We rested in this hotel in July 2014 with friends. The first impression was spoiled by room 3434, which apparently is used not only as a single, but also for staff rest, we had to spend the first night in it, but then, Anex Tour settled this incident and allocated a luxurious room. The food is delicious, the animation is great, foam parties, dance competitions... Slides, territory. Yes. if you are an athlete, then the gym is quite nice with working equipment, on the territory there is a thalasso hotel with special meals and a spa program for a separate fee. They feed you here at every turn and simply incessantly. The sea is gorgeous

Good price/Award ratio, a 4 star with clean rooms, private access to the beach 8 min walk, we stayed 10 days with family in All in soft, it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and very responsive to complaints. The kitchen was diverse, there is choice for young and old. Things to do for the little ones were expected, too bad there was nothing. The manager himself is so nice and friendly.
The atmosphere is more friendly for families than couples.
All services are available at reasonable rates.
Points of improvement: maintenance of the air conditioning, snack for all in that slices pizzas and pancakes, better diversify the menu.
Mini disco and slides for little ones are desirable.
I give 4/5 and recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this really spacious, well laid out hotel. Pools & beach were really clean & the food - well, plenty to suit the tastes of everyone. A really great way to start married life. Room service is excellent too & the way they leave the clothes in a fan shape was really sweet.

I booked the hotel in Aug 24 for a weekend to enjoy the beach. I booked a triple room with my daughter and wife and a double room for my in-law parents. Unfortunately, we got our room at 3pm despite check-in is 2pm. The triple room is in fact a room with 2 beds where they add a third bed despite the small size of the room. Despite my 10 or 11 times sns scandals in the reception and escalation with the hotel manager they provided a broken bed at 9pm At the end, I pit the mattress on the floor as they could neither provide a bed or a different room. The room service is terrible as they ignore your requests no matter how many times you remind them or escalate them. Food is really below average gor the price. The management is inefficient and not able to solve a y issues. The only reason I did not cancel the stay is because I have no further option with my work trips.
I would not recommend this hotel until it is fixed ans become up to the 4 star hotel rating as for now it is 1 star max.

Zero catering, but like we left the hotel for dinner elsewhere,
Dry broken room, as soon as we arrived no toilet papers, the flush didn't work, they sent a repairman who dirty the bathroom with six muddy shoes but repaired the flush, the TV contains only the Tunisian channels, the next day they didn't change the bath towels, the attendance leaves something to be desired, the hotel emits a smell of humidity in the common areas it hits lentrees,
Worst hotel of my life, and I've done cheap stuff but here's crap
The only thing that saved the stay at the beach but it's the work of God

First we arrived to the hotel on time they took passports and we kept waiting for 20 min as we mad reservation through booking.com we told them it says check in at 12:00 on the email they said that its wrong check in is at 14:00 but we will check you in early but give us some time which am sure its just made up after getting to the room after 40 minutes of waiting tlits not as expected they said we gaive you nice room which is not shower broken tv broken after calling them to fix it i asked about the coffee and tea set in the room which 99.9% of hotels have it they said try with housekeeping saw one of the staff she said ill get you that but at night when we got to the room saw her again she said we dont have enough as its in few rooms may be tomorrow and the hotel is full which is not true alot of rooms vacant and i did not see that much people customer service is so bad staff some of them are nice but the majority is rude you dont feel welcomed there talking to each other using bad words with no respect to customers and shouting on each other.

Second is the food room service is so slow we asked for plate of fruits not big deal it did not come after one hour called and canceled after several trials with no answer then they came after 2 hours while we are sleeping and called the room we just ignored
We did not eat at the hotel at all as the restaurants are closed or kitchen closed we ate at the bøbar at the beach nice one as it does not belong to the hotel and nice food as you see in the photo .
The towels you need to need to know some one or pay some one as they dont give you have to ask for it for the salty swimming pool i dont know how or by any form they got the 5⭐️ Stars as compared to the other 5⭐️ Stars i go around the world they are not even one any thing you can close one eye but customer service its most important in any hotels or in the whole industry hope you see this before you fall in the trap happy days .

The rooms are dirty and small, the meals are not varied, it does not have an aquapark, I have all inclusive soft drinks but it does not have drinks or infusions, it also does not have entertainment and mini bar in the pool. Really it was the most beautiful hotel in 2018 but now frankly rubbish. I do not recommend

I stayed at the Nahrawess Inn for 4 nights and here is my return:
Chamber: Very clean and correct, with a clear improvement over previous stays. Comfort and cleanliness at the appointment
Service: The service was great, the staff is welcoming and always listening, making the experience even more enjoyable
Breakfast: I took a place with Breakfast included. It was basic, with little choice. An improvement in the variety of options would be welcome.
Overall a very nice experience

To flee they opened the hotel when it was not ready, safety does not take precedence with them I had an accident while walking there was a manhole along the path which leads to the beach the cobblestone who covered it was broken, I found myself with one foot in and the other outside twisted result scratch on one leg and the other anthorse they said that on this pavement was a pot so as not to step on it. inadmissible. result no beig'ade or vacation tan spoiled by a lack of security. the staff is nice only positive point the buffet there really is no basic choice it's 3 star and still!!!! Disappointed never again to run away!!!!!!!
