I booked a stay with my family for a couple of days, We barely had the patience to stand it for 4 hours. We then booked another place and run away. Rooms, public facilities, elevators, hallways need basically from the ground renovation as nothing is present or working. (Bathtub not working, air conditioning barely getting air out, ... It's a while since I visited and we had a fab time. Pool is great, friendly staff, good food. Hotel needed a pamper. We had a lovely room over looking the poor. However if you are a believer we did have some odd experiences in our room. Such as door opening , chain flushing independently and lights coming on. This... More

The room's condition was terrible. Tv's model was old and it was broken and the food is horrible . Even the pillow was missen in the room. Stay away from it and don't even think about to come here it's torture !!!!!

stayed here at the bel air. I was only English person in this hotel. It was very busy with many Algerians staying Food was poor restaurant was dirty. It was about 3 years ago I stayed in this hotel and its good to read that folk still like it....when we were there...it was lovely...staff were very friendly. ...and the food was great....and with me being a big eater I was happy to see thats there was always a great choice...the beach is only a 5 minute walk away... More

The hotel was advertised as having 3* and what we got was a dirty, old-fashioned disaster. Upon arrival we noticed that our room didn't have a functional a/c and NO tv in the room. The shower was dirty and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. The room was dirty and it felt like someone had slept in it before our arrival.... More

Sometimes its better to believe what other people write in TripAdvisor.I presumed that people overreacting. Unfortunately most of them was right about everything.
