Great holiday experience at La Mansour. Very nice beach and pool, which were well guarded by security and lifeguards. Non stop express bar at the pool for quick snacks and drinks. Very nice entertainment and activities by Easy, Adam, Panda, Willy Willy and the rest of the team! Big thanks to them who really made a good athmosphere.
Only point of improvement is the cleaniness of the room. Room was full with sand by arrival, bathroom and toilet could have be cleaned better as were not super clean. Rest of the hotel was clean (entrance hall, restaurant area etc).

Mega grew who always smile. The food could vary a bit, often always the same. But otherwise very good! The hotel ensures that everyone feels comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area and great for families. The facility is mega designed. What bothers me is that the cleaning ladies don't make any effort after the tip and are extra lazy

I've had a great relaxing week there with my 2 kids. The kids had most fun in the slides. The youngest also took part in some of the activities. Great choice of food for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, always new options and lots of vegetarian friendly options too. During the day, open bar, pizza, crepes or pasta always available. Good atmosphere overall, very friendly staff at all levels (reception, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, entertaining team, lifeguards, security guys....). They all work very hard at making you feel welcome.
Not my cup of tea but if you like activities, the Entertaining Team will keep you busy. They work very hard at keeping people entertained.
I personally really enjoyed the spa! Do not hesitate to take several days package..... you will not regret it!
I had a slight issue in our bedroom late at night, they were very proactive and it was sorted within 5 minutes.

I would like to start with the positive side of the hotel which is the beach with white sand and cristal clear water. I am trying to be really objective and not allowed to my emotions to take it over when I’m writing this review but my disappointment is real. The hotel and theirs service is not comparable to a 4 star hotel. The buildings are falling apart and dirty even though the stuff trying really hard to keep it together. Room with broken AC and running water from the selling and broken balcony door on the floor 0, smelly toilet and missing towels because the hotel don’t have enough. So my family of 4 had to dry themselves with 2 face towels during 2 days. All the facilities are need big renovations to be functional. Hotel guests can’t find sunbeds and parasols because they letting locals to come inside and take the places and bath in the pool and the Privat beach. Pool is big but they can’t manage to keep it fresh. Pool toilets are unusable because dirt and stinky pee smell. The restaurants are terrible dirty and the main restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner is messy, loud and stressful. Food selection is ok but nothing to recommend because of quality is really poor and the sweet things are tasteless. Animation teem are sweet and working hard to get u in the mood. Every single employee in the hotel are burned out and under payed what’s make me feel really sad but you like hotel guest paying the big bucks they working like horses for nothing. Not worth it. With kids u wanna be able to rest during the day which is impossible because of the employees screaming on the corridors and door slamming 24/7. Every event and show starts too late and finishing to late. Very loud music until 23:00-24:00 what u can hear in your room clearly every single day. Security is zero not single one employee in the hotel during the nights the receptionist sleeping so anybody can came and go how they please. Summary is that the hotel management should reconsider a lot of changes and maybe some changes in the management as well if they will keep the hotel up and running and would like to have other guests left who is paying for their visit/ stay in their hotel besides locals who is coming in free and using every facility and services. I know that every people have different values but basic things like cleaning, towels should be available when u pay so much money for a week in a 4 star hotel. We are not recommending to nobody but specially not for families and those who longing for rest and peace after a whole year with hard working.

I did have a good holiday here with my daughter. Entertainment and bar staff fantastic, I actually planned on returning with the full family the following year. Unfortunately on the last day at checkout I went down without my safe key, I don’t use the safe when away, I keep everything in my travel wallet in my bag. Anyhow, I left the safe key on the dressing table with the tip for the maid and all my unopened toiletries that where to go in the bin, the bin was full so just left them on the side as they where brand new unopened and thought maybe the maid would use them.
They told me I must go back and get the key which was fine, before I got to the lifts another man came from reception and said he would go.
He came back down and said he couldn’t find it so I said I would go myself. I went back up, no key, no toiletries and no tip on the dressing table.
I came back down to explain this and asked where the tip had gone along with the toiletries ontop or the key safe. I was told key safe is different to toiletries. Explained I knew this but it was all together and Mr Hatim would not listen and was actually very rude. I paid equivalent to £20 for the key safe so nothing to expensive just the principle that the tip and toiletries had gone along with the safe key. I would have prior returned and recommended this hotel but will be recommending people stay away now. It all just seemed a bit sly and a lot of commotion over £20. When the key safes are universal so absolutely does not cost £20 to send off for another. Such a shame as we would have been a returning customer but something so small has ruined what was a great holiday. I do just hope the maid did get the tip I left her as she did a great job.

1. Pictures look much better than reality so don’t get fooled
2. AC doesn’t work in the reception and in hotel halls. It was 40 degrees outside, we were sweating like hell
3. This hotel does not accommodate people with disability. Good luck getting to your room and going to the beach. there is no guarantee you are getting there safe and sound
4. Employees are rude. We asked if a spot was available near the pool and they told us « only god knows »
5. The pool is dirty and full of hair balls
6. Food is so disgusting and tastes so bad. Im sure they serve expired food
7. We asked for a baby cot, we got one so hazardous that our baby hurt her head while falling on one of its sides (see pictures)
8. They serve warm beers and don’t even have ice to put in the beer bucket. We paid for those so …
9. We asked for utensils during lunch time and the waiter pointed to the counter and told us in a very unprofessional way to get them ourselves
10. We paid for a 2 night stay but we hated so much our experience there that we left the next day. we spoke with the director, and as a “gesture” he gave us a business card next time we come back LOL!! As if we are coming back

I do not recommend this hotel, the receptionist asked for a bribe right at check-in (after I asked if he sees a request for rooms next to each other in my reservation because I was traveling with 4 children). Accommodation absolutely horrible, dirt, stench, damaged furniture, bugs crawling on the floor. We moved once that night to bungalows that were better, but the bathroom/toilet was dirty, there was a used plaster in the bathtub, the towels were stained. After the complaint to the delegate , the next morning we moved again, this time to rooms of the appropriate quality. Payment by card to pay hotel tax at the reception was not possible (I didnt have dinars upon the arrival). I was told that the payment would take long time.

I came here alone to have a little end-of-summer holiday. However, the staff (animation, bar, restaurant) made sure I never felt alone for a moment. They are incredibly kind!
The hotel itself is very comfortable. I always found a place at the beach or the pool, and everything was clean. Nice selection of food everyday. For the workaholics: I was pleasantly surprised to see that WiFi was stable enough for clear conference calls!
Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to relax!

hello, we had booked a bungalow directly on the beach with view on the ocean for 9 days. We would especially like to emphasize the friendliness of all the employees of the hotel. Each of them made every day for us to special and wonderful day. Thank you again to all the hotel staff and especially to the animation team, who were there for us every day and who made the games, training sessions and exercises they died for us to a great experience with a lot of fun. The food was every day fresh cooked, absolutely tasty and varied that everyone could find something delicious for themselves. The hotel room was cleaned every day and everything in there was working well. The people at the hotel who trying to sell us off-hotel activities were polite and not pushy. If you came with wishes they always tried to make it possible. Overall we can highly recommend this hotel. Go there, be open and friendly and have fun.

So good stay in this hotel that made me look behind after leaving. Everyone is making his best to make you happy and ensure that you are really enjoying your stay. The most impressive thing is the variation of the palces where you can eat and drink so there is not only the reception's bar or the restaurent but there are places almost all around the pool and the beach. The entertaining team is so adorable and funny with too many activities all day long.
