Very good hotel thapsus i loved it so much it was a very good place to stay on with my family the food was good the beach is awesome the animation is so fun mainely momo djo melek hamza chacha sousou the chef slim fast is one of the best chefs in tunisia I would recomend to visit

Im not really used to write reviews specifically this long but this time i pledged myself to tell others about my experience in case someone can relate or help him avoid wasting money in this horrible hotel. Where should i start , i personally found some horrible reviews about this hotel and was like it can not be that bad and it must be some rare bad situations or experience. But what i found is even worst , first of all the check in drama , you only get your keys and arm bands after 15:30 , with people fighting and screaming at the reception . Then if you’re lucky to get tour keys , to go and find unclean rooms , the floor was still full with beach sand even the towels where not frech you can obviously see spots on it , but they always try not to change them due lack of towels the lady said. Then i found broken closet doors, tv with no remote only one power outlet under the tv , where the fridge is plugged in, so you have yo choose between charging your phone or fridge . So as a good guest tryed asking at the reception for cleaning service and other stuff like soap and towels, but unfortunately the answer was disappointing: they said cleaning is once a week haha and towels if you are lucky maybe in 3 to 4 days you get new ones , soap you can forget it she said . So now to the fun part : food , restaurant was overfilled with people and was not so many varieties, cheap and tasteless how i personally find it , not mention the one time rotten fisch they gave us , pictures And hotel descriptions are no where near the reality. Pool closes at 6 , no beach access after 20:00 you have to exit the hotel and walk 3 km around it to get there, animation 6/10 , big personal shortage in restaurant, bar, and pool . Everyone answers with a attitude when you ask for something, i personally felt like begging for service not like payed for the service i should get. Tryed asking around other guests locals and other nationalities , 8 out of 10 said they will never come here again and regret it . I think that’s enaugh for review , because the list still goes on snd on , save ur selfs go somewhere else.…

It was our first time in Tunisia and we loved it. The hotel is best for families. There was a clean warm sea, beautiful weather. And great staff, especially animators were very friendly and kind (mainly Melek, Mohammad and Samuel). We would love to come back one day.

The weather was perfect, the sea warm. The beach great too. We also digged soil from the sea and spreaded over the body to look great ( domestic tip). It helps 🙂 The animations where perfect , especially night programme. Animators were kind, friendly, great dancers and helpful. 🤩 The hotel was big, capacity of the bars OK. The only minus is dining habits of some visitors. There was often empty plates/bowls with food and missing cutlery, especially spoons. But if people take on their plate only what they eat, there will be enough food for everyone. I would also recommend more variety of dishes, mainly for breakfast. The room was clean and even the hotel is big, we were not disturbed by neighbours nor evening programme. Thank you for great holiday, children loved it. We too. We like to visit different places but we might do exception with Thapsus 🙂…

I have been in this hotel with my family. We booked 5 rooms for 12 people. The staff was not polite starting from the watchman who wanted us to park our cars outside the hotel even though there were empty parking lots inside. While waiting for check in, the security man fought with one customer in the reception in front of everyone. He kicked the man and his family out of the hotel in a brutal way. After check-in, we realized that we didn't get the rooms that we booked. We booked for triple rooms, and received double ones. We waited until 8 p.m to get the extra beds. The rooms had no towels. After coming in from the beach, we couldn't shower, and waited until dinner time to get our towels. The lady who brought the towels almost threw them in my face after I opened the door. She was so rude and didn't even apologise for the delay. The weirdest things was that we booked for "all inclusive", but we needed to take a voucher from the reception every time we needed a water bottle. Most of the time, there were no "Water Voucher". The hotel is big with a nice beach and tasty food, but the customer service is unacceptable. We felt that we were unwanted guests evev thought we paid a fortune for our stay.…

Very nice people Very good animators Very clean and beautiful beach and sea Very hot sea Food in restaurant is good, but they prefer lot of tipical tunisie food. I think they can cook dome food for europa people too (for example pomes frites) Very nice waiters

11 days of absolutely perfect relaxation. Hotel for one, rooms for one, staff for one, food for one, beach for one... And the best animation team under the sun. A sensational group of people with whom you will not be bored during the day or evening.

I have spent a week at club thapsus with my family and it was excellent and mesmerizing. The staff and and the people working there were so professional. I was surprised by the entertainment team. They were among the funniest and nicest people , we had great parties every night, and we had the opportunity to play many games during the day , the non stop music and activities were a big plus . I highly recommend this hotel.
