I can assure that they dont even deserve a star. Catastrophic hotel, Dirty pool Dirty beach , not a maintained at all 0 manners staff very rude including the reception manager. Disgusting food and hey no room service no restaurant a la carte.. so you can just starve when you check in at -15.00 when they are one hour late to get you a room. Also you can starve when you dont like the buffet .. and the reception manager will tell you it s either that or nothing .. you can just leave of you dont like thz food or if there is no other restaurant .. very bad experience i wouldn't recommand this hotel to enemies nor even recommend to spend a cent in this place
We have been to this hotel several times before and we have always enjoyed our stay there, so my original enthusiasm has been replaced by great disappointment this year. The hotel was just as clean as before, but I expect something different when I pay extra for staying in its VIP zone - I would expect that at least bottled water would be regularly restocked in the room, something that has not happened even once in 14 days. Breakfast was not really good either, the same things every day, eggs prepared in different kinds of ways, two types of salami and some cheese. There was no choice for children, all the food was too spicy, so if you travel with small kids, it is a problem to find anything other than pizza and chips for them to eat. There was no morning snack and there were only pancakes for afternoon snack, so after three days we had enough of pancakes for a week. There was rotten fruit mixed together with fresh fruit. The only thing that was delicious were the deserts. The food was served by the cooks. I understand that Covid restrictions complicate everything, but I was really tired of arguing everyday with the cook who puts food on your plate that I want three plates, because I have children standing in line with me. Unfriendly and arrogant, he behaved as if he was giving out his own food. The served food was the same every day. Long queues, both for meat that was either overcooked or raw, and for side dishes. The cooks who serve food will not make an extra movement and you have to lean to reach him with your plate. Bad organization by management. The animation team was also a disaster. The animation by the pool was very poor. During the day, the animation team always organised exercise activity by pool, when people were doing exercise in the pool while the animator walked around the pool yelling at people “WORK! DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF! DO YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE THIS?!” while hitting water with a foam tube. I personally consider this behaviour rather barbaric, and I do not like to be involved in this type of activity on summer vacation. As for the daily evening animation program, this is another example of badly organised animation program. The role plays they have prepared for the guests were embarrassing and sometimes even bizarre. Moreover, combined with bad acting, movement and singing skills, it left me with a very sad impression and regret. After a few days, we found out that the main reason for these evenings is to make as much money as possible on a raffle. They chase you around the hotel and pushing you to buy tickets for the raffle, even if you are not attending the animation evening. Even more shocking was for me when I wanted to buy three tickets and handed the seller $ 20. Instead of giving me money back, he told me he did not have change, gave me more tickets for the raffle and walked away as if nothing had happened. However, I could see that he had a full wallet of change! And yes, for so many tickets, I also managed to win in the raffle - 30 minutes in the local sauna. Really a great price when it was almost 40 ° C outside! It should be noted that this evening program is repeated every day and you will soon get bored of it. This hotel is good for a few days of relaxing holiday. After a few days of enjoyment, you will start seeing things you may not like, and the enjoyment will be gone.…
