For all of those criticising the food, it was fab (for 4 British people) not repeated, it was hot, tasty and Tunisian (British labels, so you knew what you were eating), the salad bar was fantastic and very varied, new, hot food stations every night and you could eat as much as you liked, no queues... can't fault....the rooms (both of them) were very clean and tidy, no dirt or dodgy areas (like posted) the bathroom, bedding, beds, room, balcony and all communal areas, were very clean and tidy and we had a 'flat back', modern television, huge wardrobes to store all of your clothes, the pool area was clean and tidy, as was the inside pool and jacuzzi's (absolutely NO drug dealing life guards, they were ALL attentive and helpful and had their minds ENTIRELY & only on their job)...the beach and sunbeds were clean and ALL of the staff throughout the hotel (even in the on site shops) were friendly, accomodating and more than helpful...here are some pics to prove how good it was...would we stop again... (all of the pics were taken as we were leaving the room, before checking out, so ANY gruff is entirely on us) yes, absolutely !!!!…

This Hotel doesn’t cater for English people, the food is very poor. Been here a week into a 2 week holiday, been watching the life guard around the pool if he is here in the first place, going in & out of the toilets near the pool with other staff for a few mins, then comes out wiping his noise. I’ve also seen him asking people mainly young girls around the pool to get him drinks. Yesterday I saw him drinking alcohol several times during the day when he is meant to be watching the pool. You can’t report him because nearly all the staff in his hotel don’t speak English. The hotel was booked through, Sunmaster we were meant to go to El Mouradi in Hammamet but ended up in El Mouradi in Mahdia. We can’t wait to get home !!!! Food is very poor and the life guards are drinking alcohol and taken drugs……….…

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. They changed my vacation into the nightmare. I was here with my friends. In the beginning we got super dirty and stinky rooms. When we asked for the cleaners nobody came. We lost whole day for waiting for somebody to clean our rooms instead of enjoying our vacation. The bed sheets were dirty, we found lipstick marks and hair on them. We also found hair in the bathtub. We got only one towel per room which was stinky and dirty as well. After a few hours we asked to change rooms. The rooms were better but some of the stuff didn't work: the flush didn't work, water in the sink didn't go down. I had to ask twice for somebody who can repair it. The receptionist told me I have to wait in the room if I want somebody to solve the problem (still losing the first day of my vacatin), otherwise nobody come. The same problem was in my friend's rooms. The food was not eatable. They didn't want to give us more food if we asked for that (one small piece of chicken per person, one small omlette per person etc). The tables in the restaurant were dirty all the time, they didn't clean them at all. There were many stains on the tablecloths. They also didn't have enough cutlery. We had stomach ache and diarrhea after each meal. The customer service was rude and not helpful at all. One of the receptionist rolled her eyes every single time when I was telling her about next problem which we had in our rooms. We are disappointed. NEVER AGAIN.…

If it were an option to rate it with zero, I would rate this hotel with 0. Dirty rooms, no cleaning, no change of bed linen and towels. In a restaurant, you have to change the sheets and cutlery yourself. You have to fight for food! And I really don't know what the big deal is about getting a beach towel???? Pool/beach staff maybe doing their job? Also, young girls should be careful because the beach and pool staff are very rude and don't take no for an answer if they like a girl (I've never experienced that anywhere before, flirting, making fun of you and the like...)!!!!

Shocking, in no way a 5 star, 3 star would be generous. There are 2 restaurants, one al a carte which isn't to bad. The main restaurant is an all you can eat buffet and the food isn't bad but no organisation, basically a free for all and other customers pushing in. The beach bar is a shed next to the beach with a beer pump and a bottle of coke/water. No WiFi anywhere baring reception. There is air con of sorts but the cold air won't circulate. Bar staff are okay as long as you tip but front line chefs are extremely rude. TV was a 1990's model with a massive back end, no smart TV but wouldn't matter as no WiFi. Entertainment/animation team were repetative plus they played Xmas songs in September!!!. Lose wiring in rooms and lifts, broken windows, needs a major overhaul. We were told to do trips within the hotel which were a rip off. Paid £150 for 2 people. Firstly a camel ride round a field with plastic everywhere and the staff begging for money. A pirate ship which we were told lasted 6 hours with snorkeling, a BBQ on the beach and fishing. This lasted 90 minutes and we saw a guy dancing, quick dive in the sea and fish with salad. Lastly a Karachi round Madhia, where we were dropped off for a quick shopping trip unescorted and hounded by the locals. Horrible holiday and was massively let down for the money we paid.…

I am speechless to describe the welcome that I have got as soon as I arrived . The room was they better than I have imagined and better than I saw in the internet . When it comes to food , it is just very delecious on a very Tunisian way .

Do not waste your money and your time. A room without AC for 2 days in a 40 degree temperature, Poor hygiene in the room, a 1940 tv which barely works, bring your own shampoo and soap as they provide a very limited quantity!! The same thing goes for the towels: they provided 2 towels for 4 people. The food was very mediocre, and guess what, first come first serve: the restaurant closes at 9 for dinner and if you arrive, let s say 8:30, the only thing u going to find is some leftovers if any! Despite the help of the management of the hotel in the end, but it was a bit late. A 5 stars hotel? Definitely not. A 2 or 3 star…

We enjoyed our stay in that hotel. The rooms were clean and big. We had a nice view on both the pool and the sea. However, we didn't really like their food. The buffet was not varied. Hope they will make an effort to do better.

Excellent We came here for 1 week thinking it would be a cheap no frills sun holiday but all I can say is WOW!! The hotel is amazing. The spa is very cheap and great. We got 3 packages this week and it cost us almost nothing. The staff at the hotel can't do enough for you. They are very friendly and polite. There are plenty of meal options to choose from, so you'll find something to like. The pool area is amazing and very clean. The beach is also wonderful. We didn't have to wait for anything. Many thanks to the animation team especially ""Nadem"" I would highly recommend this hotel it's fantastic.
