I speak and write as a hotelier in the Channel Islands. The fact that we have returned to the Zodiac so many times is proof of our satisfaction with the accommodation, food, politeness of the staff and the dedication of the owners, who are constantly available to supervise and guarantee that even the slightest of problems will be resolved immediately. This is a family-run business with Aymen, Sofien, Karim, their sister and other family members who are constantly on call to be of assistance to whomever may require it. If anyone can find better value for money anywhere in the world, then I would like to know that particular place. The bedroom was impeccable, with a hard-working chambermaid on call throughout the day. with a walk-in shower, large balcony and every facility that one could wish to have. We would like to thank the family for continuing the good work initiated by their late father who created this enterprise.A man of great vision, whose initiative is now being competently carried out by his family. Our sincere thanks to them and all their staff for making our annual visit so enjoyable. Graham and Barbara.

We (2 families from the UK) spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel and yes it is a very big fat 5 out of 5. OK, this is not a luxury hotel and I think all travellers would know this by the price they would pay. However it delivers a great value for money. Nice reception area, we were greeted with a smile by a friendly lady at the reception (I don’t remember her name). Facilities are good, 2 decent size pools and a beautiful waterpark to entertain the kids. Small kids play area is available next to a small theatre used for mini disco and entertainment. There is a good mix of nationalities, mainly Europeans. All guests are courteous and friendly. Good quality food and very reasonable offer. Nothing too extravagant but it ticks all boxes. It could do with better labelling, as it’s not always easy to tell what’s available. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment, but it must be though for the tourism industry to recover after the 2 years of Covid. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we got to the hotel on 31 May. Sofiene, the Hotel Manager, was very kind and explained that contractually AC starts from 15 June, but he was very kind and get it sorted for the entire hotel (not only my room). Tour operators should mention this key information. A couple of constructive recommendations: - Have better serving utensils - Have a fire extinguisher visible and nearby when they do the fire show, good for the performers and for everyone (hopefully they won’t need to use it) - The 2 night shows we have attended were over stretched, can be done faster Now, last and not least, the staff are just brilliant. They work tirelessly to serve and look after their guests… they do their best using what’s available to them. I am sure a lot of training has gone into that. Special greetings to the man who does the afternoon pancake and to the rest of the team. Very pleased with our 2 days at Zodiac, highly recommended.

Nice hotel, food is tasty, especially the barbecue baked right in front of you and the pancakes. Try the wines - all of them are good and part of all inclusive package. Water in the shower is salty so remember to take bottled water from the bar for drinking. The hotel has a private sandy beach-I would say a great one. All in all we have spent really nice our holiday in this place.

just got back from a fortnight at the zodiac. staff were ok on the whole. food was absolutely disgusting. always same recycled dishes allways cold . breakfast a nightmare with one 2 slice toaster shared between 100 guests or more. lift stunk of sewerage. kids entertainment very repetitive but saying that they work hard. the hotel is falling into a state of disrepair and needs many thousands of pounds spent to bring it to any kind of standard. definitely no where near the 4 star they are rated at. i read reviews before i booked and on the whole were not to bad. just wish i took more notice of the bad ones. i believe they are about to undertake a big refurb which may bring the standard up but i fir sure would never visit again

Don't let the cheap price fool you, the hotel is absolutely disgusting as for the staff beyond rude they don't care for customers need. you would think you are staying there for free how the treat hotel guests. the air condition docent even work, we slept with no air condition for a number of nights changed rooms 5 times in a two week stay, as the staff were useless and careless and wouldn't answer calls to fix the air condition, the bathrooms has sewage leaks. DISGUSTING SMELL lingering in the bedroom. no locks on the door cleaners would just walk in without knocking at random times, items went missing from my room didn't realise till i un packed back in the uk. the food is VILE basically inedible. no flavour raw meat not even cooked to standards. has food poisoning which affected our excursions. the hotel staff speak in their language about hotel guests. my biggest regret is staying at this hotel so many better hotels on the road. staff make up lies about guests. i have been travelling for many years and have had the same official modest swim suit from marks and spenders. yet the staff made up lies saying we wore the wrong swimming clothes. as they won't admit the lies and disgusting behaviour of their staff memebers. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. i have footage of the hotel and the behaviours and issues of the staff which i will be uploading on youtube and passing it on to newspapers. so people can stop handing their hard earned money to this disgusting hotel.
