Detailed Reviews

I am having good time in this hotel, the external pool is big, spacious between 100m and 230m. In addition there's an internal pool, though I didn't see it yet. And, the beach is near us, you just need to cross the road and you are ready to enter, there's also a private hotel space where the equipment are in place. The service is great, the personnel is kind. In the other the hotel is spacious, you can sit in the reception, cafe, in front of the pool... The food is also delicious. Finally, the best thing that I appreciate is the level of the security. You can ensure your protection, only the person's who have reservations or are residents in the hotel can enter and they count the number of person's entering exactly. Here are some pictures I took today and yesterday.and my journey is still going until tomorrow.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem of an establishment which is located in a very strategic location in Hammamet, access to the beach is very easy and above all very pretty with a magnificent footbridge, the sea is amazing with a waterfront restaurant very nice.
The food is varied and good, the rooms are correct, knowing that the efforts of the housekeepers are visible.
The staff is very attentive and above all smiling and friendly at their head, in particular Mr Zoheir at the reception who enjoys a professionalism and friendliness worthy of a star hotel and a large tourist establishment. I really recommend it hotel.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveler reviews.
When we arrived, I told myself that I was going to have a bad stay, the hotel is aging like all the others around of course.
The entrance to the hotel lacks decoration, the imitation leather armchairs are a few years old. I was afraid of having a bad stay.
But very quickly the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment took over.
the meals are more than good, the proximity to the beach, the pretty swimming pool, the nice SPA 20 euros for a 50 minute massage, I do not regret going to this hotel.
The facilitators do their best to make the days pleasant and they succeed.
AND above all at 280 euros per week all inclusive with Marseille Hammamet plane.
For those who criticize: it's certain we find better but rarely at such a price

The hotel was dirty. The cleaning ladies come every day, but the cleaning that is done is the bed that is made and the towels changed. The floors were not done during the entire vacation week and the bathrooms were not done.
We were also treated to a visit from cockroaches in the room.
For the catering part, edible would be the term. Deplorable hygiene too, we don't look at the kitchens otherwise we get scared.
The salads were more than questionable and the so-called chef's meals, we didn't know what they were. Probably a leftover mix.
We were all sick during our stay, all four people and especially the children.
Regarding the reception. I ask the receptionist if it is possible to call the gentleman for the transfer to confirm the return times. This one tells me “yes, you can call with my personal phone, but there is a charge”. And after seeing my astonishment, after a few minutes he takes out a phone from the hotel and calls the person.
In addition, they were supposed to inform the flights the day before departure at the reception. The flights were well informed, but mine was not there. I had to look around to find my flight. He called the person in charge of this, Anissa, but she didn't answer and I never heard back.
Finally, the swimming pool. No footbath. We find ourselves with our feet full of land in the water.

Hotel not conforming to a 4 star
Reception ok.
Bar ok.
Restaurant is a refectory and the food is very mediocre.
Correct room nothing more,
Average cleanliness.
The swimming pool: we didn't set foot there because people all dressed up were swimming there and then returning to the hotel dripping wet.
The maintenance staff used the water from the swimming pool to clean the surroundings.
Note that a water leak in the entrance hall occurred during the stay requiring the installation of buckets.
The cleanliness of the common areas is also left to be desired.

Disgusted I am by the welcome. A stay full of pitfalls, an incompetent General Manager not taking into account reservations made a week before departure. A room very far from the elevators on the 5th floor for a disabled person like me was mission impossible. Two elevators for a 4-star hotel which broke down regularly due to the fact that 250 people from the premises were in the hotel.
In the evening when I went to bed I had a mattress spring go into my butt and a cupboard door fell.
Restaurant constant repetitive dishes limited choice only positive point the admirable staff and very attentive to provide service.
No protection for people with reduced mobility. 250 people in the yadis no infirmary, Not even a piece of bandages. For first aid in the swimming pool for people bathing dressed
No more mailboxes like before, no bank exchange at reception.
In short, a 2 Star and nothing more.
I strongly advise against this hotel which was great and which has lost its soul I am dismayed because for 20 years I was happy to be welcomed at the old new frontiers yadis and disappointed with what it has become

Do not come here!!!!!! Where do I start?
Food is awful. Same thing every day. Mutton meat and cold Chips? Potato’s sliced up and cold. Kids choices? None! Whats left over at lunchtime, is then brought back out at 4pm as a snack. Lunch and dinner same rubbish food every day.
All inclusive? Yes the hotel likes you if you are not English. Don’t ask for beer! You get snide remarks from bar staff and manager just says Mis communication! If you have to get alcoholic drink only one bar so false advertising! Long way to beach from this bar! Beach bar is never open! Pool bar will only serve soft drinks and then staff will follow you with your drinks to see where you are going if you have an alcoholic drink. Even to the toilet! And if bar staff do not do this, then the entertainment manager will, who will cheat in all activities, so French tourists win and will mock the English.
30 degree heat (wonderful best part!) and the hotel turns off air conditioning as it’s not hot enough! People were having to sleep with room door and balcony door open to get breeze through then get bitten alive.
Some staff are lovely! About 4 in total! That’s it.
If you complain to a manager about staff you have to go and point them out to him, then they sulk and are rude to you afterwards.
However, weather is fantastic and beach is lovely. Just no snack bar there, so only one restaurant in entire hotel, so any advert is very misleading.
I am not moaning for sheer hell of it, I have been fortunate to travel extensively and I have to say this hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in and would not board my dog here!!!

Good morning,
13 days in this hotel which has 4 stars MDR,
I explain the deplorable hygiene as proof of my toilet which I never saw so much on my return,
The catering, the plates are poorly cleaned, the presentation of the dishes is horrible, tasteless, tasteless, make sure to have pizza, yes pizza which is made on site, the drinks, the waiter hands you your glass of coke or fanta but with cups let him return to the dirty work surface and put it in his mouth.
The pt already the coffee machine in a catastrophically dirty state no one comes to clean it certainly a lot of hungry wild people from the distressing food waste.
The positive point is a 50 meter swimming pool.
At the so-called activity in the evening a non-existent indoor discotheque non-functional polivalante room serves for cats with the good smell of urine and so on.
Frankly a shame but my comment will not be of much use all the travel agencies do nothing control nothing, I pay he pays he will pay it forward like that it works beautiful photos and it works......
At the ghost beach bar you eat the rest of the night before from the hotel but you are happy you saw the sea no wait for service no drinks if beer water coke you don't ask for a cocktail .
Help close this hotel. 😱😱😱😱🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

stay as a couple from 13 to 23/09/2023
upon arrival, dark reception, no reception, hall soaked with water, no luggage service - Hotel 90% occupied by an Algerian population
Fairly decent room with nice pool view, but dirty and wet corridors with bits of dirty gray carpet
passage to the restaurant before the allocation of rooms - let's rather say canteen with wet floor, tables without tablecloths contrary to the photos, very noisy and very average food
turn to the outdoor swimming pool - almost all the deckchairs are torn or smashed - The earthen surroundings have turned into mud in places - no water in the footbaths
A sign at the entrance to the restaurant and hotel lobby shows wet men's shorts crossed out in red to inform that it is forbidden to enter these places in wet clothing
However, all women bathe in burkinis or in clothes that completely cover the body and then go with their soaked clothes to the restaurant or to the rooms, which explains the traces of water in all places.
Finally to finish the picture, mostly Arabic music blasting from the speakers all day long
We have been to Tunisia for 9 times and this is the worst experience we have had - Fortunately there was the beach to relax
Hotel to avoid for Europeans who no longer have a place in this establishment
