This hotel is a disaster first of all we waited 2 hours to get the bedrooms then we went over it .there was two disaster rooms with a really strong and bad smell and near to a générateur we went to the receptionist and we told to change over the rooms beh he didn't want to change on the grounds that the hotel was full but in the reality there was a fiew empty room and he told us to return tomorrow and they told the same things in the New day and he knew that we were here for only two days so advice any one who is reading this do not go to this hotel and if you have a reservation for the next days just cancel it and find Another one and finally this hotel is very overrated for a 4 star hotel it should be 3 or even 2 stars
We went to Houda Yasmine Hammamet in August 2020, it was such a terrible experience. Although the times were tough with the pandemic and everything, the hotel didnt respect any measure of hygiene or security. No masks or gloves for the emloyees (even the ones in direct contact with clients and food) plus, the hotel was at FULL capacity. When we arrived the rooms weren't cleaned beforehand. Used tissues and razors were everywhere. The food wasn't that good either. We booked for 3 days in all inclusive soft but ended up leaving the second day! Personal pov: worst hotel i've ever been to
Just avoid it, noise, cleanless and rubbish, stay away from it. The restaurant was full of affamated and uncivilized people, the food is terrible and I was obliged to get an outside dinner, you have to avoid this noisy pity miserable hotel.
Just got back from staying a few good days in Hammanet. There are many many hotels on this road however this hotel has its pro’s and cons. Pro’s: 1. Friendly staff 2. Entertainment Cons: 1. Food is very bland and tasteless. There is lots of food though to pick from 2. Desserts are quite stale 3. Room not properly cleaned everyday. 4. Favouritism to certain groups of customers - mainly the Arabic. 5. The private beach is actually deserted and dirty 11 months. Only cleaned once a year for Ramadan This hotel has a few people that linked to the hotel that really force you to the buy their services. For example there is a lady that forces you to do the massage, a man that forces you to do the camel ride. Just be firm and ignore them. The hotel is in a nice walking distance to the few shops. Yes there are a handful of shops but they make it out as if there is loads. Some of the male staff prey on young females or solo travellers to pimp them off. Be careful. The lift continues to break down so it’s not a hotel for disabled customers. There are better hotels around but just be warned when you visit…
A really great holiday and I'm looking forward to returning to the hotel. Nice clean and large rooms. there are many delicious dishes to choose from. Rich animation programs for children and adults. Great animation team. Very nice staff.
