My stay was for 4 days only. The reception and handling upon arrival was quite good. My reservation was online for a room on the lower floor with a view of the garden. But upon receiving the room, I was surprised by a room on the upper floor that I had not wanted. I discussed this with the man in charge of booking the hotel and he tried to change the room according to what I had in the reservation. The hotel is quite big but very quiet. As for the room, it was very simple, the furniture was simple, and the room had an unpleasant smell. I contacted the person in charge of the rooms, but he did not find a solution. As for the food, it was quite good and varied, and the staff inside the restaurant was sure to deal with tourists. Also, the animation group was good.

I was in Zephir&Spa with a group of friends in August 2021. Terrible food (they said it was because of the covid situation- they wanted to save money). Barmans were extremely rude. Some of them didn’t want to sell us some alkohol even though we weren’t drunk and we have all inclusive. (The problem was about our nationality, sad but true. European people are not welcomed). Sorry, but if we paid all inclusive this never should happen. Lots of trashes in the beach. The beach is private so they supposed to clean it but they didn’t. But the worst situation I’ve ever seen in this type of hotel- Tunisian people can buy ‘one day ticket’ for swimming pool for about 2 euro. People from all inclusive don’t have space near the pool and they can’t get snack near the pool because Tunesian people have the same service for 2 euros and there is no place for hotel guests. There was one day we couldn’t be near the people ever for one minute because there was such a crowd. None of hotel guest could!!!! Reception people didn’t help us in this situation. Lots of cockroaches in the hotel space. The only positive here is animation stuff. Guys are doing amazing job. Even though animation were amazing, I do not recommend this hotel. Worst holidays ever.

Service was horrible, ever behaves like you bother them with everything. Food is disgusting. Trips organized by the agency waste of money. Seriously, if you cant decide between this and another hotel, pick the other, i am never coming here again. In the other hand, the price was good

Stayed here just one night while touring Tunisia. Good food, nice pool, nice gardens. My only gripe is that there is no air con in low season from Sept 15 but with temps still between 28 -33 in October seems odd! We had a room on the ground floor with a terrace and therefore to sleep having the terrace doors open isn’t ideal for security but we had to due to heat as did other guests.

Our second stay in Zephir in three years time confirms sustainability of the good quality level. Again we enjoyed our stay at Zephir, both the hotel and the spa. The resort is nicely located nearby the sea with own beach with free seats, beautiful garden, clean rooms, excellent bed, lovely swimming pool also with free seats. Everything is easily accesible also for less mobile people. Two tenniscourts, minigolf, beach volley and "tire à l'arc" infrastructure are available. A dedicated team takes care of animation. Restaurant has soft acoustics, so not noisy. Food is basic and healthy. Last but certainly not least : staff is friendly and very service minded.

Nice hotel, the beach is very close and there’s something to eat for everyone. On top, especially the animation was amazing! There was something to do all day. We’re going to miss them, especially Ahmed (Scotty), Khaled & Caramel. The pool was also very clean and pleasant to sit.
