We had a 1 week holiday, we booked this hotel based on the location and reviews and it did not disappoint! The chef receptionist Samin was really helpful from the day we checked in until we left, made us feel welcome from the start. Plenty of food and it changed daily, good selection of drinks too. All of the entertainment was in French, but the entertainers made an effort to speak with us in English. We will definitely come back to this hotel, amazing experience!

Hotel is so very much wonderful In all aspects, Reception is great, warm welcoming. quick respondent on any of query and very helpful and friendly. Food is amazingly good, uncounted dishes, every single day. Desserts are so very fresh, like straight from the oven. Grill food is just wowww... Beautiful sandy beach, beach chairs and umbrellas are free of cost. Nice atmosphere around the swimming pool with the Bar. Kids loving hotel staff. Bar is very nice and variety to choose from. I must recommend the Hotel, especially for all inclusive, to couples and families. Location is very good to explore both old and new town of Hamammet.

On our last night. Holiday had been great. Restaurant staff good especially the man in the suit. Bar staff good especially the had bar man in evening and the younger bar man who made my coffee on the morning. Animation team good. Food brilliant...although don't expect the type of food you get at home...it's different and better. All hotel facilities good although hotel shops and excursions far more expressive than you'll find on town. Taxi cheap. All entertainment/animation in French so you miss out a bit of only English speaking. Weather this time of year just getting hot and still cold in evening and pool takes a bit getting used to..cold at first. Recommended.

Our first time to Tunisia, so didn't know what to expect. The hotel is great, a good selection of food and drinks, mostly local bit with the option of buying more premium drinks but that's expected. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the animation team were great, very friendly and always enthusiastic. The sun has been shining mostly all bit the last day, but by then tan has been well established. As a chilled break it's brilliant, very clean and tidy. All the staff have a great grasp of English, so don t be afraid and although at this time of year the main visitors are french, they make time and effort to make us feel welcome and put on alternatives for us. Taxis's are cheap into Yasmin Hammamet or the old Hammamet, so worth a venture out. For a bit of early spring sun Tunisia doesn't disappoint. Would definitely come back.
