The first day was bad. Room was not ready and I had arrived after a 12 hour flight. It took around 40 minutes for the room to be cleaned and readied whilst I waited in the lobby. TV socket was not working and had to be fixed which took another 10 minutes or so. Other than that the hotel staff...

I spent four nights here, having booked five. The hotel itself is friendly and very presentable. The staff are welcoming and courteous. The place is well maintained but you can see that nothing is being replaced. It is a no fuss place to go. We had to change rooms four times before finally ending up in a room that had...

Especially the staff in the restaurant, the older man in the pool bar, and the animation team. The cleaning staff is not so great. Some of them stole a leather handbag in...

This resort was only lacking its own private beach, otherwise it has two great pools and so much aminities within, decent food and drink, it is ok for families, you will have to walk 10 mins to the beach and take a 10 mins taxi to go dining or shopping

There is plenty of space within this hotel for poolside lounging. The staff were brilliant all throughout the hotel. The bar-man made sure we had our favourite tipples ready - he enjoyed reading my boyfriend's t-shirt slogans and so we left him a t-shirt on the last day - unbelievably grateful and lovely man. The waiters in the restaurant reserve...
