Reviews summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Samira Club Hotel emerges as a lively destination with a fun-filled atmosphere, thanks to its engaging entertainment and picturesque gardens, despite the occasional repetitive tunes. Guests commend the value offered, although some have concerns over extra costs and room quality. The staff's warm and attentive service stands out, contributing significantly to the pleasant experiences of many travelers. While the hotel's amenities, including beach access and varied activities, are a hit, the dining options and facilities could benefit from some variety and modernization.
Rooms, generally kept clean, may sometimes fall short in terms of upkeep and modern comforts, with a few reports of pests. Cleanliness is typically upheld throughout the property, with the beach and room maintenance receiving special mention, though some areas might need more attention. The hotel's prime location, offering easy access to both the city and the sea, is frequently highlighted as a highlight for guests seeking both exploration and relaxation.

Detailed Reviews
Hotel is a good 3 star hotel. Rooms are basic however the shower was very small and even though towels were changed and beds were made daily, there was cornflakes under our bed when we arrived and they were still there when we left. The food is what you expect from an all inclusive resort and pretty much same stuff every night. For children, they have pizza, chips or pasta and the snack bar consists of chips, pizza and cake. There is free ice lollys in the freezer in the snack bar. Bar opens at 10am. The beach is lovely. The aqua park is good. Alcohol is not watered down and only 2 per person at any time at the bar. Tip the waiters and they will bring your drinks to you, sometimes in bigger cups and sometimes in glasses. The animation team work their absolute behinds off to make sure the guests enjoyed themselves. The shop just outside the hotel is cheaper than the o e inside the hotel and there is an ATM at the gates to the hotel. Taxis into Jasmine Hammermet were between 10 and 15 dinar. Would return if the food was better.

Me and my family stayed at here for about 11 days, and first of all, I want to thank the animation team, especially Blanco, for making our stay such a fun and enjoyable experience.
We were firstly a bit apprehensive because of all the reviews, but overall we had a great time at Samira Club Hotel.
The best parts was definitely the beach, it’s nice and sandy and quite clean, there were watersports like jet ski, crazy sofa or parachutes, and we could always find sunbeds. Also there was an aquapark with waterslides and beautifully maintained gardens. The animation team was definitely a big plus as there was a lot of activities throughout the day and every evening a big show.
The food was sometimes hit or miss, but it got gradually better and you could always find something to eat, and they served here the best tuna I ever tasted. Also, the chefs and the waiters were always very nice and attentive.
The bungalovs are very simple but overall we had no issue with them, the beds were comfortable and there is everything you need except for a hairdryer. The cleaners were very sweet as well and came every day to clean and change our towels.
I definitely recommend to go on a trip or at least take a 10 minute taxi ride to Yasmin Hammamet as there are not many shops around the hotel and it was a nice contrast to staying at the hotel.

Stayed here as part of a group of 12. Stayed in the brightly colour type bungalows. Very clean and comfortable beds, rooms cleaned and bedsheets changed daily. Down side Could do with better lightening in rooms and use of a fridge and own kettle would be a bonus.
All staff were happy and friendly, very welcoming especially the manager of the spa, which I highly recommend very clean, relaxing experience. At a very reasonable price.
The beach is one of the most prettiest of all compared to others close by, you can walk to the marina from here. Plus side there is a bar situated on the beach. You can camel ride, horse tide and jet ski etc all ftom the beach.
Evening entertainment was fun, karaoke, bingo with tooth picks 😂 traditional dancing and disco until midnight.
Food was as you woukd expect for an all inclusive again very clean, but gold do with a little more variety for breakfast options. Snack bar could do with more variety such as burgers and chips. Down side the bar always rsn out of glasses so you were given very small plastic cups!
Security were excellent and advised us on how much taxi maximum charges should be. A cash machine located outside the hotel with taxis waiting ready to go at anytime. Couple of bars and vlubs within walking distance. But also not much else.

If you don't want to have a ruined vacation don't go there. Dirt everywhere. I usually don't write reviews but here I can't resist. Dirty floors in the lobby and in the food court. Dirty tables and not clean plates and cups. Everything washed by hand with poor quality - no dishwashers.Dirty with many handprints glass doors. And already the biggest failure is the gentleman leading a pony with a child at the edge of the pool, where the animal defecates.
Beach dirty.
Despite the fact that it is purchased all inclusive fruit at the pool are extra paid. To take a sunbed by the pool you have to get up before breakfast, after that there is no chance, and you have to watch it because the lifeguard throws down the towels when no one is present.
A plus only for the daily cleaned rooms and the bottom of the pool.
Not recommended.

DO NO BE FOOLED. Place deff good for kids entertainment , the beach is very nice as well but the rest is too bad . FOOD is not appropriate for people with allergies . There are no allergies labels whatsoever in the buffet area. If you have celiac they will prepare food for you under your requests which will be pretty much always the same (chicken, salad, carrots) . The normal food is bland or too spicy even for children. Meat is not halal if you’re Muslim . The whole place it is a dated , old structure from the 70’s . Rooms are old (German camper van site style) , no hairdryer in the rooms , bathrooms are very essential, windows dirty and falling into pieces . The entire place is painted so bad, paint on the walls and floors too . Staff it is generally rude. For this price you can find better elsewhere. I’m very sorry I have to leave this bad review but I was sincerely appalled by the whole week experience.

Since our arrival, we had a warm and friendly welcome from Ahmed and his team at the reception. They offered us a quadruple / apartment room instead of the standard triple room we originally booked which was very convenient for 3 adults and a baby. The room was spacious and tidy.
The service and the hotel is great, the staff at the restaurant and the pool including the swimmer-rescuers are friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere at night is lively and fun.
A hotel I definitely recommend !

I had a really nice stay here. Nice and clean rooms, cute towel desings everyday and all around nice.
I had some issues with the food. It was hard to find fresh fruits or other bread than white and plain. Also lots of food were very oily. And sometimes the other guests eating habits were off putting. The waiting staff took great care of us as i was with 2 wheelchair users and everyone was helpfull.
The Great Animation Team deserves individual recognition.
Blanco for the great Aqua Fit that was getting everyone moving
Gaston for getting me to actually dance which i usually never do
Fly for always being in a good mood
And Tyga for always making me smile and being a great person

We had wonderful holidays with our 9 and 10 years children in this hotel. Hotel is big, has nice garden and places to rest, few shops, bank, spa centre. The pool is very nice and big, but You have to reserve place in early morning. Rooms is in small colour houses, nothing special, but clean every day. Womens who clean them always smiles. There is aqua park realy good for children. The food here is realy very good. Every day we find some new dishes, fish, beef, soups, pasta, fruits and ice creams. From 10-24 hours there is place near pool were You can take salads, pizza or cakes with ice creams. All inclusive drinks is good too, You can choose coctails from local drinks and beer, also always is bottles of water in the bar. Barmens works very nice. Animation team is amazing. They do wonderful job every day from the morning by the pool until shows in the evenings. We are very happy for our holidays and recomend him for everyone!

The hotel is filthy rooms are basic like a hostel no fridge hairdryer or iron says all inclusive but most things are charagble the wine in all inclusive is literally like acid just don't bother. our room had cockroaches in there the lights didn't work and bar staff are rude and miserable.
I'd save your money probably better going to butlins.
only good point was the weather was nice.also pool area couldn't get near as not enough loungers and people put towels out the night before the loungers on the beach most of them are broken and need replacing just all round disappointed and would never return or recommend photos on the hotel are from along time ago and need updating as they are not a true reflection of what it is today

Pros:
The hotel was right by the beach, and the (mostly okay) wifi extended even there. The hotel was generally nice enough, with a lovely courtyard area seperating the different sections of the hotel. Considering how cheap it was, it was pretty alright.
Cons:
Food was bland and monotonious, with extremely poor labelling. The only foods I ever found labelled were the plain sliced red and white cabbage (even I could guess that much), leaving a lot of things a complete mystery (good luck finding a salad dressing when there is a dozen bottles of mysterious colourful liquids to go by). Food was very plain and often cold. I quickly gave up on eating at the hotel and paid to eat elsewhere most occasions - and the advertised a la carte barbecue did not seem to exist with staff looking confused when I asked about it. The staff were often overbearing - and the tv only showed local shopping channels. The entertainment was not particularly so.
Local area:
This part isn't really part of the review but might be useful for potential guests. The local area was pretty dire, with abandoned clubs and hotels around every corner. You could look at all kinda of local places that were listed as open and looked exciting but turned out to be closed and looking like a building site. Maybe just the time of the year I travelled? Best food I had nearby was eating at local places and ordering what locals were ordering - had a fantastic stew of some sort by just pointing at a pot of steaming food that I saw others eating that looked nice. Taxis were cheap and worth taking advantage of, there wasn't much to see by walking.
Lots of people will try to scam you. Be warned.
