In general, the hotel is like a mini-town, it has everything! for relaxation, entertainment and a wonderful pastime! a chic thalasso center! I really liked the procedures! I would especially like to mention Hamida and Khaima (I apologize if I wrote the names incorrectly) - they are so sensitive, attention and care made our holiday at the spa unforgettable!!
I definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

We stayed in room 1072, which was huge, on the ground floor, and just a hop, skip, and a jump to the pool – perfect for quick dips and lounging around.
The hotel itself is lovely, with comfortable rooms that provided a great space to relax. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which could be a bit hit and miss, but we had prepared by purchasing an eSIM before arriving, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience.
The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes available. While there were plenty of European and Italian options, we would have loved to see some baked beans for the kids, as they can be a picky bunch! The pizza was a hit, although it was so popular that there were occasional queues.
We tipped quite well during our stay, probably around £25 a day, split between different staff members who looked after us, around 10Dinar each (£2.50) but it was well worth it for the service we received. The staff do not beg for tips though like some hotels, and any tips given are gratefully received.
The pool area was immaculate, with always enough sunbeds available, and the water was just the right temperature. We spent some time at the beach as well, where we had a blast JetSkiing and parasailing – both activities were reasonably priced. The only downside was the beach sellers, who could be a bit persistent, but a firm “NO THANK YOU!” was usually enough to send them on their way.
We also booked a 3-hour pirate party boat trip through the hotel, and it was one of the highlights of our holiday. Jumping off the boat into the sea was an unforgettable experience for the whole family, and the bbq sardines, salad and fresh water melon went down a treat too.
One thing to note is the transfer time from Enfidha airport can be quite long by coach – it took us around 2.5 hours to get to the hotel. For our return journey, we decided to book a private transfer, which cut the time down to 1.5 hours and was well worth the extra cost.
Overall, Nour Palace had everything we needed for a family of 10. We had three teenage girls in our group, they all had a fab time, and not once did they feel uncomfortable or harassed as I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews.
My 17yr old daughter even got the chance to rehearse and perform her contemporary dancing on stage with the animation team.
We all had an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

At the restaurant we had the pleasure of meeting Yassine who was really great, the children loved him, he is very helpful and very professional. Thanks again to him for his service, his kindness and his smile despite their change of job.
Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, it happened to us on 3 occasions that the rooms at 2 p.m. were not cleaned with young children not great for making them take a nap! In addition the person who takes care of collecting the towels and sheets was really not pleasant and I would even say not convenient it's a shame we are still in a 5 star hotel we are not asking for the moon either but just to be able to go home in the rooms at 1 p.m. for the children! But he didn't seem to understand it! Besides, the manager didn't seem surprised! I understand very well that it is high season that the hotel is full but if it is blocked we may have to add staff. It's a shame because otherwise everything was great, nothing to say.

The only staff members who actually showed us any understanding were the receptionists. We had to visit them multiple times because so many things were unacceptable, given the price we paid. The first room we were assigned didn’t match what we were supposed to get (two single beds instead of one double), but luckily, this issue was quickly resolved at reception (although our travel agency’s voucher was lost in the process). The second room was better, but still had problems, such as bathroom doors that wouldn’t close unless slammed shut. During the rain, we lost the only Polish TV channel, cutting us off from updates about what was happening in our country. My partner reported the issue to reception, and they said they would send someone. Indeed, a technician arrived after about 1.5 hours, but he couldn’t help and eventually told us in German that he would return the next day. He never came back. The room’s lighting seemed faulty, as the lights flickered, and the bulbs in the wall sconces were not even screwed in but simply lying loose.
On a cold day, when the outdoor pool was a bit chilly, we decided to use the indoor pool and enjoy the jacuzzi. To our surprise and frustration, the jacuzzi didn’t work, regardless of how many people were in it. We had also expected some sort of entertainment for adults at the hotel. We were excited to see a notice by the pool about two daily animations. However, during our 6-day stay, we only saw water aerobics once and some kind of ball game in the pool once. Every evening during dinner, there were children’s shows on stage. We also found the opening hours of the hotel’s waterslides baffling, as we never experienced a moment when they were open.

The animation team is excellent especially mido food is acceptable, the pizza and the French fries and ice cream are served everyday, my sons like the food, the views are amazing, the sea everything is perfect
So I wanna thank all the staff especially the .responsible in the reception
I will come back next year for sure till that time I will say good luck guys !
The hotel building has an Arabic, traditional design. I am enchanted by this hotel, that's why for me it is number one in Tunisia.
However, the hotel is not only about a fantastic location, equipment and unique Arabic style. The heart of the hotel and the magnet that attracts tourists is its exceptional service.
All employees who create this magical and family atmosphere should be appreciated. Being here for the third time, I experienced a warm welcome and cordiality towards my family, which was felt throughout our stay. The employees here take care of their guests, you feel like you are among friends.
Thank you to all the hotel staff for the wonderful treatment of me and my family.
I would like to thank the hotel manager for the consistent and continuous development of the hotel, the hotel is getting better and better. We would like to thank the animation team for great fun during the day and in the evenings. Your dance is a masterpiece.
We would like to thank Mr. Amara from the restaurant for creating a wonderful team working in the restaurant. Thank you for your cordiality, attention to every detail and unique atmosphere.
My biggest and warmest thanks go to Yassin. Thank you for taking care of our family, thank you for the positive and good energy that you surround your guests in such a way that each of them feels special. Your commitment and passion for your work is amazing, and your care and concern for our family is exceptional. The atmosphere you created will stay with us forever. Thank you.
Once again, I would like to thank all employees and appreciate the work of the entire hotel staff. You are all great and make a great team. See you soon :)
Greetings to you all
Kasia, Wiktoria, Agnieszka and Karolina
The hotel is in a great location for families - very easy access to the beach, amazing water slides for all ages and secure.
The beach is beautiful and the staff usher the sellers away when they approach tourists. A few excursions can be booked directly on the beach.
The entertainment is brilliant - the animation team and lead person are so friendly and engaging - they manage to have a full dance floor every night!
I would definitely return.
Finally, the Inn Manager is an arrogant and unpleasant person who should not be without responsibilities in the bad aspects of his Inn.The positive aspects are:
The proximity to the sea, the size of the pool, the typical charm of the town of Mahdia, the kindness of the cleaning staff and waiters.
What I regret is that Luxair Tours puts 4 doves1/2
Without forgetting a small entertainment team in winter which gives us pleasant moments.
The hotel is very well located facing the sea with a beautiful beach.
On the practical side, a Mahdia/Sousse Bus line every 30 minutes nearby, as well as the Sahel Mahdia/Monastir/Sousse Metro station located 500 meters from the hotel.
We will happily return in October.
