendly, particularly Laurette. Food is ok, but perhaps needs some improvement. Good facilities in the spa and good selection of the watersports at the beach. Overall I recommend it.
