We spent great holiday in this hotel with my friend in September. Hotel was beautiful, clean, well-kept, the food was very tasty and a wide selection of dishes. It is a large hotel complex that offers a lot of opportunities to spend time. There is a warm sea and many pools. I would very much like to highlight the work of hygienist, who constantly supervised, adhered to and checked the sanitary protocol and worked incredibly hard to make people happy and enjoy an undisturbed vacancy. The holiday here was very beautiful and I'm looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our 3 nights (bad and breakfast) at this hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The straw huts on a private and quite beach with the great service gave us the feeling that we were the only clients of the hotel. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pools and the night animation. We’ll for sure visit wonderful Djerba and this hotel again next year.

The first days I arrived (my first time on Djerba) I was amazed but the location of the hotel, the turquoise waters surrounding, the Menzel style bungalows in the sand, the four swimming pools, friendly animation team and just the amazing weather. Even about my room I was happy. Rather spacious and very clean and a local style tiled bathroom which made it all a bit more oriental/ exotic. Especially for the price paid I was very satisfied, als in view of the other sometimes very negative reviews ont he hotel online. Spa was not bad but could be cleaner ! The hotel was very busy but that did not affect the availability of sitting or relaxing in the sun during the daytime on one of the small beaches or pools. But after a week I was more looking into the negative sides of the hotel: Pools not very clean anymore, not enough staff and cutlery in the main restaurant so tables were left dirty and full of remaining food, sometimes I had to eat without a glass, a fork or knife or a napkin and then I took 15 minutes to bring it so I was already finished eating (with my hands). This is however in no means due to the staff itself but due to the management ! They should provide better training, coaching and more tools so they can do their job properly !! Sad to see fights and discussions between staff and staff and guests for these reasons at reception, restaurant and the (not included in AI) Sunrise bar, which was a very nice bar, looked Caribbean, however again the whole system of ordering and paying lead every evening to discussions between staff. Staff could be more friendly and more communicative but again I think it is due to the amount of work, stress and no coaching. Sad to see. In general for what I paid a good holiday but it has so much more potential if more money and staff was put into their Djerba hotel. But for me the positives of the views and location outweighed the disadvantages so I might be coming back to this location, maybe not the same hotel.

The most worst hotel I have ever visit rooms not clean when we received them they are so dirty, cleaners didn’t change the bed covers nor the used shampoo, water,.. washrooms disgusting, rooms very smelly IC not working NO wifi, from 11:35am waiting to check in till 4pm Service Zero so bad after that we requested for room service to clean the rooms we waited until 7pm to clean, We couldn’t sleep from the smelly rooms So so smelly, I do Not recommend this hotel it is so SO SO bad SO dirtyyy So disgusting 🤮🤮 Drops of piii on the toilet when we received the rooms, breakfast so bad so poor nothing taste like food Not recommended Not recommended. A hotel doesn’t deserve even 1 star

in August I was with my family for a week in your hotel and I am very disappointed with the food and the organization of the kitchen. I have several years of experience in catering, but the organization here is bad. it should not happen that every day at lunch and dinner there is always a shortage of forks and knives. The staff is friendly and tries to clear the tables quickly, but then there is a very long wait for forks and knives. the biggest disappointment, of course, was the food. i like hot-spicy food but my kids don't. every day there were about 4-5 types of different meat dishes on the menu (in sauce, grilled,...) but everything was hot. the children ate only pasta for a week without any sauce, because sauce was spicy.the location, the beach, the pool, animators, maids and other staff are great, they are friendly and try their best.I have been to this hotel for the second time and unfortunately the last time, just because of the spicy food because the kids complain about it. I recommend changing the kitchen management or adjusting the children's menu, as several guests complained about the food when we talked to each other.

How did this resort got a 4 star rating I'll never know. The beach and pools are pretty good and that's about it. The food is pretty bad and lacks variety, the snacks consist of pizza and crepe every single day, always run out super fast, and the All Inclusive is not true at all, some very basic things will cost you extra. The AC does not work, the wi fi only works fine in the reception and it's awful every where else. Most of the staff are not polite, keep giving wrong directions or simply just do a blank stare when they don't understand the question. It's by far my worst hotel experience, and at first I though maybe all hotels in Djerba are like this and I should try to enjoy it but after talking with some friends who are also in the island but in different resorts, I figured out El Mouradi is just bad on its own, and there are far better options nearby.

We got to the hotel after 11am I got my room at about 3 pm it was stinky with humidity old fashioned TV set no chair no curtains in the shower no lids for the sink and the bath tub.
We took 3 rooms one of them it's ceiling was dripping there were many others complaining about the same problem. They didn't want to change other rooms. The receptionist of the morning and those of the other shift were impolite liars and not easy going at all. They lied telling their assistant was not there. The day after she said they didn't want to disturb me. The other receptionist suggestted to cancel the booking. It was the worst experience. There were many complaints from the reception staff from many residents who regret booking there. No one could get the manager to complain.
But to be fair thanks to the cleaning staff and the animation team they were friendly and at our service.

When we first arrived, our romm was messy and dirty still from previous guests. No one speaks english so it was hard to explain that we want a clean room. After all the struggle we got another room, in this one, the A/C didnt work, there was mold all over the bathroom and sheets had stains. Of course, another room change. So we spent one hole day changing those rooms in 40°C with a small child. Way to start our vacation. On top of that in the restaurant, plates were dirty, there were not enough forks, so we had to eat with plastic ones. In the food department for kids, the food is spicy. The stage for animation is 2m high with no fence or anything, very dangerous. The beach looked nice at first sight, it was empty, and then we discovered why : the smell was horrible. THE SEWAGE is going straight across the 'beach' to the sea. Disgusting.

Whoever wrote "excellent" and "very good" reviews have either not been there in a while or have very low standards (nothing wrong with that mind you if that's your thing)... I am used to booking similar holidays so I have a somewhat objective view on the subject ("you get what you pay for" sort of attitude) but this was honestly a very poor return on investment!
Seawater in the pools, no wifi except in the reception hall (meaning you constantly have a full reception hall and poor wifi as everyone is using it!), very POOR maintenance of everything, poor cleanliness all around, and the food hall is just mayhem! I can only compare the food services to a noisy, no air-conditioned, overcrowded experience. A swarm of wasps desperately clinging to plates and low standard foods because of the FOMO (fear of missing out)... The plus sides: waiters and animators are really trying to help and have a good professional attitude. The slides for the kids are so badly maintained that you may think your parenting decisions to let them use them is below par! All in all, I don't recommend this hotel.

Liars. Went to the Apollo club on the beach of the resort. The bartender told us that if we spend 40-50 dinars at the bar we wouldn't need to pay the 70 dinars for the small hut we stayed in. Upon going up to the bar to pay we found that the bill had the 70 dinar charge among the others for the food and drinks. The same man who told us about the 40-50 dinar spending just looked like a deer in the headlights as we outed his lying scheme.

Hi. With language is no problem. I don’t speak french but it wasn’t problem. Problem is spicy food if you don’t like it. And problem was with forks and knives at lunch and dinner. But staff was polite and hardworking
