We arrived around 10.00pm to a lovely welcome and were quickly ushered to the snack bar for food which was barely warm meat stew & rice (Wife declined that) When we got in our room we quickly unpacked and went to bed. The next morning there was no water in the room so we purchased some from the onsite shop and went for breakfast. On the 2nd morning after we had got some cash we left a tip and that afternoon we got back to 2 bottles of water left in the room, this happened the next day as well and the following day 1 bottle of water was left. We then received no water at all for the next 2 days at which point I went to reception and they gave me water and said they would inform housekeeping but we were leaving that day anyway. At breakfast we met one of the waiters Mohammed and he was superb all week as I have to say most of the staff were. Now for the positives.. The beach and pool are great as well as the gardens. Staff are helpful and polite. Food was cooked well and a good selection. Waiters very attentive in the bars and food areas. Now the Negatives. We stopped in the bungalows and they are in dire need of updating. A couple of the towels we had were threadbare. No water left in the rooms for us and we did not find out you could get it from reception until end of our stay. Food was cooked well as said previously but was barely warm and very repetitive, great if you like turkey/chicken. I had a small beef pasty which turned out to have white meat in it not beef. Lack of toasting stations. Some dirty plates & cups. Our room was not very clean. Toilets had no facility to dry your hands other than cheap toilet roll. On our last night the bar actually ran out of gin 😂 Having said all the above we enjoyed our stay but would not return due to the food and the tired rooms.

Just come back from a weeks holiday here from this hotel the staff are truly amazing from reception to the animation team they cant do enough for you. When you lay by the pool they will ask you if you want a drink, spotlessly clean all around the hotel. When we stayed the cocktail bar was closed and the upper lounge bar was also closed whether this is because we were early in the season or not i don't know. Drinks are beer, whisky, gin and rum and all the soft drinks you would expect. Evening food always something for everyone with live cooking. Down side for me was the cross contamination of food, the BQQ chief would pick up the fish then with the same hand pick up the turkey not to clever if you have life threatening allergies to fish. All in all the location to the beach, setting, staff, cleanliness and the pure amount of sun loungers available the hotel is fantastic. Would go again..

Where do I start?! We arrived back early hours this morning from paradis palace. We really didn’t want to leave! The hotel is truly amazing! Very clean, absolutely stunning! The pools are beautiful. The food was so good! Such a wide range of options, we all ate so well breakfast, lunch and tea. Even our 10 month old baby had so many options! A huge range of fresh fruit, delicious puddings and some really good traditional dishes 😋 The staff in the hotel are absolutely second to none! All so friendly, helpful, polite and always smiling! Special mentions to Salah and Zikou from the entertainment team. Nothing was too much for them! Salah regularly checked in to see if there was anything we needed or any issues. Zikou was amazing with our baby! Full of smiles and always coming to say hello and entertain our boy 💙 Wassim the waiter was again brilliant! He was so attentive with our baby, our baby would look for him at meal times and be all smiles when he came to him! Always welcoming and full of smiles 😊 Aziz is the gentleman who works within the hotel organising excursions- quad biking was amazing and very reasonably priced! He’s not like the others you will meet outside of the hotel who pressure for sales. He is great! I’d highly recommend the spa treatments 😌 again the lady from the spa is just lovely and also does amazing henna tattoos and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be booking to come back here, a truly amazing hotel full of truly amazing people who are an absolute credit to the establishment.

I arrived home on the 10th of June after spending 3 weeks at the Paradis Palace in Hammamet, Tunisia. Just a few things that may be helpful.10 Dinar equals £3.30.You can change your money at reception and they give you a fair rate. A massive No No is you are not allowed to take Dinar in or out of the country and you can only spend coins at the airport. The safe in the room costs 15 Dinar per week. The beach towels cost 10 Dinar a week. A nice tip for the staff is 10 Dinar. I tipped my favourite staff ( All 24 of them)10 Dinar each, every 4 -5 days. They are so grateful, humble and nothing is too much trouble. You don’t have to take a kettle as you can get one from reception on request and there is no charge. You can also get extra bottles of water from there as well. Remember this is a 3 star hotel and I thought I had booked a four star. I loved the days but hated the nights including the food. Don’t let this put you off as this is my opinion. The hotel is the noisiest I have ever stayed in, the Wifi is shocking and the air conditioning does not get turned on until the 15th of June even though the temperatures were between 34 -38 degrees everyday. Don't expect too much as you will be disappointed as the hotel rooms need a total refurb. The biggest complaint from most of the guests was the food was often cold and you really must like chicken and turkey. The rooms are very basic, the bungalows are habitable. The furniture is broken, mouldy and filthy. Nearly everyone stayed in the main building where things are better but that can be hit and miss. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. The staff are absolutely amazing and I would like to thank a few of them so here goes. Thank you to Anior. He looked after me on the beach and made sure I had a sunbed ready everyday. Thank you to Kamel, the security man on the beach, he kept me safe. The hotel manager Chaabane Bassoumi was very kind and helpful but unfortunately there were quite a few things he couldn’t sort out. I was even offered a free Turkish bath. Thank you to Jamillia for cleaning the second room I stayed in. She is so very sweet and just perfect. The animals she made with the towels and flowers were beautiful. The entertainment was so lovely, very friendly, so thank you to Zico,Hamza and Lewis. Thank you to the Eden bar staff. Siad, Abdul, Ezzedine and Adam. Thank you to the restaurant staff, Zouhair, Souheil,Mohammed,Salim, Eammon,Hassain the pizza man, Ahmed the pancake man. Thank you to Samir, a wonderful gentleman that will help you anyway he can. You will meet him when you arrive as he will take your luggage to your room. Thank you to Samia and the gentleman in reception. The hotel is the noisiest I have stayed in, the WIFI is shocking and the air conditioning does not get turned on until the 15th of June even though the temperatures were between 34 -38 degrees everyday. Thank you very much for your reveiw. Your remarks and comments are very important and help us to improve the satisfaction of our guests. But we want to comment as follows: We are a 4**** hotel and we heard the first time that our hotel is noisy. The music is agreable and only when the animation team makes water gym or other activities it is a bit louder. In the evening there is our mini disco from 21.00 to 21.30 h and then show until 23.00 h. Sometimes we hear the open air discos in the neighbourhood of our hotel and here we do not have any influence to stop it. What the food is concerned, it a a question of taste. Some like it hot and spacy, some not but we try to satisfy every nation, every person in the hotel. We offer every day for example beef or lamb in sauce and fresh grilled fish, turkey, chicken, quails and liver. Your comment, which we are sharing with our staff, is a great reward for our teams who strive every day to offer our guests a beautiful and relaxing holiday. We look forward to seeing you back home soon! your Paradis Palace Team !

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing we have had the best holiday ever. 2 adults and 1 child we travelled with another family of 2 adults and 2 children and its been fantastic. My husband is a very fussy eater and manged to find plenty to eat always pizza, pasta, chips etc available as well as 5 other food stations theough the day. All the staff deserve a big shout out because nothing was too much trouble. They learned out names and made a fuss of us. Asked us to join in every activity. Our drinks were always filled and our kids had the time of thier lives. This hotel is definitely worth a visit. There is something to do all day. All the pools are lovely and kid friendly. Boththe beach and the hotel are picturesque. The hotel is sparkling clean. The cleaning staff even laid our cloths out as angels or swans every day our room was cleaned ,towels changed and 2 bottles of water left for us. The staff never stop to ensure thier visitors have the best time ever. We can't wait to book again

Right on the beach. Staff are amazing, particularly the entertainment team, Zeeko, foufa, Salas and Bobo . Went for 10 days, 6th-16th May . Not all bars were open but as the season gets going I can imagine they will be. Very quiet so sunbathing round the pool and on the beach was bliss for me. Look out for the recommendation by the rep for a nearby restaurant which send a taxi to pick you up and take you back, The price is included in the bill so you don't give the driver anything. The Rep could not do enough to help too, very informative. The hotel room I stayed in was exactly as pictured. The hotel, overall, was very clean The cleaning staff always smiling and the kitchen staff were just as pleasant as were the managers. If I had to point out something that was not so good, along with many others, it would be that the food was not hot. I was often first in the dining room and it was barely warm. This was brought to the attention of the management whilst I was there and they did try to get it right. They brought a microwave down to the lunch time area to heat up things such as lasagne which is not good barely warm. The BBQ was the same every day, the choice was whole fish or chicken. This choice may increase as the season gets going. None of the ladies toilets in the hotel or by the pools has dryers or towels , there were toilet rolls at the sinks to dry your hands on which is not great. I would recommend this hotel, mostly because of the amazing staff in all areas but I would question it being a 4 star rating. Some of the areas were tired and in need of painting. No chips served which I did not mind. Lots of rice and cous cous dishes. Luckily, I eat anything and everything so I was pleased with the food. I heard others complaining about it, can't please everyone I guess. As long as you don't expect the same heath and safety standards as we have in the UK, you will enjoy. The ATM machine on site did not work and looked like it hadn't for a while.

Thank you very much for having shared your experience in our hotel with other people and we would add the following comment to your review: What the food is concerned, we have a 14 days cycle, e.g. around the world in 14 days ! Monday = Tunisian buffet, Tunesday = Asian food, Wednesday = Italien evening, Thursday = International buffet, Friday = market = 1 week aroma therapy and 2nd week eco sensation of flavour and color, Saturday = Mediterranean evening and Sunday = oriental buffet. And apart from the chicken and fish we also offer beef, veal and lamb, grilled or in sauce and as we are on the Mediterranean sea we serve fresh fish every day. We are a local 4**** hotel and in the TUI brochure it is mentioned 3.5 stars. But what is completely right is "best value for money" ! What the ATM is concerned, it is up to the bank to change the machine, but unfortunately no spare. During winter time even the waiters, bar men etc. are helping the maintenance and paint the hotel, inside and outside and do other repair and refreshing work. Inspite of this difficult period with Corona, we built a new big pool with jacuzzi in the bungalow area, our new Relax Pool ! All outlets and informations which feature in the TUI brochure are respected depending the season. In winter the animation team is making all sport activities, even aquagym in the indoor pool and shows in the main bar. In summer a lot of beach activities ! So come in our beautiful hotel and profit of all our services and entertainment ! We are 100% ready to welcome all our guests !!! your Paradis Palace Team !

Having travelled around the world, I’ve never experienced the level of service received from Paradis Palace. Every single member of staff has gone above and beyond to make it a memorable holiday I will never forget. Shoutout to restaurant staff Imed and Khlifa who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d give the cleanliness, food, amenities and everything else the hotel offers a 5*. I will certainly be returning to Hammamet and will certainly be returning to Paradis Palace.

My first time in Tunisia I came with my best friend and her family. The staff were always polite and nothing was too much trouble, the entertainment team were out of this world and worked so hard putting the hours in to provide amazing shows in the evening they definitely need a pay rise! Food was always yummy and they had a variety for everyone and the desserts were fabulous think I put on a stone in a week, I couldn’t help myself. Lovely pool area and warm indoor pool if the weather isn’t great. There is a spa and such good value for money one of the best massages I have had. We also did quad biking which was so fun! We had a great tour guide went a bit off road and saw some lovely sights. The staff put on a lovely surprise get together for us all for my best friends engagement which was so sweet! Honestly such lovely people I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back in November!
