    Great week away
The hotel was very clean, maids constantly in the public areas sweeping up leaves and flowers . Our hotel bedroom was basic but again extremely clean and the maid came every day and left floral decorations on our bed which I thought a lovely touch. The pool area wasn't really for me as there were lots of noisy children which to be perfectly honest I cannot stand so we went to the beach every day which was quiet and had a great bar and also a lovely area to sit and have lunch. We went all inclusive and the food was a little repetitive but always very nice and the service was great if indeed you needed drinks or your table clearing. Breakfast however was my favourite. Pancakes and omelettes made to order in front of you and never much delay whilst waiting. Nothing was too much trouble and we are certainly going back next year.

We went to the nesrine hotel with an open mind as everyone has different standards and expectations but I have been in the hospitality industry all my life and as the old saying goes you only get what you pay for! But the hotel was very clean we had clean comfortable beds clean towels the staff were friendly and there was always something that we could eat at every meal the service was a bit slow I must say but you weren't ignored I've been to 5* hotels that have been much the same standard of food etc so for what we paid I think it was a fair deal and the weather makes up for any little hic up that happened in the 2weeks we were there. I hope you find this helpful.

Great stay - don't be put off!
Me and a friend stayed at Nesrine all inclusive for two weeks in May. We waited at passport control for almost two hours and nearly missed our transfer which wasnt a great start! This is a lovely hotel situated a little further out from the center of Hammamet, but there were always taxis available outside and so cheap! If you are looking for a relaxing time this is a great little place. The reception was a pleasant surprise, with free wifi and a currency exchange. The reps are great, give you all the info you need and they give you a number to phone them if any problems. We found our room spacious, airy, clean and with a working tv! A lot of the reviews have criticised the rooms but we found no problem. Shower was fine, a little weak for my liking but its not something I'm that bothered about. We got sky news for the first week then it disappeared which was a little strange. Cleaners were AMAZING! They left you alone if you put up a 'do no disturb' sign on your door, and sometimes left us flowers or petals in the bathroom! Beds are okay, what you expect really when you go on holiday. This is a tunisian 4 star hotel, its not British standard, so you get what you pay for. We loved the food, and had no tummy upsets at all. Breakfast was a bit repetitive but the chef outside making omlettes and crepes was a nice touch. Lunch and dinner were great, a great choice of food to suit everyone and always plenty of tunisian specialities to try something a little different. Only thing I would say is that the soft drinks are served in wine glasses, so if you are thirsty you might find yourself getting a little annoyed! We NEVER saw flies on any of the food either. The beach was gorgeous, the walkway to it was beautiful and only 5 minutes! It was very quiet and relaxing compared to the pool area, if you are by the pool be warned that you might find yourself being annoyed by the animation team trying to get you involved in activities. Don't get me wrong its a great thing that they do them (archery, mini golf, tennis) but we found it a bit of a hassle so we spent our days at the beach. We only got hassled once there by a man selling watches, and as soon as we said no, they never bothered us again. The beach bar can be a little slow to serve you sometimes, I waited at the bar at least twice for about ten minutes and no one came, but your soft drinks come in bigger sizes down there, so pros and cons! We went on the overnight sahara trip and it was amazing! Such value for money! We paid 195 dinar (roughly 80 quid) for an overnight stay in a lovely hotel in the desert, a camel ride in the sahara, a visit to the atlas mountains in a jeep safari, a lovely oasis, we met the Berber people who kindly let us into their homes in the sand, a trip to the amphitheatre eljem, not to mention the sunrise at the salt lakes at 5am the next day! Fantastic but very tiring, A LOT of time spent on the coach so I'd advise a pillow. I think we covered about 1300km in the two days! So overall we came across hardly any negatives! Great weather, location, shopping, etc. Only thing I would mention is that the waiters seem to favour the Germans over the British in terms of service. They were always pleasant to us, but we saw a lot of people sit down after us at lunch and dinner and get served first. Maybe they tip better?! Anyway, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time, and remember, you get what you pay for! :-)

I recently stayed at Nesrine Hotel it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating especially the lady LYNDA , ensuring a warm welcome and swift check-in. One aspect that stood out was the hotel's convenient location, close to popular attractions and public transportation. This made exploring the city incredibly easy.

This is about Savaya beach only . Free entrance, a la carte service . The staff were amazing , excellent service and the food was so tasty 😋 The location of the beach is better than The Sindbad . Clean white sands , comfortable chaise longues and friendly staff .

Very entertaining shows, nice and kind staff, extremely tasty food, although there’s quite a long gap between dinner and supper. Wifi works well although might not work in some places where it should.

Visited with my partner for a 2 week all inclusive holiday!! The potential is there to be amazing but needs a massive helping hand. Out room 3615 was basic but extremely clean we had a fantastic maid who every day of our holiday made our bed changed our towels ensured we had bottled water she is a credit to this hotel. The entertainment team work tirelessly the energy and effort they put in during the heat of the day is amazing. The pool life guard needs to put his phone down and do his job as I saved a little boy who had got out of his depth!! The food is extremely repetitive and nothing as any labels to indicate what it is!! Also keep an eye on the chicken very very pink!!it is not really catered for English, we ate out for most evening meals.was out of 60 dinars (£18 approx) will get you x2 filet steak chips vegetables rice and a sauce and 4 beers. The drinks are very limited and the vodka, gin, and rum all tasted the same and had the same odd yellow colour too them!! If your a Sprite drinker take your own!! The drinks set up in the main dinning room is crazy 300 people all trying to request a drink from 5 poor waiting staff at the same time leaves extremely long waits to get a drink with your meal!! Your not able to go get your own soft or alcoholic drink you have to ask!!! The pool bar as the lowest collection of glasses ive ever come across anywhere in the world!!! One day we was given a drink in a yellow pot tumbler that was in the bathroom!! The real let down for us was the horrible obnoxious man in the pool side snack bar in the blue shirt who thought he was god. This was brought to the attention of the hotel manager who I must say dealt with the issues around him extremely effectively. I got food from there and was charged for it I paid it not thinking and once served too me was told "come tomorrow between 12.30 &2 that is free" so we did the rude horrible man in the blue shirt tried to make out he did not no what I was saying when I asked for a cheese panini kept saying "no no no" he refused to give me cheese to make a sandwich, angry I went to see the hotel manager who was lovely and told me I could have cheese and I should not of been charged the day before, later that day the manager came to me with a refund of what I paid the day before full of apologies!! Just keep your wits about because no matter how many tips you give there is always some out to pull wool over your eyes!! The beach is a good 5 mins walk throw the hotel grounds there is a large number of sun beds in a private section be careful as there is a lot of touting (camel rides ,horse rides , selling cigs, selling towels). By the pool the constant badgering of henna tattoos, beauty treatments, and the man who does not take no for a answer to go on a "free" trip courtesy of the hotel, its NOT free it is to a rug shop run by his family and when you don't buy a rug he get aggressive and angry. This hotel is situated a 6 dinar taxi ride from yasmin and old town Hammamet where you will find a large number of shops, coffee bars and restaurants, bear in mind alcohol is NOT freely available. The freshly made donuts available at the pool bar from 4pm are a real treat and a must try! All in all this hotel is very basic and not designed with relaxation and luxury in mind and English are at the bottom of the pecking order for everything!! 2 star at the very most.

This hotel likes German speakers, and boy does it let you know. There is one duty manager who is extremely rude and dismissive of non German speakers. This place may look good at first but you soon realise that it is not that good at all. They gouge you for extra money at every turn and the facilities aren’t that great to start with. Tv is in Arabic and German only. Breakfast isn’t good, evening meal is the same every day, WiFi only works in reception, beach is filthy, everything looks tired and old. Smoking appears to be allowed everywhere creating a smelly atmosphere. Not good value for money at all.

The hotel is minutes walk from the beach and the Puppet archeological Roman site 5 mins away and even in November you can catch the glorious sun's rays on the beach nearby or go into Hammamet town by taxi. The reception and staff there are all very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and made up every day. Its right beside a big shop full of souvenirs to bring back and a cash machine which is handy. The taxis are all outside the hotel entrance gate so you can take a ride into Hammamet town. You can change your money at the hotel reception too. The seating inside the hotel lobby is modern and a comfortable place to sit and relax on ur phone after a meal. It has a large swimming pool outside but no indoor pool. The breakfast offers yoghurts tea coffee croissants and omelettes made to your liking and the waiter there Sami is more than helpful. The evening meal could have offered more chicken and fish but it was mostly alright with veg cous cous and a variety of choices on offer. On Saturday night they put on a special evening with music while you eat in the restaurant. The pizzas were deliciously. In all a lovely week there with top hotel security to insure a pleasant stay and great value for money for a get away in November or any time.
